Great place to go! We had appetizers, dinner, and desserts! We have been back several times!

I was in Murfreesboro the other day and decided to stop by Toot's and check them out. I've heard good things, so I thought I would grab a drink and an appetizer. I honestly was not very impressed. It was about 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon, and the crowd was light. I opted to sit in the bar area. Three people working in that area, but service was still a bit slow. I ordered a beer and an appetizer. First, the beer. I was highly disappointed with their beer selection. Only 1 craft brew offered. Overall just an underwhelming selection. The food was OK. Nothing great, but good. I opted for the app sampler (Buffalo tenders, fried pickles and mozzarella sticks). The chicken and cheese were hot, but the pickles were cool and greasy. Again, it was good but not great. Overall, I'll give this location 3 stars. It was acceptable, but just nothing that impressed me enough to want to go back. Perhaps next time I'll try the original location. read more

There is always a long wait, which means it's busy. Food is ok, don't get the French Dip, it comes on a glorified Hot Dog Bun.

The place is always busy and I don't know why. Probably because there are limited choices this side of town. One of the worst places to eat around Murfreesboro. So many others to choose from - go somewhere else. read more

We used to go here every week. We had an issue with being charged to much for a special, and one person in our party got sick from her dinner. We came back tonight hoping it would be back to the original standards. Boy were we disappointed. We both got the special and was charged the regular price plus the up charge for sauce. Don't offer a special if you are not going to honor it because we received a tablespoon of hot sauce. Waitress was new and was misinformed when we asked about the charges. Love TOOTS WEST! We've been several Times and have had many great experiences! We love their buffalo chicken tenders (grilled and fried), French Onion soup & kids meals! I always have a great experience at Toot's. First time trying this location. Fried pickles were very crispy and the wings delicious as always. Saturdays drink special (according to the website) are margaritas, that I felt were mixed very lightly on the tequila. Half price shouldn't mean you have to drink two. read more

I really like this newest Toot's location. Plenty of parking, larger building with more seating. The Western displays make this location different than the other 3. Like most other restaurants in the area, Toot's suffers from excessive turnover and lack of service staff. In addition, most of the servers and bartenders lack good service attitudes. My last two visits were the same: cold beers, good wings, minimal service. It is sad because Toot's is a good place to watch the game and enjoy and burger or wings. read more

I had a Cajun chicken salad and I really really love it I had it grilled and the chicken is very tender and there's a few surprises in there like an egg and some grapes which was great. My husband had the rib with fries and some chicken fingers on the side. He likes his chicken very very hot and it was Very good but more of a mild to medium hotness. They've done it again the new Toot's West is awesome, you can tell the hard work and planning paid off with this brand new restaurant from the ground up. West is much larger than any of the other restaurants and they made sure they built a parking lot around it to hold the capacity. The atmosphere and decor are fun and exciting the servers are knowledgeable and accommodating, the bartenders are personable and hospitable, management is cordial and focused, and the kitchen staff knocked it out of the park, food was hot and presented well and on an extremely busy day we're able to get it out in no time. thank you Toot's for being our hometown go to for the last 24 years and highly recommend all Toot's locations I'm glad you're here in Rutherford county! read more

We had the best experience. We were sat right away (on a Saturday night in Murfreesboro that is unheard of) and we're waited on immediately. Our waiter was wonderful and so nice. My shrimp was so incredibly good. (I asked for no seasoning as I watch my salt intake) and I also got a side of sweet potato wedges that were so good! My husband got wings and curly fries and he loved them both. We were both pleasantly surprised by how great the food was! read more

First time in my life experiencing a host or hostess that does not seat you. He just pointed in a direction and tried to explain which open seating he would like you to be seated. The waitress Savannah was fantastic I would give her a 5 star rating. She was engaging, attentive and genuinely management material. The young kids busing tables were horse playing and knocked over drinks. The way in which they cleaned up the mess they made was inappropriate and the manager walked past without addressing the issue. The food was good our server was great but this location needs some attention given to management training. read more

Hands down, best wings in the Boro. Meaty, crispy, and the sauce selection rocks. Like any restaurant the wings are best when eaten there vs. take out. Even when I order them "extra crispy", the wings get a little mushy when left in the plastic to-go containers. Not a problem as you just need to pop them in oven to crisp them up a little. Just my opinion and certainly not the restaurants fault, although I am sure there are better packaging options to prevent this. read more

It took 2 hours to get my food then everyone else got Thier food and I didn't. I am mad. This unacceptable. I expected this to be a great experience and my food was cold. We've been going to Toot's for years! It was actually the first restaurant I tried in middle TN when visiting before I moved here in 2018. We always have great service and great food! I only deduct one star for this location because the last couple visits to this one I had to send my fries back for being old. Other than that small inconvenience, everything is always great! Also they were always very quick to get my replacement side out with no hassle. Of all the Toot's restaurants here in the boro, this one is the newest I believe. It's very clean and provides a slightly different atmosphere than the rest. It's definitely larger and not decorated the same but it's still charming! read more

Order picked up. Did not include condiments (again). My clam basket had "maybe" 4 clam pieces that were 1/4 the size of my little finger. The rest were what appears to be what was left in the bottom of the fry basket. This is the 3rd time in a row our food was sub par. We never had food like this when we dined in. Ever. read more

We've eaten here three times; once to try it, the second with friends who wanted to eat there, and the third because we were given a gift card. I wanted you to know that it wasn't just one bad experience, but a standard. In three visits we were overcharged every time, we saw fried pickles so salty you couldn't eat them, we saw VERY cold food, we saw portion sizes so small you would have thought it a joke, and we saw slow and incompetent service. All three times we had to remind the server about food we were missing as well. The reason I didn't give it one star is because the building is nice and appears relatively clean. read more

It has been years since I ate at the original Toots and today happened to be close by at lunch with a party of six. Got us right in, orders quick. Food all great (I was the only one thaT had ever been) and everyone enjoyed it. Wide variety on menu so everyone can get something they like. This is our 2nd visit here. First visit was FANTASTIC!!! Today's experience? NOT GOING TO COME BACK. First the wonderful hostess said "oh come around here and you're booth is the last one". I was stunned considering there were 3 employees "chatting". Ok I will seat myself, no problem. The waiter was quick to the table took our drink and app order and disappeared. Another server brought our drinks. We received our app in a decent time frame and placed our order The onion rings were bland, the mozzarella cheese sticks were over cooked so all the cheese was gone, hollow cheese sticks. We finally checked out Toots since the madness has died down. Looking at the menu, they list the prices of EVERYTHING. I thought this was fantastic. I knew exactly what I was paying for my Jack and Ginger ($6.50). They have a decent amount of appetizers to choose from. We got my guilty pleasure, loaded potato skins for like $5 or something. Pretty delicious! Can't really screw those up. I ordered the "Toots burger". It was supposed to have bacon, cheese, burger, and bbq sauce. Very little bbq was there, if any. Again, the burger was delicious, but you can't screw up a burger. The service was above average. All the servers had a smile on their faces and were very friendly. The layout of the restaurant was weird, but the decor was very neat. Overall, I'd go back. The food is good and I like the atmosphere of the restaurant. However, every time I come here our server tells us they are going to "step off on break" in the middle of our visit. I'm sure it's some kind of company policy but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If you know you're going to take a break wait until your tables leave or stop taking tables before your break. It seems unprofessional to me. We are told that someone is watching the section and will watch over us but nobody ever does and we're just left alone. read more

i used to work here and the managment and employees are extremely disrespectful to new people. i have observed that not a single person in the kitchen wears gloves. i have witnessed on multiple occasions managers and servers touch people's food with bare hands to ensure that food wasnt cold, picking up fries that have fallen off the plates and onto the counters and putting it back on the plate. i have witnessed several situations of discrimination towards myself, and i was falsely accused of vandalism at this place! the food is mediocre but there are better places to eat! read more

I ordered ahead of time. Upon the 2nd or 3rd ring someone picked up, so I was already thinking that this location cares about time management with its customers. It was clear to the employee what I was asking for, and any questions I had, he answered. My food was ready in 10-15 minutes, and I went straight in and didn't have to wait to pay for my food and be on my way. This location is the place to go in Murfreesboro if you want Toots! The quality of the food has gone down significantly. The chicken was subpar, burger was cold and frozen in the middle, and the fries are no longer curly fries they are frozen crinkle fries. Service wasn't great either. Never got asked for a refill and had to track down server. read more

We regularly get takeout from here. I always tip but there hasn't been one time that something wasn't left off. Usually it's one or more sauces. Last time they didn't include ice cream with the cobbler. Maybe it's normal not to include ice cream in a takeout order? But it was disappointing. Sooo, I may be wrong, but anywhere you order wings you typically get carrots & celery. Not here. I don't like carrots so I said no carrots, just celery. Your order will come with one, one 3" piece of celery. If you want more you can order and pay for a "side order" of celery. Seriously, celery costs next to nothing. Every place that serves wings gives you 5-6 pieces of celery with your order. Silly to loose a customer over pennies worth of celery. Oh well. read more

Very nice atmosphere that's open and they have plenty of seating. Big bar area also. The 94oz beers are great for a table.
