My wife and I came here excited to try the ramen. The ratings seemed high so we didn't hesitate. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to our expectation. The noodles were mushy for both of us. It didn't have good consistency. The broth was both light, despite ordering the black garlic. It just felt so mild. As for the pork, we had to remind the server that we ordered extra. It came in so charred also and it felt overcooked. It felt tough to eat. We just couldn't find anything to praise. We were also a bit confused with the service. You order through a tablet, get your own food from the loud robot, and get actual service during checkout. It felt like a self service establishment more so than an actual restaurant. As for the ambiance, it's decent. It has everything that tells you it's Japanese.

We came out here Friday afternoon to try a new ramen spot since it wasn't too far out. Their service was good. They have a cute little machine that brings your food out to you, just like in Japan! The server is also really attentive and made sure to unload the machine and hand us our food. We really appreciate that attention to detail. The chef even came out to check on everyone to ensure everything was ok. The spicy edamame was delicious! The baked salmon roll was also really good. Would definitely come back to try some other rolls of sushi, however the ramen was perhaps a bit too salty. They give a generous amount of noodles and 3 pieces of shashu which is the standard. The flavor of the ramen could use some work, but it was still really good.

I love this place for a late night Japanese meal. I always order their rolls or bowls. The service is okay, there is only one waitress which is the girl. But overall, great place to get good food at a fast time and to talk with friends.

Very spacious restaurant with a welcoming feel whether you're stopping in for a quick meal or dining with a group. The owner recommended some favorites, so we ordered a spread of appetizers, rolls, and sashimi. Also tried their popular Red Ramen made with tonkotsu broth. Everything was really good and satisfying. Ordering is very easy. Just use the tablet and a robot delivers it straight to your table. Great food, welcoming service by owner, and a comfortable atmosphere. Easy to see why it's a local favorite,

I had the ramen and fried chicken, and both were excellent! The ramen had an authentic flavor, and the fried chicken was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back. The service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming and kid-friendly.

It was my second time visiting this restaurant, and the food was solid again. We got the miso ramen with extra beef brisket ($18.90) and poke bowl ($19.95). Like before, you order on a tablet, and a robot waiter delivers your food. It still makes cute music when en route to your table. As such, service is basically hands-off, but I noticed that our server occasionally looked to see if we might have needed anything. The poke bowl portion was large, and I almost didn't finish everything. The sushi rice was delicious as it had a slightly vinegary flavor. It tasted great with the tuna and salmon. Everything else tasted fresh, especially the avocado slices. The sauces were adequate, and I wasn't really a fan of having Korean seaweed salad as a part of the bowl.

The fam was craving ramen on "cold" December night and we hadn't yet hit this spot up since it changed a little while back, so we decided to give it a shot. You order from a tablet, which is cool because we had a decent-sized party; 8 of us, so ordering was pretty simple and straightforward. The food comes out with the little robot cat thing, which the kids really enjoyed. They just wanted to keep ordering stuff to have it come out, hahaha. Had a ton of stuff; a couple orders of Takoyaki, Gyoza, California rolls, hand rolls, and ramen. My Garlic ramen was okay; it didn't have quite the splash I was expecting, so might try the spicy ramen on the next trip out. The food overall was pretty decent, the hand rolls looked pretty good that one of the cousins had, so wanna try that too next time. I don't know how crowded it gets on the regular, but we came in around 7pm on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded, but once we sat, the place filled up so maybe we got lucky. Parking - Pretty open and didn't have any issues; there are a couple restaurants in this corner plaza, so I can see the potential for it getting packed but even when we've come here to the other spot or the other restaurants nearby, we've never had any issues. Service - Efficient and friendly enough (I mean, robo-cat did most of the serving). When we needed additional stuff or things taken away, they came to the table often enough to take care of that stuff. I def have other preferred Ramen spots nearby, but this place is on our list for spots we'd return to whenever the craving hits again, or if I wanna be entertained by robo-cat.

My friend and I stopped by Tokyo Ramen and Sushi on a Monday night, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The location is super convenient. It's right off the freeway and there's plenty of parking. Inside, the restaurant is surprisingly spacious with lots of seating and lots of space between tables, so it never felt crowded. It's clean, comfortable, and has a nice, welcoming vibe. We started with the takoyaki and garlic edamame. Both were delicious. I also ordered the mixed tempura, which was light and crispy. The batter was good and didn't break apart when I took a bite. We also ordered three different sushi rolls. They were all very good. The fish was incredibly fresh and the rice was cooked well. There were a lot of sauces on each but didn't taste overwhelming at all. Service was also great. Our order was taken right away, and the robot delivered our dishes to the table. Overall, great experience and would definitely go back.

My family came here for dinner Monday evening to try their ramen. As we entered the chef greeted us and we were directed to take a seat anywhere we liked. We ordered Wakame to start and different ramen bowls. It was a nice touch seeing the robot come to our table with our food. I ordered the Black ramen, which had such a wonderful flavor from the black garlic. There were plenty of noodles per bowl and the chashu pork was my favorite part of my ramen. It was flavored perfectly and had a little char to it. My parents really enjoyed their bowls as well. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

Never had spicy cheese ramen before so I tried it and it added cool flavors of combination. Wasn't much chatsu pork in the ramen . The pork bun appetizer was nicely done with cucumber texture, fluffy bun and unami meat. It was funny having to use the ipad that the server gave to me and funny watching the robot move 10 feet from the kitchen to my table and the food being delivered twice. they got two cool tvs that streamed golf and a beach resort and A/C was on in the hot weather

Food and service was great, I was told ownership changed, I wish they would bring back the Soba noodles back to the menu, we love the traditional Japanese menu they used to have.

The Pink Lady was something I had high expectations for, and it was good, but in a very subtle way. I think it would be complemented well with some hot sauce. It kind of reminded me of a crab cake but less salty. It was falling apart, however. The neat part is how the toppings are decided by the chef, and the presentation was there once again. I'm not sure if it's kale that they put in with the rolls, and if it's edible or not. But, I think a little salad wouldn't hurt. Or maybe some pickled radish and carrots. Anyway, I am glad I found and tried this establishment. Although the last time I picked up an order, the employee did not seem to believe my name. So, I had to show her twice that it was indeed mine. Food delivery apps need to do better with showing our name next to the order since neither UE nor DD have that, making it tedious to switch to our profile to display our name, then go back to the order page to prove the transaction.
