Their selection of meats and sides is really above average compared to a lot of places. Every side I've tried here I've actually liked. They use Martin's bread, and they'll give you your accoutrements like pickles, escabeche, and the like. If you like those, make sure you ask for extra up front -- there's no stand to go grab them later, so you've got to get them when you go through the line. Large seating area with many large tables and a full service bar. The seating does get a little filled up when they are busy. I suggest coming early and being in line before doors open. The sausage had a nice snap to it and get great flavor. The bark on the beef rib was *chef's kiss*. The mac and cheese was creamy while the beans had a nice sweet and tangy flavor. The service is also great! While we were eating, staff would regularly check all of the tables to check if anyone needed anything. We also didn't have to worry about the meal being too heavy because they also offered plenty of seafood and veggies for the grill, plus sushi. There are 2 price points/menus for dinner. We opted not to do the premium because even the basic menu was PLENTY. The BBQ items were great and the marinades were perfection. The sushi was also fresh and tasty. Food hit the table in a timely manner and the service across all the staff was great. Overall, great value and quality. We'll def be back for more. Highly recommend.
