It's pizza. If you're hungry and want a pizza a few steps up from Domino's this will do in a pinch. It's not bland, it has some seasoning and flavor. We ordered the medium pepperoni and sausage. It had enough meat on it to satisfy and make the $20 worth the spend. We ordered pickup and the text message system worked perfect.

Large combo/ pepperoni pizza. Got a large pizza from Tony's pizza and I was not disappointed. It looked pretty tasty, I think they improved their recipe or something, I would definitely recommend it, and staff were very helpful and friendly. Please support small local businesses!

The food is always so delicious! The employees always polite, and friendly! It's always Clean and has a family friendly ambiance! Great to eat there, take home or have delivered!! Dining there is always great family fun, they have a pool table as well! Great restaurant!

    Butt tasting ripoff pizza

I will never again come here and spend $25 on a small regular crust cheese pizza with extra cheese so I can receive a thin crust pizza with a regular amount of cheese again. I tip for pickup so you'll listen friends Tasted like total butt, cheese does not even move. I literally could not eat it Knew I was taking a chance with mixed reviews, let me save you the trouble. Ripoff. better pizza at dominos or little caesars.

I was driving down Willow road on my lunch when I came across this small pizza spot. I was welcomed by to guys in the front playing billiards They instantly dropped what they were doing and took my order. I got my pizza in about 10min and it taste delicious. Small pepperoni/Bacon/onion was 10/10. I will definitely be returning to order my pizza herez

Hungry for pizza and this was the first thing that popped up on Google. We love pizza and know a good pizza. Honestly the ones that left a bad review were probably rude to them. First time to Tony's pizza and it is definitely delicious with flavor. Crust was tasty with a light crunch but soft enough. We finished it quick! Thank you guys for a delicious combination

I order from these guys twice a week for a few reasons....Pizza and Breadsticks are on point. Preparation time quick. And I always receive the best vibe from the employees. All around great place to enjoy good food.

Ordered the Combination Pizza for a birthday potluck and received a plain cheese pizza.

Tasty, good size Xlarge (feeds 4-6) that is pricey at $30, as every other place in the area is. Superfast, affordable Grubhub delivery.

This place is fairly basic industrial style pizza, but at least it isn't a chain, and the prices are excellent if you but the big ones.

However, after the incident, observation and order of food I received on 6/13/26, I cannot support this location. As mentioned we always had a pleasant experience at this location, with great service and great food. But this day the entire staff was off, and it was mainly due to the negative, micromanaging and rude manager/owner Partika. From the moment I walked in the establishment the vibe seemed completely off than what I was use to from past visits. It was scorching hot inside and the employees looked miserable. I quickly figured out why, as I placed my order with the gentleman upfront who was doing a great job, and here comes Partika hovering over him and reaching over him re-asking my order, although the employee had already entered it in and was simply trying to ask if I wanted to add anything else. Once done and paid, she then moves to the back counter and begins to holler over to the employees in the back about hurrying up with tickets, although they weren't very busy. I stood to the side as I had ordered a slice to grab now for my child, and then a full pizza and wings to go. Upon waiting, Partika approaches and tells me to sit down. I looked at her and told her it was not her discretion and I would await the slice to come right out as I already discussed with the employee. Once I obtain the slice i exit and wait in my vehicle in front of establishment. Out comes Partika harassing two men who had just finished up their pizza when I originally walked in and were still sitting at one of the table now having a refreshment from the adjoining establishment. She told them they could not sit at the tables they were reserved for her customers, and they told her they had just ate there and she begin to argue that now they had to move . Be advised there were many tables outside that any guest could choose from and her establishment was far from busy. Once my order was ready, I went back inside , and again she was arguing with another customer who stated the pizza she attempted to hand her was not hers if she could double check. Her rude comment was yes this is yours and the customer explained no her receipt clearly showed this was not her order. The gentleman apologized for the entire ordeal I had experienced and seen and gave me my order , in which I asked who she was and her name for reference. She then bolted towards me asking what the problem in which I told her the issue is she is very rude to very customer I had seen her interact with in the last 20 minutes. Fast forward to arriving home to now enjoy pizza and wings with my family. Open the box and the cheese is stuck to the top bc they failed to properly package it to avoid this mishap. Furthermore several of the winds were undercooked which could have created severe illness. I blame her presence, bad attitude and rushing her staff for these issues. I love the Tony Gemignani pizza brand but this Slice House in Mountain View has a terrible manager/ owner Partika who needs better customer service skills as well as management skills. I much rather have spent $100 with an establishment who had good customer interaction and treated their staff with respect.

The side dishes and dessert were great. Oddly enough, the weak point was the pig itself; the meat was too dry; after you put some roast pig on your plate, ask them to ladle some pig grease over it. You also may need to drench it with the sauces they have available. For dessert, they had baked Alaska, but probably will not have that again because they said it was too labor-intensive. When I when inside Amici's I thought I was going to have a great time because of the beautiful interior. It was fascinating how they were able to make an every day family restaurant look romantic and vibey. Probably the dimly lit atmosphere and warmth of the restaurant! I ordered the small baked penne parmigiana with eggplant (a vegetarian option), and cheesy garlic bread (a vegetarian option too). I found the baked penne parmigiana with eggplant really bland. I really needed the salt and pepper around. Sauce was the perfect amount, but there was not enough eggplant. I found at most 3 slices in my bowl. I particularly liked the eggplant; I liked its soft texture, but not to the point where it's mushy. (Many restaurants make their eggplant mushy) From the bowl, I thought "this is actually smaller than I thought", but actually, it was surprising how it was pretty filling! When I finished it, boy I was STUFFED! The cheesy garlic bread was also pretty mediocre. Things to point out are that there wasn't enough garlic aroma. More just cheesy bread. Amount of cheese was good though. The staff weren't particularly friendly, and weren't too attentive. Took a while to call them over when I needed a new fork. Didn't have a terrible experience, but might not plan another visit.

We've never complained, requested discounts, or made an issue out of minor inconveniences because we understand that mistakes happen. Unfortunately, my recent experience was different--not because Jenny forgot to place my order, but because of how the situation was handled. I placed an order and was told it would arrive within 45-50 minutes. After more than an hour and fifteen minutes had passed with no pizza, no delivery update, and no communication, I called the store. Initially, I was told the store was closed and no longer accepting calls, but I insisted on speaking with someone because I had a confirmed order and two young children waiting for dinner. When I finally spoke with the store manager, Jenny, I was informed that my order had been canceled. What was most frustrating was that no one had contacted me to let me know. We live within the delivery area and have ordered from this location many times without issue. When I asked why no one had notified me, Jenny claimed she had called multiple times and left a voicemail. However, I had no missed calls and no voicemail messages. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, she became dismissive, argumentative, and ultimately hung up on me. As a customer, I wasn't looking for special treatment. I simply wanted honest communication and a solution. Being told information that did not match my phone records and then having the conversation ended abruptly was both unprofessional and disappointing. What concerns me most is the lack of leadership displayed throughout this interaction. Management is about much more than showing up on time or completing daily tasks. Effective leaders demonstrate accountability, professionalism, empathy, communication, and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations. Customer-facing management positions require strong interpersonal skills, especially when handling frustrated customers. In this case, those qualities were noticeably absent. On another day I called back to discuss the incident and was told by Jenny (just my luck) that the other manager, Carmen, had been informed of the situation... she was so nonchalant about it. Despite that, no one ever reached out to me to follow up, address the concerns, or apologize. For a customer who has supported this location for over two decades, the lack of ownership and follow-through was extremely disappointing. Mistakes happen. Orders get delayed, deliveries fall through, and unforeseen issues arise. What defines a business is how those situations are handled. Unfortunately, this experience reflected poor communication, poor customer service, and a concerning lack of leadership from management. Jenny may hold the title of manager, but this experience did not reflect professionalism, accountability, or leadership.
