Using it was delayed by some life events, but yesterday the promised cake was created and I'm here to tell you that mixer never sounded or worked better when it was brand new! I creamed butter, sugar, and cream cheese and it actually picked up all ingredients and did it perfectly! Absolutely thrilled with the work. Thrilled to keep it going without ending up in the landfill. I have a "new" mixer for many times less than the cost of an actual new one and anticipate many more years of use. It's rare but very much appreciated for someone to be up front and honest vs trying to sell unnecessary and existing dive repairs. The technician let me know that due to its age my refrigerator has went past its life expectancy and that it's not worth spending over $1,000 for a repair on such an old refrigerator. He even told me when I go looking for a new refrigerator what brands to stay away from as he has seen many of those brands require constant repairs. My daughter brought her truck from out of town and met me there as I also live out of town. The owner (I only know him as Romero) showed me two freezers and I decided on one. I asked if he had tie-downs and he said he did. He and two helpers loaded it into my daughter's truck. See the photo to see how he tied it down. When my daughter refused to drive on I-80 with an unsecured freezer, he took it out and, without saying a word, went into his shop and refused to come out and talk to us. Eventually we left and I attempted to call him today several times and he would not take my call.....nor return my call when I left a message. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN! He's trouble waiting to happen!!!!

Samsung washing machine refused to do its job; not even pretending to do its job, the ghastly…read moresilence after hitting the 'wash' button was frustrating. The technician Peter (name is a somewhat vague recollection) supplied by Appliance Worx, made quick work of removing the skin of the washer down to its guts to diagnose the washer's illness. I was fairly convinced that the water pump (or whatever it is called in a clothes washer) had failed. Peter determined that it was the impeller (reverse of a propeller, moves the water OUT of the washer) which had encountered and chewed on a combo of rubber bands and hair (? cat) which lodged in its craw and paralyzed it. Likely, a cat toy from the occupants and their feline friends. I appreciated the fact that the technician COULD HAVE easily hoodwinked me into paying for a water pump replacement (2x+ the repair bill) , but instead took the honest path and cleared the obstruction then quickly and expertly reassembling the disemboweled washer Bravo! Appliance Worx for making the washer work.
