This is mine and my friend's first time here. We went for a quick lunch and shortly after finishing, we were conversing while finishing our drinks. An older male waiter came up to clean the table and let me tell you, never in my life have I had a waiter watch me finish my drink to collect all the dishes on the table at once. To make this experience even worse, as he was walking away he said "let's go, let's go" --basically kicking us out. And you know what's the wildest part?! They were open for the next 3.5 hours (I was there 4:30ish) AND not a single customer was dining in beside us. I have been a customer here for about a year now until today. Lucy was super rude and highly unprofessional. I called because my order was incorrect and she did not take accountability for their mistake. She accused me of lying about it and said to send a picture to her number. I sent a picture and video to show her and she continued to deny there was a mistake. I even told her i could bring the food back and she continued to deny there was a mistake. We have to pickup dinner from this place at minimum once a month. The owner is the sweetest person ever and the quality for the price is absolutely unbeatable. Ordering is so convenient and contact free, plus they make the sushi incredibly quickly! (Hence the name lol). Also I'm vegan, so eating out is always a bit of a struggle. They do not offer a sushiritto with baked salmon, though, so I added it as a special request when I placed my order online (DD). In consideration of it technically being a baked roll, I added extra salmon to the order for an additional charge (~ +28%), knowing full well they would probably fulfill my request in lieu of the add-on; sure enough, my salmon came baked, nothing "extra" about it. I was perfectly content with this, and I was pretty satisfied with my order overall. I placed another online order today (more or less the same), and I received a call from the restaurant right after my order was placed. The person I spoke with stated that they could not bake the salmon again. When I asked for an explanation, his reason was that they don't have the time do so. I offered to pay extra for the special request, but after some back-and-forth, it was apparent it would be too much effort for them. This exchange was actually a lot more rude than I care to expand on; and while it is perfectly forgivable to be unaccommodating, I was (unironically) surprised when he told me it wouldn't be much of a loss if I didn't order from them again. My friend had a veggie roll that is usually rather boring and theirs was simply delicious. I had the I Love You Roll with shrimp and other wonderful things that was excellent. I also had some Hamachi sushi and it was fresh and delicious. When we first got to the restaurant at 4PM it was pretty sparse. I came across a post the owners wrote about this place on a local FB food group and decided to give it a try. The website ordering was super quick and easy - clearly outlined with lots of photos, descriptions, and easy to make customizations. There was such a large selection to choose from as well - appetizers, sushi, poke bowls, sushi-ritos, udon, etc. We got the Tuna poke bowl, Samurai roll, Dragonfly roll (added tobiko), spicy California and regular California rolls, Energy roll, Aki Power roll, soft shell crab tempura, and oyster tempura (sooo good!). We were very impressed by the variety of different foods offered because my boyfriend doesn't necessarily like raw food which makes it hard for him to eat sushi, but he was still able to have so many options here and enjoyed the classic CA rolls and fried rolls. The prices are beyond affordable - best in town I believe, and portions are good as well. We got the vegetable tempura, miso soup, California roll with tabiko and a house salad and it was less then $20. Everything tasted good.
