I must say that after 13 years of working in the car business (6 selling cars and 7 as a finance manager) I've never approached any drive thru food service and experienced the level of product knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism that Nina demonstrated last night. It was my first time eating from Tom's and since I haven't eaten red meat in 3 months, that was definitely the first thing to catch my eye. I told her I had never ordered here and it was my first time. She then told me what was most popular in each category which impressed me. She also explained the different combo options, beverage options and dressing options. I don't even believe I saw avocado on the menu and she offered that to me for my healthy fats. I ended up going with Steak Sandwich and zucchini fries that believe me when I tell you did not disappoint at all. I'll definitely be going back soon. If I was a business owner, I would hire Nina for a sales position right away and Tom's is fortunate to have her. read more

I've been here twice now. First time I came for breakfast and ordered the steak and eggs. Everything was delicious. The steak was so tender and juicy! The second time I came for dinner, I ordered the steak sandwich only because I loved the steak from breakfast the first time. They did not disappoint! So this place finally opened up and my fiancé and I decided to try this place when we saw it was finally open. We went around dinner time, early dinner time and the place was not too busy. They have a bit to choose from, from burgers, to sandwiches, to breakfast foods, to simple Mexican foods. He ordered a burger with zucchini and I got a pastrami sandwich with chili cheese fries. You can make your meal a combo and it will come with fries and a drink. You can upgrade like we did and get it with chili cheese fries, onions rings, or fried zucchini. The portions are big and the food is tasty. We ended up eating only half and got full and saved the other half for a late night meal. My pastrami sandwich was good and loaded with meat. I also enjoyed the chili cheese fries. I did not try the burger but the fried zucchini was good and stayed crispy. We liked this place so much we ended up going back the next day for brunch, but ordered to-go this time. This time we got the chicken and waffles and the chicken sandwich combo. The waffles were pretty good, but I bet it would had been better eaten fresh on the spot. The chicken strips were tasty, crispy and not dry. They had a good flavor too. The chicken pieces were way bigger than Raising Canes so I will be coming here from now on if I am craving chicken fingers! The chicken sandwich was chicken breast with cheese and lettuce. The chicken breast was moist. I really wanted to try the chicken fried steak for brunch but they accidentally cancelled my order instead of the chicken sandwich. It was still good but I guess now I have an excuse to come back! I will definitely be back here to try other items. The workers are friendly. The prices are fair. The place is clean and the food is made to order. If you eat in, you tell them what number table you want to sit at and a robot brings out your food. The ranch is delicious, and if you like yellow chilies with your burger they are spicy and hot the spot. The fried zucchini manage to stay crispy and they actually give you enough ranch to finish the side dish if you've got the stomach for it because the portions are fairly large. At first I thought $37 for two people seemed pricy but on second thought that's pretty fair seeing how Joe Biden single-handedly destroying the economy and inflating outlet currency to levels no one has ever managed... Can't say anything negative about this place. We are visiting from out of state, my mother in law brought us here for dinner. From the time we walked in to when we left the service here was Amazing (especially for a "fast food" restaurant). Angel (I believe that is his name) took our order with a smile on his face, he and the robot serve brought our food over. Angel kept checking up on us to make sure we were good or if we needed anything. The food was really good as well, I got the tuna melt, my 7 yr got the kids bean & cheese Burrito, which was Huge! It was our very first time coming into TOM's Chino, wasn't sure what to expect, but from the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with the nicest greeting we have ever experienced in our entire life's! We've gone to many restaurants from Las Vegas to New York and we have never had such a nicer staff then TOM's Chino! Now with the food it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was thoroughly upset when the sommelier recommended a particularly expensive cab to go with my chili cheese fries. From there it was just one thing after the other, the waiter was obviously new and didn't bring us the proper serving plates for our burgers and the wait time, don't get me started, I'm amazed this place even has a Michelin star.... My god, it's a Tom's! You've all had it before, this a new one, everything about a Tom's is here and fine. My husband and I were looking for a place after dropping the kids off at school to eat breakfast with the baby. We stopped by Tom's Chino to check it out. To our surprise we received amazing service, if I am being honest it was more like arriving at your grandma's home. Instantly we felt like family. Food was great we had the chorizo plate, which went home and fed several others to share. We also ordered the kids pancake, which also went home and fed several. I have 8 people in my home and everyone ate their fill off just 2 breakfasts. We visited again later and got the ribeye breakfast, country breakfast, country fried steak and French toast kids. So much food great price and by far great tasting food. I seriously recommend you go and get you some. Can't wait to try lunch and dinner options. This place has good food but always confirm your order. We ordered onion rings and got fries instead. They did not want to correct their mistake and said we would have to pay if we wanted the onion rings. They do not have good customer service when it comes to owning for their mistakes. We would have paid the difference if it was offered to us. Not happy about how this was handled. read more
