Y'all don't know how bad I've been craving a low country boil! This place delivered! Lots of choices of combos. We ate until we both couldn't eat another bite! All the seafood, the corn, the potatoes, it was all heavenly! You get bibs and plastic gloves. Our waitress was very good with her timing. A pro. And so many cocktails, wow! It's like any casual seafood place, loved it!

Had a great experience on a Wednesday evening at TCS. A local recommended this restaurant and we really enjoyed it. We were greeted and promptly seated when we arrived. The service was good. The inside was nice and the food was delicious! I ordered the seafood boil, I think it was A and I got all the seasonings and asked for mild. My hubby got the fried catfish and shrimp platter with fried rice, my kids ordered the tenders and wings and our other guest ordered the shrimp basket. Everything was good! The food came out fast and hot. No complaints.

Food is cooked fresh as it's ordered. I love that you can mix and create your own seafood boil with your favorite seafood items. I tend to go a little basic with just shrimp, crab and crawfish. The mild and medium spice are both pretty mild so if you're looking for more of a kick definitely go with hot or spicier. Service is simply okay. Lots of young workers and I feel like once they bring your food out they're done for the day. Seafood boils tend to be salty so I run through water. I hate having to wait 15/20 minutes for my server to come by just for a drink refill. Other than that I've never had a major issue. Place is pretty clean although the most recent time I visited the restaurant smelled like a mix of fabuloso and old mop water. My group was sat at a booth next to the register and when we asked for the trash can to be moved since it was directly behind us it seemed like an issue. I understand there's a place for everything but if that's the case don't sit people next to the trash can. Overall, I recommend their food. Just a couple minor things to consider.

I recently visited top crab with 30 minutes of my family. They assigned 1 waitress to the group. We waited about 25 minutes to get drink. Some drink never arrived until we complained about. The food orders came out the kids and none seafood meals came out first. I received my salad and was disappointed iceberg lettuce big chunks the topping scared to say the least. The ranch dressing tasted like a weak mayonnaise. I had a a veggie bag and all the seasonings was in the broth no flavor in the actual food the egg in the bag was overcooked. My seafood eater love their food disappointed about portion size could have been a little bigger. The decor was ok. I won't say never again but I'd think twice before going.

The boils are always over cooked. Given it a try three times and it's not a hit for me. Cost too much for seafood to be getting messed up. At least with the boils. They're wings and fried food are pretty good but the bags are a no go. Usually it's a party scene but this last visit was actually nice. Not too loud and overcrowded.

The food was ok. The server was good. Three people got sick! They had the seafood boil. Club vibe. The seafood bag was watered down. The fried seafood was good. The fries were amazing.

Solid seafood but not a cheap eatery. Lots of combinations of seafood boils and good vibe. I would go back.

Great drinks and Happy Hour. Wings are the best and so are the mixed drink specials. Try the Pineapple Long Island Ice tea.

One of the employees at the Perry Lane Hotel recommended Crab Du Jour, and I'm glad they did! My wife and I arrived and immediately noticed the lively atmosphere. As soon as we walked through the door, karaoke night was in full swing. There was a DJ, several talented performers, and a crowd that was enjoying themselves. The entertainment was classy, fun, and added a special touch to our dining experience. For dinner, I ordered Dungeness crab legs with corn and additional sides, all covered in their mild Cajun sauce. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The seasoning was just right--enough flavor to enjoy without overpowering the natural taste of the seafood. My wife ordered corn and vegetables and thoroughly enjoyed her meal as well. Everything was prepared well and served hot and fresh. Our waitress provided excellent service throughout the evening. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Between the great food, outstanding service, and enjoyable entertainment, Crab Du Jour became one of the highlights of our Savannah trip. If you're looking for good seafood, a fun atmosphere, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Crab Du Jour in Savannah. I gladly give them 5 out of 5 stars for food, entertainment, and service. They helped make our anniversary trip even more memorable!

The inside was surprisingly quiet, with most tables empty when we stopped by at 7pm on a Tuesday night. We ordered the Combo B with shrimp and crab legs (mild seasoning + garlic butter), along with a fried lobster tail and sweet potato fries. The bag of boiled seafood was definitely the star of the show. The shrimp tasted fresh and flavorful--not fishy at all--and the garlic butter seasoning was delicious. Cracking open the crab legs was a new experience for us and honestly kind of fun. There's something about working for each bite that turns dinner into an activity. We also tried the fried lobster tail. Unfortunately, the batter tasted almost burnt and overpowered the natural sweetness of the lobster meat. In retrospect, I would have ordered it boiled instead. The sweet potato fries were limp rather than crispy, which was disappointing. That said, the overall seafood boil experience really saved the meal. Our server was friendly and kind, especially since this was our first time at a seafood boil restaurant. She checked on us several times without being intrusive and helped us navigate the whole bibs-and-gloves situation. What our family loved most was the communal aspect--everyone digging into the same bag, cracking shells, passing pieces around. It felt interactive and different from just eating individual plates ordered off a menu. Would we go back? Yeah, probably--especially with grandparents or for a fun, hands-on dinner night out.

The vibe was very cool. The nets on the ceilings, the murals, the subway tile...I really liked it. It was pretty empty when we go there so our party of 7 was seated right away. We were given menus and told to go up to the front to order. Hawk took our order and they were super awesome. Very knowledgable and helpful. I got an oyster po boy with sweet potato fries, my mom and aunt got shrimp salads, my brother and sister got the shrimp tacos, and we got hush puppies, calamari, and a couple of clam chowders to share. (My little cousin got chocolate cake for lunch. That's it. The perks of traveling with your grandparents! LOL) Several of us also got adult beverages...they had a decent selection to chose from. My po boy was really good and the sweet potato fries were excellent. The shrimp salads and tacos were enjoyed as well. The hush puppies and the BUTTER were amazing! I thought the calamari was just a little tough (but not the worst) and the clam chowder was thin...more of a soup. Overall we highly enjoyed our meal and would recommend this place if you would like some fried seafood!

Erica Davis Lowcountry sits on Victory Drive in Thunderbolt -- a town so small it has exactly one square mile of land and a name borrowed from a lightning strike that supposedly split open a freshwater spring on the Wilmington River bluff. The restaurant itself has a similar origin story: a long-shuttered seafood spot called Teeple's, left empty for years, brought back to life by Erica and Dwight Davis with real care. The gaslight sconces out front stayed. So did the bones of the building. The garage doors open when the weather cooperates. We came in late on a Friday, catching the final stretch of their brunch service. Hannah (I believe) was our server -- in training, which you wouldn't have guessed. She steered us well and managed the table (and the room) with a confidence that didn't feel performed. We started with the Barbecue Shrimp and the Oysters Rockefeller. The barbecue shrimp -- Georgia shrimp in a spiced, rich sauce served with toasts -- was good but the one I'd skip on a return visit. The Oysters Rockefeller are the opposite story: roasted, finished with creamed collards and parmesan, and genuinely one of the better bites I've had in recent memory. Order them. My husband had the Wassaw Redfish -- pan-seared over stone-ground grits with garlic beurre blanc and heirloom tomato. Clean, confident cooking. I had the Sunday fried chicken, which delivered exactly what that dish promises when it's done right. Sides of fresh green beans, South Georgia collards, and Erica's Famous Coleslaw held their own across the board. Dessert was the Key Lime Pie, served in a cup that does not prepare you for how good it is. Tart and creamy in the right proportion. We didn't leave any behind. The family's seafood history in Savannah goes back to 1946. You can feel that kind of depth in a kitchen -- not in any one dramatic bite, but in the steadiness of it all.

The…read morerestaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the staff was friendly, although our food took a bit longer than expected to arrive. I ordered the Lowcountry Boil, which comes with shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage. The sausage and potatoes were good, and the seasoning was decent, but I was underwhelmed overall, especially considering the price. The shrimp didn't seem particularly fresh and had some white spots and discoloration that gave me the impression they may have been frozen for quite a while. As a result, the dish didn't quite live up to the hype for me. My wife ordered the Wassaw Redfish, which was recommended by our server, and that ended up being the standout dish of the meal. The redfish was cooked well, the garlic beurre blanc sauce was rich without being overwhelming, and the grits were creamy and flavorful. The shrimp and green beans complemented the dish nicely. Overall, the experience was mixed. The atmosphere was pleasant, and my wife's entrée was very good, but the Lowcountry Boil fell short of expectations. I'd consider coming back to try some of their other menu items, but based on this visit, I wouldn't order the boil again.
