If you want a "good enough" mechanic job. This is the place for you. If you drive a beater or expect to get a different ride every 5-8 years, this place might be okay. They are very careless and don't check their work before releasing to customers. I had a Camry I bought over and they changed the transmission. Drove it home and the entire gauge didn't work. Had to drive back to them a few times to get it right completely. Unfortunately they are not updated with newer technology and relies too heavily on their wholesalers. They tried to put some unknown aftermarket part on my ride but couldn't give me the name of the manufacturer. I checked for oem/oem replacement options and it was almost 20% less after taxes, 15% if I got it at the store. On top of that I paid for Toyota filter but they gave me purolator and wrong oil type. Didn't realized until few weeks later. Overall didn't damage my car but not detailed oriented. If you have a cherished car, find another mechanic or do it yourself because they will throw away rubber boot or not put back a washer. This repair shop doesn't know more than Toyota engineers by telling me a part (washer/boot) isn't needed. At the end I do appreciate them keeping me on the road but I can't have them working on my nice ride going forward. read more

My window was broken yesterday, I call Tony next day and he replied me very fast and told me he can fix it in the same day. It took about 2 hrs which I think is pretty fast. When he finished it, he called me and told me that the price is higher $50 than he told me before. I still ok because the price is reasonable for a new windo. When I got my car, he told me he cleaned the fragments in the car. The service is very good. HOWEVER, when I check the window, I found there's some scratch on it and dirty. It doesn't look like a new window. Came here for an oil change on a busy Saturday morning. Decided to do a walk in because I was in the area. Kent helped me out with a super quick oil change for my 2019 civic (~$60) at the fraction of what the dealership was gonna be charging me. I must've waited around for like 20 minutes max here. I also needed to get my windshield repaired and was able to talk with Kent and the manager to get that fixed on the day of! They were able to call their contacts and get the windshield replaced with all the sensors calibrated by the end of the day! I came at around 10am got my oil changed by 10:25am and the process to replace my windshield took place from 12:00pm to 1:30pm. read more

This is a long overdue review, I discovered Tony's Auto Repair through Yelp a long time ago. I've been going to his shop to have my car serviced by him and his team for about 10 years now. They are truly honest mechanics, and they will tell you straight out how much the labor is, what the cost is, and what needs to be done or fixed. Tony and his mechanic team are incredibly knowledgeable, they understand a car from the inside out. They typically know what the issue or problem is once a person starts describing the issue. I usually go to his shop and have his team do my car maintenance (oil change, tune-up, change batteries, rotate tires, etc). Every time I drive up to their shop, they are always willing to help. They'll tell you if you need to wait cause sometimes their shops get really packed with all the other clients that come through for different requests. read more

Second time getting an oil change here. Very competitive reasonable pricing for the area. Good thing is that they are open in the morning on Saturdays. There isn't too much space for cars here so it can be intimidating to try and get help/service when their small lot is full of cars needing repairs and getting work done on them. Both times, Tony & his team had to move cars around so cars could move in for an oil change. Tony always goes above & beyond. I noticed the first time he would top off my coolant (small leak that I top off once in a while) and checks other fluids. This time he put air in the tires as my car was on the lift. [I knew one of my tires were low & I dealt with a tire going flat as well as patching a tire a few weeks ago.] It's the small things that help keep my old Camry on the road. I hope they can clear some of the old cars collecting dust so they have more space to work with. They deserve more business! One of 2-3 shops in the area I would trust to get work done for my car. I came in for a cosmetic repair and was given a fair price quote immediately upon inspection. Tony and his father (Lee?) did an amazing job. Tony had told me that a new part was not required and that he could salvage the accident. I was skeptical as to how that was possible but I trusted his expertise. This place has been our family go-to auto shop for years. For my parents since I can remember and for my sister and I since our parents take us here. They're very hardworking people, very fast, very efficient and very honest. I've always had good experiences with them. I've been bothered by my car headlights for years. My vision was so limited at night especially when I drive on some canyon road that has no street light at all. Hi! This is my first time writing a review. I decided to do this because I feel Tony and his workers were amazingly nice and honest in their services. This is my only way to show how much I appreciate their kindness and honesty. Yesterday, somehow my key got stuck in the ignition causing my key not able to turn off the car completely. By morning, my car's battery got all drained too. I called Tony and he told me he would take a look eventhough he was gonna close in an hour. As I arrived, his handsome worker quickly spotted the problem and took action immediately without any delaying. He quickly helped me removed the metal part that got stuck between the ignition and key in less then 20 minutes and I could turn off and remove my key instantly. Had I brought it to the dealer, I would need to make appointment, need to leave my car there and be charged easily up to three hundred dollars just for them to check. They might charge more for removing that too. Here, Tony and his hardworking teams were super nice and amazing. Tony did not charge me anything. Even I offered to pay or tips to his worker who helped me, both refused to accept my offers. I just feel so grateful for their kindness as I thought I would need to spent lots of money if it's ignition issues. So if you guys ever need car service, check him out. Okay so long story short, the damn Hyundai dealership was trynna charge me $2,100 for a maintenance (oil change, air filter change, tire rotation, alignment, etc). I found Tony via yelp & he was SUPER responsive & friendly. I paid $195 for maintenance, oil change, air filter change & tire rotation. When I told Tony about how much the dealership was charging me he gasped yelling "What for? Why so expensive?". Not only did Tony take me in right away, he finished in less than 2 hours. Update: my friend who is amateur mechanic figured out exactly what was wrong with my car immediately after I told him the symptoms. Funny how they couldn't fix it in over 2 weeks of holding onto my car (including bringing it to a 'prius expert'. A quick Google search would even reveal that the issue was the combination meter! My friend fixed it at his house with only a power drill in under 75 minutes. SO IF YOURE LOOKING FOR COMPETENT MECHANICS AVOID THIS PLACE! they may change the oil or rotate your tires cheaply but for anything more complex good luck! You get what you pay for!
