I went for pedicure and gel manicure today. Just before the appointment, I broke my toe nail in half. Hanna was super patient with me and worked her way around my broken toenail. We discussed in detail, what could we do best with that. She was really thoughtful and still painted my nails, without rushing. It took us more than an hour but she was very sincere about it. Overall great salon. This salon is spacious and felt better than rest of the counterparts in the area. It has a dedicated parking in the complex and situated next to El Camino tea, which is a great location. I would highly recommend this place. read more

This is my 4th time visiting this salon and to be honest I was not disappointed. About a year ago my boyfriends mom recommended this salon and I will NOT go anywhere else. Even though, I personally don't get my nails done very often, upon arrival Mai immediately recognized me (which was nice) I was greeted with such warm smiles and prompt service. When entering the Salon you immediately notice how clean and spacious everything is. Staff will seat you in one of their comfortable massage chairs and will adjust everything until you feel comfortable. You will be given a menu of services and they will recommend things based on YOUR specific wants and needs. This particular visit I had a my toes and finger nails done and I have to say I'm very satisfied and extremely happy with how my nails came out! I have an event to go to in LA this weekend and Mai's dedication to her customers is unmatched. She will make sure you are happy with your choices and she's very patient and honest when you have specific designs. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the finished product. Also, she will make adjustments to satisfy and will work with you to make sure you absolutely love the final product... (The quality of products used is above expectation). Side note: things I've noticed is that they take their time to make sure you are happy, the towels used are very clean and smell freshly laundered and the massage you will receive during your pedicure will have you very relaxed. They do not cut corners and strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I will definitely in the future trust Mai with my curly hair and waxing services as I feel so comfortable coming here. I have a big following on social media and I will definitely be posting my nails and recommending this Salon! They are so unprofessional. Payed 40 for crappy nails. They are all different thickness and lengths plus shape. I don't know how I kept cool the lady Helen was so rude and said it was my fault! I followed Mai here when she took over this salon because she is the best nail person I have ever had in my life. I get gel manicures and regular pedicures from her. She is also very good at powder and acrylic which I don't do anymore. She cuts my sons hair and he loves her!! He is 7 years old and was afraid of haircuts from other people.
