Top Pho is amazing. We first tried this restaurant out about 2 months ago and have since made it a regular in our rotation and have now eaten there (or taken out) about 5 times. When dining in, the service is fantastic, and the owner is very friendly and personally checked in on us a few times, including once to make sure we knew the spicy BBQ beef was free and unlimited! The spicy BBQ beef was quite good, but we simply love the chicken pho. The broth is delicious. In fact, we typically order 2 large servings of Chicken Pho, which is a HUGE amount, so that we can have Pho for dinner two nights, then have leftover broth for other recipes (so far we have used it in minestrone soup, chili). Considering the amount of food you get, the prices are great. I HIGHLY recommend Top Pho. read more

Delicious! The food is amazing and the staff is really nice. I had the vegetarian pho and the broth was spicy and delicious and the veggies fresh. Plus a new type of cilantro I've never seen before. The owner sent over some spicy grilled beef that was AMAZING. It's hard to know what to eat when you're staying at the hospital and this was a welcome home run. One of the best places I've tried pho other places and this one is one of my favorites don't let the location scare you it's pretty clean and the food is delicious from dry noodle stir fry's to eggs and spring rolls boba's (mocha is my favorite) and of course pho it's all delicious! This place is incredible! The only bad thing in say about it is that it might spoil all other pho restaurants for you, it kind of has for me. That being said, I see no reason to go anywhere else, as this is close, reasonably priced, and unbelievably amazing. The aromatics alone, when walking into this neighborhood treasure, make the drive worth it, but only a few moments after arrival comes a steaming bowl of the most complex and exquisitely prepared broth, accompanied by an array of fresh veggies and perfectly prepared meat (spicy beef!! This has got to be my number one favorite restaurant in Aurora BY FAR. I was living in aurora for 4 months during my stem cell transplant last year and I swear this restaurant was one of the only places I would actually be able to eat at because it was too good not to! Every single time I'm in aurora for hospital visits or whatever it is that's bringing me there, I get a bowl of pho from this place. Everything about this restaurant is incredible, the service, the inside, and the food especially! I always get the marinated beef pho and it has yet to disappoint. I always leave feeling full and SO satisfied. I've tried multiple kinds of pho here and I've got to say this is my favorite pho restaurant that I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few! The broth is to die for- it really is quality food. The staff is super friendly and attentive, the prices are great and the food normally comes out quickly! I ate here two weeks before going to Vietnam to get a feel for the food and coffee. This would have been my review at that time. I had the Pho Bo (beef pho) and a iced Vietnamese coffee. Both were absolutely outstanding. Got a free side of spicy beef (more about that later) for free. I got a medium bowl and took half home for dinner and I eat a lot. Now, since I have been back from Vietnam my review stands. The Top Pho pho was just as good as any that I had in Vietnam and I had a lot. While the coffee here is a little expensive it rivals the best coffee I had over there. It is unbelievable, and that is comming from someone who became so addicted to Vietnamese coffee that I brought home six bags and a couple of brewers. As for the spicey pork. I had a Bahn Me (sandwich) at Top Phu and thought it was good but told the owner that he should make a sandwich with the spicey pork (not that I think about it it might have been spicy beef). This is by far the best Pho around. I have tried several other Pho restaraunts with my collegues but non compare. I am a regular at this establishment, averaging 1.5 times per week. The Medium Pho is more than I can eat, and the owner continually refills the "Spicy Meat" as a complimentary side dish. The customer service is great. I have never had any complaints about the food, but I have whitnessed a dissatisfied customer recieve a free bowl of Pho, after he ate all the meat out of his first bowl!! The owner is always thinking of his customers. The Broth is the Best we have had. The spicy beef is wonderful. We LOVE this Top Pho. We have been to about 9 Pho places between 25 and 225 and this place is by far the BEST! We have been to Pho places all over the country this Broth is so far the best! The broth is so good by itself which is rear with Pho; I have always had to add stuff to it to improve the flavor. All our kids go here with their friends a lot. We love going and my husband always gets a meatball and I get shrimp and we share a spring roll shrimp only! I also have to say they sometimes have a small problem with the wait staff. I have had to wait a while for food but it is that good I did not care! They get slammed sometimes on off hours when you would think no one would be there. I think this is our 1st 5 star! read more

The best Pho restaurant I have been to in the Aurora area, I thought I couldn't live with out the Pho 79 on Havana or Federal but Top Pho out did them!!! The servers are very friendly and attentive unlike Pho 79 and the service is fast. The spicy beef they offer with each meal is to die for. I got the grilled combo platter and the rare beef noodle soup and both were very good. I am planning on going again and again.Not the best neighborhood for the scary types so I suggest you go in the day time so you can feel safer. This place is so worth it, give it a try!!! read more

This spot is pretty good. I wish they had a few more options meat-wise but all in all I like it and eat here regularly. I've had a few of their combo dishes and they were as good as the pho. It's a little dirty and not in a great part of town but the staff is nice and pretty attentive. There's always quite a few people in there when I go which is a good sign I think. I notice some reviewers mention an appetizer of spicy steak served for free when you are seated. I have never once seen this happen or have had the pleasure so I'm not sure what's going on there. Maybe it's a lunch thing as I've only been for dinner. It's a basic good pho restaurant so I don't have much to add beyond other reviewers. The egg rolls are real good! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Great rare steak pho, big portions and spicy beef sample is always great. Prices are very reasonable as well. Service isn't great great but food makes up for it. And I also love how fast service is, I'm at this joint at least twice a week I can't get enough. The pho broth is awesome for hangovers too! Did I mention they don't care about obnoxious little kids, I have two little boys who are always running all through the restaurant screaming and no one has ever complained to me about it. My wife and I decided to stop by after picking up my daughter and it was extremely tasty! My wife ordered the rice combination and I ordered a rare steak large. My daughter had a kid's grill. At the end, we were all full and satisfied with the food. The service was great and friendly and the manager made sure the food was enjoyable to us and made sure to check up on us every once in a while. This is the first time I have been here. First impression, the interior is decorated very nice and was very clean. When we walked in, it was really busy, but we got seated right away (there were 3 of us). We were in a little bit of a hurry, so they took our order right away and it came VERY quickly. Two of us ordered the Pho (HUGE PORTIONS!!) and one ordered off the grill (HUGE PORTION!!). The Pho was delicious!!! When the grill plate came out with all the extra accessories (dry rice paper, bowl of water etc), we weren't quite sure what to do. The owner must have seen the quizzical look on our faces, because he asked if we needed help. He grabbed a pair of gloves and showed us how to make our own spring rolls - DELICIOUS!! Top Pho is gunning to be the best pho in the metro area, but they aren't quite there. They are pretty good, though. Expect an outrageously friendly greeting from the owner/manager and a modest room filled with folk slurping on some hefty noodle bowls. I've tried a few things here, but the item that stands out the most is their spicy beef appetizer that they give to every customer...for free. Let me repeat that - they give their best dish to every customer. FOR FREE! GRATIS! Yeah...I like that price. I also like a good bowl of pho. Besides being the closest pho peddler to my house, they happen to make a bowl that is at least two notches above your average, run-of-the-mill pho restaurant that just opened in another depressing Denver strip mall. This bowl comes crisp with a balanced flavors and plenty of fillings to make for enjoyable slurping. Veggies are fresh and plentiful also. They do all the other things that other pho restaurants do - like noodle bowls and rice plates, but I think the pho wins here - and the free spicy beef. read more

Surprisingly good restaurant near the Anschutz medical campus. Plenty of seating, not just your typical take out Asian place. Came with a large group and the staff was great the whole time. I'm not a pho fan so I ordered a grilled chicken rice bowl which was great. Tons of food for the price and everything came out fast and fresh. I wouldn't know what the food tastes like so I cannot comment on it (not from lack of trying). I was with one other person, we got seated and gave a staff member our order. Then a family of 6, another family of 3 and two others came in about 10-15min after we placed our order. Having gotten our sodas requested I decided to be patient about not receiving my spring rolls that we had ordered. Then 5 minutes had passed and the family of 6 that got seated (10min) after us received 2 orders of spring rolls. Enraged, but still attempting to be patient I decided to stick it out. Then the family of 3 that was also seated after us got an order of spring rolls delivered to their table. Following this blatant demonstration of terrible service a waitress, who was not the one that took our order proceeds to come over to ask what we had ordered. This is not okay! we order take out from top pho every week or two and the food is absolutely amazing. the only problem is that they mess up our order every few times. sometimes they forget the meat, sometimes there aren't limes, sometimes no basil, etc. point is that I probably need to just check the order before I take it home but that sounds pretty high maintenance. either way, it's not going to stop us from coming back as we really do love the food. definitely recommended! read more

I grew up eating pho and noddle bowls. This place lacks the authentic flavor for both their pho and their noddle bowls. Their egg rolls are very disappointing - not crispy and pretty bland. Very disappointed as they are very close to my house. The prices are also higher than other places that serve better food. If you're looking for more authentic flavors, skip top pho. read more

First time visitor & pho aficionado. I paid the extra $1.50 and got the raw marinated steak pho, size medium. Garnished to taste. Also trimmed & added the spicy beef they provided as a free side. Wow! I had been to Top Pho a couple of weeks ago with a co-worker and really enjoyed the food. Last night I suggested that my wife and daughter go and try it for dinner. We had a place (Pho 79) that was our favorite for pho and I didn't know if they would like Top Pho as much. We started off with some veggie egg rolls that rocked and had pho and my wife had a salad that she just loved! However, the Asian music they have playing there is pretty loud and would be nice if it were turned down a little. I was glad that they enjoyed the food and I am sure that we will be going back again real soon. read more
