Greeted, checked in, picked a color (#102) and the worker was very kind, sat down & the worker got to cleaning toes up. Technically, it's a new nail salon. They changed ownership since June and remodeled it. Looks classy & Very nice! Calm with music playing. Clean & safe. He did a GREAT job cleaning up my toes. Cleaned up, scrubbed up, lotion with massage(Amazingly GREAT!!), warm towel wrapped around massage too, RELAXING.... and polished. Before you know it, it was complete. He put my flip flops on after drying and putting my jeans pant down. Checkout after that chatted with owner. Very kind she welcoming! Paid for it and wished a good day! Adorn was open and had avails, good reviews, and affordable to boot. Each of us got one of each pedicure service - bday girl got the Adorn, mom got the basic, I got the deluxe. All the technicians were so kind, sociable, and their work was excellent. The salon was empty (Super Bowl time! Prime time!!) - which showed us how clean everything was. The receptionist was such a pleasure to chat with, and even helped out the technicians when needed (we had Lynn, Jennifer, and one more! I'm sorry I forgot her name!). Massage chairs are always a plus, and they didn't rush us out. Super considerate and a lovely place to spend some pampering!

9/29/25 Almost…read moreOctober!! 2 months behind on getting a pedicure! Over due! Called and worker was happy to take me right now. Awesome!! Arrived and the worker was Great. Got me set up and going after picking a red glitter (#463) along with the Nature's Retreat Pedicure. Very classy and nice inside. Pretty lights. They also gave it decorated cute for Halloween. Very nice pedicure chairs. They look brand new. Very comfortable. The environment is calm and Peaceful. I was so embarrassed with how bad my toes were, but the worker didn't care. She got to it cleaning them up. She scrubbed them and it felt really great!! Tickled too! =p Massage also! Her name was Nina! She has been here a while and she definitely does a GREAT job!! I made an appointment and I got the location confused so I was running a few minutes late! I tried to call but it didn't go through! When I got there I was greeted by a rude and unfriendly man! I told him I was late sorry ! He said have a seat and pick a color! Two walks ins came after me he got both of them and their service started! As I waited I was told by a short grunted language where to go! I had a very nice lady do my pedicure but there was no English spoken even between the employees! Very silent no music just a tv without sound and Closed caption super awkward! When I checked out to pay! I wanted to give my lady a tip and I didn't see her and told the same rude man so he grab the cash and he and said I will give it to her! I checked out and he never said thank you after paying and still had an attitude! DONE NEVER WILL I GO BACK SUPER DISAPPOINTED!
