I came in last night for a gel manicure and pedicure, and overall it felt a bit rushed since it was pretty busy. Unfortunately, I realized afterward that one of my toenails was completely missed. I reached out via text last night but didn't receive a response, so I wanted to leave a review in hopes of getting this resolved. I paid for the full service and would really appreciate the chance to come back in and have the missing toe fixed. Thank you so much. I'm happy to come in at your convenience.

I was a little sad to see the price increase. I used to pay no more than $55 for a full set, and this time it was $70 for very basic nails. I truly loved this place because it fit my budget, but sadly it doesn't anymore.

This was my first time visiting Top Nails. I was lucky enough to have Amy do my nails! She did an amazing job. I will say the pedicure was less than awesome. I hadn't had a pedicure in almost 2 years so maybe things have changed. The tech did not file my nails nor did she cut my cuticles. They really don't look awesome. I'll definitely go back for my nails but would go elsewhere for a pedicure.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! I have been going to Ann for over 10 years ! Tiffany is my backup when Ann is very busy (because she is soo good and at high demand by customers) Lisa is my favorite pedicure technician but I do love the way they ALL do my toes i'm very picky with beauty services as well as everything and i've let each pedicure technician here do my toes and i absolutely trust and am comfortable going to any of them I recommend people here everywhere i go all the time. I will never go anywhere else. All of my friends and family come here now. 10/10

I went here last Thursday and got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure in preparation for my birthday trip to Vegas starting the following Tuesday. I got 2 add ons with my pedicure (callous removal and sugar scrub) and it ended up only being $50 for everything, so I left happy with my nails looking great. Then, on Monday night (the day before I left on my trip) one of my nails chipped, then completely broke off! Since then, several more of my nails have snapped and almost all of them have chipped/peeled. I don't know what they are putting in their "gel" polish, but it's completely destroyed my nails and only looked good for half of a week! I will say, my pedicure was amazing and all of my regular polish is still on my toes, but if you want to get a gel manicure save your money and the health of your nails by NOT COMING HERE!!!!! read more

I loved top nails it became my go to nail place but lately every time I go they spike up the price, and I end up paying more and more for the same service! The first time I went I only paid $45 for a full set today was the final straw I paid $70! I asked her to put Gems in my nails and until after she put them and finished she told me that it was $20, I've gotten gems in my nails multiple times and have NEVER been charged extra. I explained this to the girl and she said that they probably didn't put that many so I showed her a picture of nails I've gotten before with the same amount of gems and she said it was because of the shape and length of the nails I explained that the previous nails were longer and she said it was because it was $5 extra because of French tip which she also never mentioned. She just kept adding saying she charged me extra because of the length, shape etc. I paid her the $70 but I will not be going back. They lost a loyal customer, I've referred so many people there. But not anymore. read more

The nail tech poured the acetone she soaked my nails off in back in the container right in front of me so I can only imagine what they do behind the scenes with their utensils. My tech applied my gel X nails and barely filed them so they had that out of the package thickness to them. TERRIBLE! read more

I moved to the area and decided to try this place after doing my research on Yelp. Jenny did an amazing job! I showed her what I wanted and she did that. My nails look natural and perfect for the holidays. I highly recommend Jenny. She was patient and took her time doing my nails. My go to place was booked for a while and I couldn't wait to get my pedicure and full set done. I called Top Nails & Spa because of the amazing reviews on Yelp. Great customer service. I can't get over how kind they were. As I was walking out I messed up the color on my toes and walked back in to get it fixed. They didn't make me feel embarrassed at all, and I decided to get gel instead and a different color. I'm so glad I went back in. Thank you Top Nails for being so professional and for making me so happy. All the girls and gentlemen were so kind. It's been almost 4 weeks since getting my nails done & they still look great! My BIGGEST thing when getting dip nails I chipping in the corner & when it starts to lift at the bottom & my hair gets caught in it. Literally NO lifting at all! Love it! This was my first time going to Top Nails and I loved my full set. Ann was extremely helpful and talented. Other places had me pick a color before sitting, but Ann showed me pictures of her work instead, which helped me pick my set out. I had always wanted an ombré set of nails but other places either did not offer them or they charged way too much. Ann charged a reasonable price for a beautiful set that I can tell will last a really long time. I was helped after waiting only 5 minutes without an appointment, which was a plus. I will definitely be returning to get a fill soon! read more

I will give them a two because they really do quality nails that last but.......they are so so rude. You make an appointment and you sit and wait. You call ahead and ask are you sure you are free and they assure you they are and ... you sit and wait. They take other walk ins before you and they speak to each other so you can't understand , on purpose. The lady in front is the worst. After you are sitting and waiting and they notice you making an appointment elsewhere they all of a sudden have room now, but the chair is empty. Go there for the nails but be prepared to wait. And be prepared to feel like you did something wrong because the staff are making fun of you. I recommend you do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I went to go get a gel manicure on Thursday and I'm not going to say who did my nails but she filed the sides of my nails after they were cured and i found that odd since it will leave the sides of my nails uncured and open and they look TERRIBLE in 4 days my gel usually last me at least 2 weeks so upset read more

I absolutely love this place !!! I was so happy to find this nail shop when I moved to the area a few years ago.. The owner was my first nail tech experience there and she was great ! As soon as my 10 year old daughter and I walked in, we got seated to get laughed at by the two workers... the two workers then continued to talk in their language, thinking I did not understand what they were saying... little did they know I understood everything they said.... joke was on them as it came out their tip, and I let them know when paying I understood everything with her face dropping... word of advice, don't judge a book by its cover read more

Ann the owner does a great job and will make sure you're happy. I got my nails done by another person at the salon and didn't like them but she fixed them for me at no charge. I honestly dont know I keep giving thud place a chance. Its closest to my house and I wish the service and quality were better. I went in to get my gelx removed. I only wanted a clear manicure until I could go to my nail artist on the weekend. I've had gelx over 2 years and at top nails they basically soak your finger off with acetone, that may be the process but at other places I'm not sitting there with my nails in straight acetone for 15 minutes. One of the things I dont like about top nails is they give you a seat but make you wait forever. Finally someone came back to me, a different girl then originally started soaking my nails. I could tell she didnt want to do my nails because it was nothing fancy. She was rough and my nails she didnt even cut them well. I asked for curve and she gave me square. Also, the gel was all over my fingers because of the soak and she had no problem with telling me she was done. I'm like, my fingers are sticky, wtf? I she had me wash them and put an acetone cotton ball to get it off. I'm so disappointed, this was a simple manicure and it was so basic but because she didn't want to do it, my hands look terrible. She didn't even clean under my nails. Never again. read more

Appointments are not really honored, if they have a chance to squeeze someone in they will and you can go ahead and wait. At least one of their staff is super rude but the other employees do a good job if you can put up with the abuse. read more

ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE . Us as girls the majority of the time have bad experiences because we are super picky. We need a lady to really listen to what we want so we can leave the nail salon satisfied. I have to say TOP Nails & Spa not only really LISTENED to what I wanted but made me feel super comfortable and treated me like a queen. This nail salon has everything it takes to be successful, it has excellent customer service and do a fantastic job. Girl! I promise you won't regret it. Horrible service, sloppy gel polish, nickel and dime at the expense of repeat business. I asked for a color change because the color dried very ugly and was sloppy. It was $15 total just to have them redo the color. I decided to get the gel removed and polish them at home it was so bad. read more

Just left here. Got my full set done by Tiffany! And I am BEYOND happy! Finding a good nail tech can be hard. I stopped getting mine done awhile back because I was tired or driving far to see my old one, and all the ones I found around were mediocre. I called and was able to get in the same day. Which first made me a lil nervous. But it's Monday so I figure it's a slower day. The customer service was great. I felt super comfortable. Tiffany was super fast and efficient and super friendly as well. Their price point is a little low for the quality of work they do! Which is good for us, bad for them. So if You go, tip em good! Basically..they're not expensive at all. 20 for the set and 10 for the design. I've spent more on just a manicure before. K I could go on, but I won't... Just go. I've now been here multiple times to both Tiffany and Ann. I've been happy every time. Tiffany recently gave me a brand new set with this gorgeous green cat eye color. She's amazing and so sweet. I fully understand the situation I was walking into. It's the holiday season and it gets super busy. People with appointments were even waiting. AND I fully understand the have two teams one for manicures and one for a full set. But why am I waiting 40+ mins for two girls who needed a fill to get pushed in front of me. I am so IN LOVE with my nails very similar to the picture I showed her. I forgot to ask the girl what her name was but she's the youngest of them all and she really takes her time filing down the nails and cutting the cuticles which I am 100% satisfied with.I've been to various nail places and I feel most at comfort with this little shop. They definitely earned a customer for life read more

Customer service is a really big deal to me, so even though they aren't the closest salon to me, I kept coming back and got to know several of the technicians, everyone has been wonderful. They do everything from simple solids to designs, I've gotten it all and always been happy with my nails, and in the rare occasion I wanted to change or fix something, all I had to do was ask and and they were happy to accommodate me to make sure I was happy. I kept getting my nails done throughout my pregnancy but took a break when I had my baby, and when I came back, several of the staff remembered me, asked about the baby, and even remembered my signature colors! THAT'S the service that will keep me coming back!

Except they actually don't have the extra long in stock, she was going to just apply the Long tip halfway down my nail bed. I declined and asked for the extra long tips I'm paying for. She then took out "xtra xtra long" and said $85 for these. So completely skipped over extra long and still charged me. Whatever , I agreed because benefit of the doubt. Once the foundation is laid, they ask me what designs I want. I showed them several pictures as inspiration and described what I would like, open to all suggestions and directions. They quoted me an additional $75 on top of the $85, and although I was completely shocked , I figured I was just out of my budget and needed to pick another design. Everything I suggested was $60+ on top of $85. Finally I asked ok what about French tip?! They said $25 extra. Okay, very expensive but I hope they look good. Keep in mind the entire time, only 1 person in the whole salon spoke English and whenever I would ask a question, my tech would yell for the English speaker very annoyed as if I was a problematic customer. I also got a full set gel x pedicure, and needed one nail repaired as it's growing back from falling off. When my tech was removing dead skin from the sides of my nail bed, she snipped my skin and cut me. In total for full set xtra long French tip and French tip gel x pedicure, I paid $190 not including tip. 3 days later, my repaired toe nail came off. Okay, maybe it was just too small of a nail. BUT THEN ON THE 4TH DAY, MY FINGERNAIL BREAKS IN HALF. $190 for basic nails, that break not even a full business week later. So disappointed, will never come back.

My nail tech showed me the book of options and I loved one of the blue cat eye nails. When the paint went on my fingers it appeared to be just sparkly blue. The nail tech saw my disappointment and asked if I liked it and I expressed that it was not cat eye but more of a sparkly paint. I don't really like sparkly paint so I hated it. She asked if I wanted to change it and when I asked if it would be too difficult, she said yes because she already added a second layer. When I discussed it more she said that they don't have the right paint that matched the book of cat eye nails she showed me and I was thinking, then why didn't you tell me beforehand that you couldn't do the cat eye. So I felt stuck with it and left unhappy. I am also bothered with how thick the nail is. It's like a shell on top.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Your right I'm patient but come on not today Owner over booked herself So I'm sitting here while she tries to run the place and 3 nail customers at same time was hoping owner Ann would be on point .... I need new nail place I had made a 1:00 pm appointment around 9 am this morning . If you're a perfectionist like me and want your nails to come out looking perfect, ask any of the girls to do them for you. I was hesitant to try this place, but I decided to make an appointment anyway. My husband decided to come along with me. Clean place, peaceful and intimate, so you definitely leave feeling relaxed. With reasonable prices and they try to accommodate for what the customer asks for. I love neutrals & shapes. Even if I ask for a random color that they don't have, the girls take the time to get something very close to what I asked for. ANYWAYS I came telling them I had an appointment today with Anne and I was taken in to do my nails first with my pedicure and let me just say that was AMAZING the message was perfect and my toes came out amazing then it came down to my acrylic full gel set and let me say I fell in love with the finished product !
