8/17/19 - Late night happy hour! After a long day of driving from Reno, we were looking for a place open late, where we could enjoy a small bite to eat. A friend had recommended this place to us, so we checked it out online. We were pleased to find them still open and even more pleased to see that they were offering a late night happy hour. The place was busy, and a bit loud, but the service was spot on. We decided not to do drinks, so we could get some sleep, and just ordered food. My wife ordered: Baked Garlic Shrimp Tender shrimp, sautéed with garlic butter, spinach, bread crumbs, & sun dried tomatoes. Baked to order in our wood fire oven and served with bread According to our server, sorry I forget her name, this dish was added about four months ago. Well we hope that it stays. The taste was simply amazing! I ordered: Hot Wings All the taste without the mess. The heat is in the breading. Served with ranch for dippin' At first glance I was thinking that these didn't look like anything special. However, when I took my first bit I was surprised by the crispy skin, which had a little bit of spice, and the juicy meat. I had my wife try one and she had the same reaction as I did. Recently came here for dinner with family. It was just ok. 3 of us had salad. The 2 women noticed that half the lettuce was brown, we didn't say anything and just picked around it. Of course the 1 guy with the salad didn't even notice, he's a guy. The bread was ok. I didn't bother using the spread that came with it, not sure what it was, just dipped it in the sauce in my dish. For the most part we all enjoyed our dishes. My husband got the chicken parmesan, he said the sauce on the spaghetti seemed different from what was on the chicken, he ate the chicken but not all the spaghetti. He always eats all his food and cleans his plate!! So when he doesn't, we know there's a problem. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal. I got the steak mizithra. That was pretty good. But after dinner when we were leaving we noticed that there was a lemon pepper shrimp dish as a special. The server didn't mention it to try to sell that to us. I probably would have ordered that instead. Would we come back again? Maybe, give them another chance next time we're in area? We're from the Seattle area and just visiting family. read more

We have nothing but good things to say about this place. Time and again, we drive about 45 minutes from Pullman to eat here and it is worth every bit of gas money. The chicken tender appetizer, lasagna with meat sauce, fettuccine alfredo, and the baked spaghetti are our go-to's. We brought a guest who fell in love with the salmon as well -- so much so they ordered it multiple times within a week. From the freshly breaded tenders to the house creamy garlic dressing on the salad and every entree we've tried, it is all unbelievably good tasting and fresh. One of the owners even appeared to help out serving food tonight. There was a mom and pop Italian restaurant back home in LA I compared everything to, but this place 5000% shreds it. We were looking for dinner and stopped in here on a whim while passing through town. Parking lot was pretty full but there was no wait inside to be seated. We ordered a cheese pizza, chicken Parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, and side salads. Nothing stood out that was great. In fact the chicken Parmesan was not very good at all. Chicken was dry. The cost for what we got was very high. Service was ok. After we left, I regretted the visit. read more

Came in for another try. So glad we did. We had the truffle fries with melted gorgonzola cheese and carmelized onions. These foods mixed together was superb! Truly a great appetizer. Our main dish was pizza pizza!! We got the 1/2 Uncle Billy's and 1/2 Margherita. The Uncle Billy's was freaking amazing! It had goat cheese, provolone and mozzarella with sun dried tomatoes, olives and a delicious pesto basil sauce! I have to try this one at home. The Margherita was ok! I say that because it didnt have a sauce and they salted the edge of the crust. I wish I had known that as I do not like salt. I felt it was lacking it's luster with no sauce. The Uncle Billy's made up for it as well as the appetizer so I scored a 4 from a previous 3. Our server Abigail was great! Great personality with awesome service. While waiting for your food you can color on butcher paper on the table. Helps pass the time waiting for your food. read more

Most recommended italian restaurant in that area. Why? Tomato sauce was too sweet, pasta overcooked, chicken parm salty, veggies were cold and bread could've been used as a weapon. Oh, and the water tasted like mold. The Tuscan soup was delicious. Service was great. Waitress, Maddie, was very friendly. Restaurant was quiet and seemed to be wellstaffed. read more

Love the pasta dishes The only thing I would change on the seafood fettuccine is do not put broccoli in it because it overwhelms the taste of the rest of the food And now that they're going to lift the mask mandate I think more people will enjoy eating there more often. read more

Their food and wait staff is amazing. The gal that sat us, she's in her 70's maybe, owner or manager?...not so much. We took our son there for his 41st birthday today and she lead us to the dining area on the the side of the bar with a brass railing that separates the walk way between the dining area and bar....sort of. Well there were a few of us, some followed her and unfortunately my daughter in law didn't see her, but followed us in the general direction and was on the wrong side of the railing, hence her and the two children walked through the bar to the dining side. Oh my goodness! Call CPS! That woman proceeded to chew our daughter in law out for walking the kids through the bar instead of following her directly on the "correct" side! And while there was a sign that said "do enter under 21" when one has a two year old, a diaper bag and is blindly following a family member, it's obvious she's not there to have a drink. As long as the kids were with an adult walking THROUGH to the other side what the hell difference did it make? Never mind that she sat us right next to the bar, with our 11 year old granddaughter literally next to it. She could have reached around and grabbed me a beer. And we ordered a couple of drinks from the bar, so doesn't that break some sort of endangerment law? Seriously, some people take the "state law" WAY too seriously, then in the same breath overlook the obvious. Bottom line is this... make it less accessible to avoid "accidental" encroachment, like a velvet rope barrier? But do NOT fuss at a patron for being confused. read more

Foods great, we eat here a lot via curbside and enjoy the meals thoroughly but that's where the great ends. About every other time they leave something out of the order and it's very frustrating. We live just outside of Lewiston so it's a twelve mile round trip to go back which isn't always feasible. We check the orders but invariably miss something and don't discover until we are home. theyll replace it normally if we want to come and get it but c'mon, we've did our part, you've been paid, do your job check your orders when you put the curbside meals together! The Meatball appetizer was great! Tender and plenty of flavor. The Seafood Alfredo was teaming with seafood and great flavor, the Pesto Salmon was so good! Lots of pasta and amazing flavor! The happy hour is a great deal! 1/2 off appetizers and discounts on drinks. The red sangria is fantastic. The Spumoni was great and the Crème Brulee didn't disappoint! Considering there is not much for Italian food around here besides pizza, this place was a wonderful find. It was a crowded parking lot when we pulled up and told there could be a 20 minute wait. All good signs. We were seated in about 10 minutes and waited on by the most friendly staff. Loved the authentic Italian themed decor and general vibe. Great local wine selection and decent portions for food. Not overbearing and all dishes were tasty. Highly recommend if looking for a good Italian meal. read more

Overall we had a good experience here. However the main reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the expensive price for what you get. We really enjoyed the baked goat cheese appetizer- the complimentary bread and butter are great. We had the eggplant Parmesan for our entree- it was good but could have been more flavorful and it was a smaller portion. The veggies needed more flavor in particular. Our favorite place in the area, bar none! You can drive an hour in any direction and not find a better plate of delicious food for the price. From the time you walk in the door, you get hit with that "great food served here" aroma that gets your mouth watering before you even sit down. If you're looking for wood-fired oven pizza, you found it! Cooked to perfection, with that crunchy crust, awesome toppings and a great sauce, this is pizza that doesn't get any better. Go ahead, find out for yourself. My go-to house favorite is the Greek Pasta... excuse me, gotta wipe my face, I almost drooled thinking about it .... okay, back to my point... once you start coming here, you're going to have favorites. We came to town for a boat trip on the river and staying at local RV Park. First night we had dinner in person. Cedar planked salmon was excellent. Nice flavor, not overpowering and moist. Seafood fettuccini was very good. Flavor was very good. The sauce was not as thick as I like it. Ordered for delivery today the Porchetta pizza with pears, arugula, carelized onions and candied walnuts. This was to die for. A mix of salt and sweet. Excellent. This was my first time at this establishment and I won't be back! We got our coffee and waited 20 minutes for the server to come back and take our order. We found food stuck to the inside of the cup and I lost all confidence in the food safety practices of this place. We finally had to go talk to someone to get our server over. And the owners give free vouchers to veterans So veterans can enjoy a complimentary meal. .It really shows their appreciation for us veterans and it actually choked me up. We were in town for a hockey tournament and this establishment catered our large group with some advance notice. The servers were polite and the service was quick. at first i thought this place would be fine but when i got there i had sat their in the lobby for a good 45 minutes before they finally gave us a table and when i sat down the people at the table next to me kept making fun of the gay waitress and then the waiter that served me called me homless and said that i had to leave because i was causing a disturbance and when i asked to see a manager they said that they didnt have one and then they litterally threw me out of the resturant so im not exactly sure how to feel about this place read more

The locals I have talked to swear by tomato bros, so of course I had to visit! It's happy hour daily from 4-6 and this means half price appetizers! I swear to you, this place has THE best chicken wings I have ever had! Crunchy on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside! Their ranch is nice and thick to stick to the wings as an added bonus! We got the casalinga as our main entree and it was absolutely delectable! I now understand what all the talk is about! Italian restaurants are everywhere but they are NOT created equal. Many restaurants are good but very few are mind-blowing where it stands out and is memorable. Hence why we rarely ever eat Italian. However, the reviews sucked us in and we're always up for a food adventure. We started off with an appetizer, fried calamari, and ordered two entrées. You can't go to an Italian restaurant and not get these little chewy bites. They came out hot and lightly battered like I like them. Good: Fresh-tasting, tender and lightly battered Bad: Very oily Suggestion: Should come with marinara sauce and not just ranch. Our entrées were spectacular. We shared the Supreme pizza and seafood portofino. Pizza: Perfect, crispy crust. Served on a unique pan where it raises the pizza so it's not baking in oil and soggy. The amalgamation of flavors from the cheese, sauce, meat and veggies were excellent. Nothing was over powering, like some strong seasoned sausages or acidic red sauce, and the freshness came through with every bite. We were impressed with the taste, quality and quantity. They did not skimp on the meat, sausages and pepperoni, veggies, red onions and peppers and the cheese. Seafood portofino: Just wow was my thought when I had my first bite. The pasta was a hair over al dente which is perfect for me. The sauce was not too thick but had chunks of tomato and sun-dried tomatoes. They loaded the dish with large and small shrimp, baby clams in shell, clam meat and tiny scallops. I had a piece of seafood in every bite. The sauce nicely coated the pasta without being too rich. Love This Dish! Service: I'd give them 10 stars just for having a PET FRIENDLY patio. Being that it was close to 95 degs at 9pm last night at dinner, we couldn't leave our dog in the car. So we grabbed a table and enjoyed our meal with our furry child. The waitress was so kind to bring him to his own water bowl. Now that's customer service. Oh, a previous, old review mentioned the high level of sodium in their food. Well, I cannot eat super salty food and I can attest that nothing I ate was overly salty.
