I just walked in without an appointment and asked for a cat eye mani pedi. The technicians seated me and began working on my nails while I chose the number of the color. It was very tranquil and I watched vids while the chair massage kicked in. I had two people working on me at the same time so I was done pretty quickly and it came out great. Horrible experience. I came in for frenchtip nails and the lady I got was extremely rude and unprofessional. I know I can be picky with shape and color but I am always very polite and aware. She was easily frustrated when asked to correct crooked nails, made me go to the wall and grab my own colors instead of assisting, kept complaining about me to her staff. Half way through I could tell she was growing upset by her attitude so I again apologized for being particular and asked if she wanted someone else to finish my nails. She continued and was unable to follow the frenchtips in the picture I showed her so I just asked her to stop. She left this stuff all around my nails I was not able to remove at home. I came in last minute on a whim around 12:20PM on a Friday afternoon and besides 1 other lady I was the only other customer which surprised me! I was seated almost immediately & Nancy made sure I was comfortable & even turned on the massage chair for me right away. While I sat in the massage chair for a couple of minutes before my pedicure started I looked around the salon & it was sooo cute & clean! The ladies mentioned they had just remodeled as well which made sense but the place is definitely well taken care of. Liz took care of my pedicure & she did an AMAZING job. One of my big toe nails is broken & super short rn so I have a Gel X nail on that toe nail which she was able to tend to & also refill for me. I can't get over how sweet & polite she was! She didn't rush my pedi either which I can appreciate because pedicures aren't as relaxing as what they used to be! IYKYK....lol. Anyways by the end of my service I felt so amazing & beautiful again because Liz took such great care of me. She also just made me feel so great about myself during our conservation lol it honestly low key made my day! Finally, as far as price range goes this place is SUPER reasonable when it comes to pedicures! I was charged $46 total (including tip) but mind you I got gel nail polish on my toe nails, I got the gel x nail refilled, I got my calluses removed, and scrubbed!
