I am very disappointed in their service. I took my car in 3 different times for an oil leak. I spent $2,200 and my car is still smoking and leaking oil. The 4th time I took it in they wanted another $1,300 to fix it! They continually made excuses and never apologized. I am done with them. read more

I came to Top Line Performance after being screwed by a service station telling me that my head gasket was blown. This Station made this claim without giving the vehicle the proper test. That was a red flag for me and I decided to take my car elsewhere, My friend referred me to Top Line Performance. Make sure you get everything on paper before doing business with them. They quoted the repair on our Lotus, inspection and removal of the trans was quoted $600 from Mario over the phone. A week later we brought our car in and they said $800 to get started. Back and forth we went with them, telling them their quoted price was $600. They met us in the middle and agreed to do it for $700, fine. Our car sat for three days before the extremely rude young guy who works the counter called to let us know they don't have a mount to fit our car, so they'd have to take it down the way to have the car worked on.. we asked if it would be any additional money for this circumstance, the rude young guy simply said "I don't know" & he wasn't willing to find out for us. We wanted to make sure before they disassembled our car, we would not be up charged and pay hidden fees other than what we agreed! The man on the phone was not willing to provide us an estimate of these costs for using a different shop to mount the car! He assumed we would just roll over and pay whatever it was it costed. We wouldn't have minded paying a little extra IF it made sense, but we already were paying $100 more than originally agreed upon. Mario is a nice guy, but his employee needs training on customer service skills! He should not be running the counter or he will run that business to the ground. Needless to say, they couldn't provide us the "new fees" upfront, so we picked out car up. Definitely will not be coming back, thanks to the rude employee not willing to go the extra inch. read more

I brought my 74 Bronco to TopLine Performance to restore the truck to running condition. It had not been started/driven in about five years. Mario understood my need to do work in phases, the first of which included condition assessment and correcting major mechanical issues, including new carb, new brakes all around, drain and replace both gas tanks, engine fluids, electrical cables, and timing. While the work progressed, Mario and Kevin provided good communication. They let me know when issues arose so I could participate in decisions on how to proceed. The truck now runs great and I am enjoying driving it after all these years. I took it back when a small leak in a gas line developed, and Mario fixed it gratis even though it was unrelated to the work they did. I am looking forward to going back to TopLine for some engine and transmission upgrades. I also noticed that TopLine's service bays included all different types of vehicles, including late model cars, older cars, exotics, classics and customs. Groupon oil change. Just an oil change. DOES NOT CHANGE OIL FILTER. Just did my oil change myself for the first time after taking it here and it still had the factory Nissan oil filter and I know that they didn't use the OEM part so obviously it hadn't been changed since I bought it from the dealer. Who knows if this guy even changed the oil all the way. Could at least tell you hey I didn't change your oil filter because every oil change in history has always been oil and filter.
