Tom helped my family repair/install 5 sink faucets. The faucets are functioning, but Tom did not complete the entire job because he did not install all of the new parts for the faucet (two sinks still have the old stopper / drain fixture from before). When he finished installing the faucet handles and spout, we agreed that the two faucets were functional because the old stopper/drain still worked, but he also said if we did not like the look of having an old facuet stopper in one sink and a bigger, more shiny new one in the other he would come back to finish the job. After a few weeks, we decided we wanted to get the new parts installed (both for looks and because it's newer and likely to have a longer lifetime). However, Tom never returned our phone calls to come back and finish the job. We then tried to hire another contractor to install the new parts but it turns out that we now are missing a key component to install the new part and are stuck with our old part of finding a replacement part. We're not sure if we lost that part or Tom lost it from the original installation but this would not have been an issue if Tom had just installed all of the new replacement parts for the faucet that we had provided at the start. So in summary, Tom is good at installing faucets, but if you want all of the new fixtures and parts you purcahse for installation to be installed even if some of the old parts are still functional, make sure to confirm with Tom that full installation of all parts if included in the estimate and completed with the job. read more

He helped us with fixing towel hangers and shower curtain hanger, and his job was very fast, clean, and sturdy. The owner Thomas has shown up right to the appointment time and he is very professional while we were walking around our houses checking possible fixes. He mentioned he is one man team so some of major jobs of ours can not be done, we ended up did kitchen sink reseal, faucet replacement and hose/drain check up and tighten up. We got recessed lighting done recently and had to patch a few holes in our ceiling and texture them. I called Tom and sent him a picture of how the ceiling looked. I have a Proform EKG 770 treadmill given by family friends that just didn't work after plugging in to power socket. I called few treadmill repairs and as expected, they all charge $99 visiting fee. I was very sure its a minor issue. Then I called Tom after reading up Yelp reviews. Tom also charges $99 visiting fee, but if its a minor issue, he wanted to save me that cost. He asked me to send pictures of treadmill console and a small 10second video. Then he gave couple of suggestions over phone on how to fix it. That's it. Treadmill started working. No charge. Absolutely great experience! I live in Los Banos, about an hour and a half from San Jose and needed my treadmill repaired after trying to fix it myself with no luck. I contacted him and was blown away by his professional and friendly nature. Since the cost would be a lot for him to drive out of town, he let me bring my treadmill to his house to make repairs there, due to my circumstances. Absolutely great customer service! The repair only took a few days and kept me updated the entire time. The price was extremely reasonable. I could not be happier by this service which had I contacted Sears would have cost several hundred dollars for a minimal repair.
