The team working was solid enough, the food was solid, and the atmosphere was nice thanks to the outdoor seating. My burger combo asked me to select my dipping sauce and I chose ranch. When my number was called I asked her for my ranch and she said it's 0.65 cents . Not to mention I ordered 2 burger combos. Aside from that the employee Crystal was so hostile towards me. She did not want to help or have any type of customer service. The manager Catherine came to ring me up and I asked I can't get a free ranch after spending $35 and she said nope not anymore. When I asked her for my drinks she was so upset and kept me waiting.
