The cats roaming the building had VISIBLE fleas and ticks crawling all over them, there was heavy dust and hair and who knows what everywhere, trash scattered throughout the office and shop, and the entire place looked completely unsanitary and poorly maintained. I literally had to spray myself down before coming home so I didn't pass the bugs along to my dog. ‼‼ IF A BUSINESS CAN'T MAINTAIN A CLEAN WORKSPACE OR PROPERLY CARE FOR THE ANIMALS LIVING THERE, IT DOESN'T INSPIRE CONFIDENCE THAT THEY'LL PROPERLY DIAGNOSE OR REPAIR A CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE. To make matters worse, I wasn't informed until after I complained that there was a $150 diagnostic fee and a $75 per-night storage fee. That information should have been disclosed upfront. Because of this I then decided I wanted to take my car elsewhere to get a diagnosis. They refused to release my keys until I paid the fees for the car in the lot for less than 24 hours after failing to provide the service that was promised. *So, as many others, I called the police and filed a police report. This apparently happens all of the time at this business. Between the lack of communication, undisclosed fees, POOR customer service, and the DISGUSTING and I mean DISGUSTING condition of the shop itself, I will never return and advise you do the same. Unfortunately, I was not able to get pictures because the company locked all the doors to the office/shop immediately after they realized a police report was being filed and closed early.
