I went in today with a gift card from Christmas ready to shop. There was a large girl with long brunette hair, and a small girl with shorter blond hair and glasses. I was in there for at least 20 minutes. No one ever greeted me, no one ever came to tell me about any specials. They seemed to notice almost everyone else shopping in the store. They seemed to start fitting rooms for almost everyone in the store. And I seemed to wander around with a pile of cloths waiting to even be acknowledged. After being passed by several times by both associates waiting for anyone at all to offer me a fitting room , I set my pile of stuff on a table and walked out. Not sure what happened to the great service I've become accostumed to receiving here, but it was anything but. Worst trip in I've ever made. Maybe retracing these 2 so called customer service associates would be an idea. Very disappointed.

Upon arrival we were greeted and helped by Rebecca who is the most spunky cute lady who just gave me all the life changing compliments while I was shopping. Jovan helped us half way through the shopping process . He has the patience of a saint. He was so polite and professionally realistic with my Jean jacket options and although I purchased a more expensive Jean jacket (he suggested) I am super happy with it because he gave me so many ideas of how to style it and what I could do with it. Between Rebecca and Jovan I was convinced to get my jacket and jeans customized and I could cry of how beautiful it came out! I'm so happy with my almost $400 clothing drop today...more happy than I've been ever buying clothing to be honest. It was really the ambiance for me...so uplifting and positive. This particular store knocks it out of the ballpark with its inviting layout, outstanding & helpful staff, and cool "extra" in-store features. Coming from out of town, we discovered the need to pick up some essentials (wardrobe backups) and stopped by on a whim. Upon first entering this store, you instantly get a warm feeling. It's a well kept, clean location, with a two-story loft theme, aesthetically pleasing design, and nice display setups throughout. Upstairs, we were immediately welcomed by "Jovan" in the men's section. He was a master at identifying the best fits/sizes and suggesting items that are now my husband's new faves (the new athletic line!). Jovan was super knowledgeable about the AE brand and popular men's styles, and he was friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. As we checked out, Jovan also informed us about the FREE customized tags/labels you can request to be stitched onto your jeans (at a booth by the entrance), and it only took a few minutes for the seamstress "Abby" to etch the monograms for us - - a really cool and unique added touch! Bonus: There's also a little photo op nook, setup with benches, a backdrop, and a beauty light tripod for customers to share their style & outfit inspos... Or to take a moment to snap a cute pic while they shop. I am a big fan now.... Or, we will at least have to make a return visit the #AEOLasVegasStrip location the next time we are in town. The staff were super friendly and kind and they had a nice range of all the items on the website, including staple black and white suiting as well as new styles and a large amount of sale items. I found some great new items to add to my wardrobe that should transition well from pregnancy to post-pregnancy when I return (hopefully) to my typical size that will work well-enough for both. I had a great time shopping here, as always, WHBM is stylish and I love the quality of their clothing which lasts for years and years. Stylists here really try to get to know your style and make suggestions based upon favorites but also a few key items to pull you out of your comfort zone. There is a huge selection from their normal items and on-sale items. All of the their regular priced items was in the front of the store, while all of their sale / final sale was located in the back. All of the clothing was aligned properly by sizes. Even the on-sale rack was all organized by sizes and the type (IE: Dresses, Jeans, Jackets, Shorts, Shirts etc..). The customer service here was phenomenal as well! I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help. Multiple team members came over to me and asked if I needed any assistance. There was a great selection of their on-sale items and a wide variety of sizes. White House Black Market is my typical "go-to" store for evening dresses and day dresses. I would recommend though to wait for regular priced items to go on sale. Typically, you can get 50% off a regular priced item if you wait a month or two for it to go sale. Also, if you register online with WHBM, you can get good deals, like $30 dollars off of $100 or $50 off of $200. Great store. I would come back to this WHBM again!

I appreciated him so much and he went above and beyond reaching high for a hat I was interested in , telling me what items were on sale, and memorizing my son's name. I wish i got his name so I could shout him out. I got a lot of great items today on sale and it was so helpful when one of the employees mentioned I could get a 10% discount ( on full price items ) if I made a new account.
