Went to happy hour and the food and drink were well worth the prices which were very reasonable. Bartenders were very nice and quick and made nice cocktails. Food came out quick and were perfect portions of appetizers. We sat at the bar and had lots of tables around us sitting and looking out at the ocean. Not too loud or packed on a Thursday around 5, could see it getting very crowded a bit later. When we go back to AC we will be going here again because we had a good time and experience.

This venue used to have a happy hour from Sunday to Thursday. It is now only on Sunday and Thursday. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 12:30pm. They have a great happy hour on food and drinks. We sat at the bar with a view of the water. The venue has amazing views. It was so amazing. I didn't even realize that we were there for over 3 hours. When we arrived, we ordered rum punch and shared a guacamole. We also had some happy hour shots, wings, chicken tenders, and fries. There used to be shrimps and fries on the menu. Please bring that menu item back! I was looking forward to ordering that, and I was disappointed that it was no longer on the menu. The bartender Amanda provided amazing service.

Had made a reservation at Top Golf for dinner during a recent visit to Ocean Resort. As much as I visit Ocean Resort, I had never been eaten at Top Golf. Reservations were easy to make online and were seated immediately after arriving. When you enter, you see the interactive golf suites and a large bar area and plenty of tables. We started with some drinks--unfortunately we had just missed happy hour. I had ordered the Titocolada and my sister got the Moscow mule. The drinks came quickly and were pretty good. For the meal, they had a prime rib special on Thursdays for $29-- my sister and I decided to share that and then ordered some chicken wings. The prime rib was def worth it and you get a very generous helping. It was served with a side of baked potato and steamed veggies. The garlic Parmesan wings were okay. Our waiter was Greg and he was great through the entire dinner! Will def come back for their happy hour!

While I was gambling he decided to pop by here for a snack ahead of a brunch reservation. He placed an order at roughly 12:21 for some buffalo chicken tenders. Around 12:30 I give em a ring and let him know that I would be joining him shortly to which he shared perfect timing bc he had placed an order for an appetizer that hopefully would be arriving soon, and within 5 min or so I found him at the bar. Needing to wash my hands and use the restroom I stepped away, around the same time he made an inquiry on the status of the tenders to our waiter/bartender. After I returned, got settled, did some chit chatting, i asked where the food was as our next reservation was coming up within the next 30 min or so. At this point it's now 12:50ish and we're going on 30 min waiting for a basket of buffalo chicken tenders. Melissa or Madison (idr her name, employee ID ending in 993) doesn't really offer any type of recourse when asked again besides idk and she'll have to go back to the kitchen to check. Within the next couple of minutes the tenders come out, a male server shared how he just started his shift etc etc upon us asking about the delay to which we responded understandingly and deferring our concerns to the responsible party-- the kitchen. Given that we've never had to wait over 30 min for a basket of tenders we asked for the manager. The manager comes, explains that the tenders aren't frozen and are freshly made etc etc... asks us if we still want the food and begrudgingly comps the tenders from the bill since he still wanted to eat having not eaten since last night. Given the managers explanation of how they prep and cook the food, I would have expected the tenders to be hot fresh out the fryer and delicious-- instead they were room temperature and underwhelming. On top of that, we couldn't eat immediately because Melissa/Madison hadn't given us any plates and roll ups/cutlery-- when she heard me stating that observation to my bf, she goes "I was gonna give you plates when the food came"... and guess what she did after making those comments? She STILL didn't bring us the plates that were sitting directly across from us-- she just moseyed on tending to other customers and making drinks, this was very intentional and tbh seemed racist bc we're the only black folks you're waiting on and the attention and care was so dismissive vs being proactive and wishing to resolve the issue in a timely manner... it was as if she was sick of us asking where was the food lol. So I go grab some cocktail napkins bc what else are we supposed to use for our hands and such? Eventually my bf asks her again, can we please have some plates to which she responded sarcastically "sure" and placed them on the bar. Her whole demeanor was quite off putting and rude during the ordeal, even though we made it clear our disappointment was with the back of the house and not the front of the house and we weren't nasty and loud with her-- we could've had a "Karen" moment but we didn't bc we don't like to disrespect and berate service workers, and we love leaving great tips. I say that to say, I wasn't satisfied with her handling of our clearly disappointing and ridiculously delayed dining experience and wouldn't have left her a tip for service but HE is nicer than me and threw her a $3 dollar tip for the little $11 dollar bloody marry. All in all, I wouldn't bother returning. I'm only giving this a 2 star since the manager comped the food which was really the only proper next step.

This place is so bright and huge windows facing the ocean. Depending on your seating you could face the Ferris wheel on the boardwalk. Great bar menu just to watch the game and nibble and drink. I came today for there $26 lobster plate... The service is good and the are very accommodating going above and beyond.

Panoramic ocean views and and all day food and drink happy hour at the bar caught my attention. Portions are huge. My ribeye cheese steak with fries was half priced at $8. It was more like a Philly cheese steak but a solid 4 stars. Service is excellent as are the ocean views.

I couldn't fathom the idea of virtual golf but to my surprise it was so much fun! I booked a lane for me and my girls for one hour. There were so many virtual games to choose from we actually extended our lane for an additional hour. It's fair to say that I enjoyed my experience more at The Swing Suite than I did at The Top Golf outdoor games. The food was subpar so I suggest going on a night when they offer food specials which I think is Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays.

Stopped by for their All Day Happy Hour to have a drink and some apps before dinner... Took a seat at the bar and the bartender let me know it was going to be a few minutes before he took my order because he was backed up. While I was waiting I looked over the menu and made my selections. For my drink I ordered the Rum punch and a shot of Fire Ball and for my appetizers I went with the spinach dip and mozzarella sticks. They have a pretty vast HH menu with many items to choose from at half price. The mozzarella sticks were fresh crisp and delicious, and the spinach dip was creamy and savory accompanied with crispy tortilla chips. I definitely plan on making a return visit for their HH in the future... Not to mention the great ocean views.

We went out for dinner at "Top Golf Swing. Wings and spinach dip delicious. Every Wednesday Thursday and Friday they have special $19.99. On Wednesday 1lb of snow crab w/potatoes and corn. Thursday Whole lobster w/potatoe and Mexican corn and Friday Maryland crab boil and Happy hours are all day. They have a private virtual games for the entire family for $50. 1hr and Service was excellent and on point.

One of my friends told me this place had a seafood broil on Fridays so me and the wife decided to join and try it out. Upon entering the place is clean and sleek looking, very modern with a bit of industrial look. There's "pods" that have some smaller tables that have an interactive big projector screen that you can play multiple types of sports games like golf, hockey, soccer and what not. We decided to skip these activities and go with just drinking and eating, our waitress was very nice and on point with drinks. We all decided to order the seafood broil and that's when everything in the seafood world came crashing down. Starting with the flavorless bowl of hot water they send everything with you get mussels, clams, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn and 1/2 a lobster. To start we had to get our own sides of old bay because nothing had any flavor, bland boring tasteless nonsense! The clams and mussels were dirty and gritty, the shrimp was ok but you peel from a bowl of hot water, I've never seen that before. The corn was cut into 2 kernel slices and not whole or 1/2, I got 2 small slices of sausage and some waterlogged potatoes. This now brings us to the star of the show, the lobster! The lobster was tasteless and way overcooked, I couldn't cut it with my fork and I could barely get through it with a knife. It was chewy and had the constituency of bubble gum, out of 6 of us not one person ate the lobster. This was the worse seafood I've ever had in my entire life, and being at the shore is a pure embarrassment. It was so bad we complained to the manager and he took the entire bill off for everyone. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SEAFOOD! I had to order fries just so I had something to eat, that being said they had really awesome fries. If you want to go and have some fun then the games will probably do it, but if you want seafood stay away.

Well, the "Irish Pub" you know from the Monopoly game is actually this real property, "The Irish Pub and Inn", here on St. James Place in Atlantic City. Also, the game's iconic red hotel design inspired the game's red hotels, making it a real-life landmark for Monopoly fans. During most of the year, this legendary, 24/7 pub is famous for its unique, memorabilia-filled atmosphere and historical ties to AC, the Monopoly game, prohibition, etc., attracting visitors who enjoy its authentic, home-style vibe. But during Christmas, its decorations are on a whole other level of amazingness. Photos will not permit you to understand just how fantastic the volume and scope of lights, ornaments and figurines abound all around the restaurant and bar areas. The owner starts decorating weeks before Christmas adding new items each day through Christmas. You can't miss catching the Christmas spirit here, while taking in some spirits! It is a cash only venue. Make sure to come prepared. But if not? They do have an ATM onsite to help pay for the classic fish and chips or / AND the St James Potatoes. Those fries are like a poutine for those who know. The service is no frills but provided with pride and a smile, always. You can never go wrong here for a quick, basic, and satisfying meal and drink at reasonable prices in good company.

So my wife and I were celebrating in Atlantic City we were staying at hard rock, I am an Eagles fan, so I wanted somewhere to watch the game. In looking online, it said hard rock was a lame place to watch the game, and it is, so we walked over the skywalk thing and went to Resorts and came here to DraftKings. I think it was super cool and super cute as a place to go have drinks and watch the game. Really good drink special specials, the bartender Sarai is a dream! Of course, in true friendly sports bar vibe, we ended up getting free beers offered to us from folks who bought buckets of beer and had them to share, lol. The only drawback was it is not updated online, therefore there are drinks on the menu that do not exist, and it also said it had food somewhere online, but that is not true. I think she said they stopped serving food like two years ago. so anyway, you can get a bucket of beer for $20 bucks, five dollar drinks specials, five dollar shots, we were celebrating so we did all the things. I only left at halftime because there wasn't any food and I have to eat when I drink. For future, because I will go back , I would bring my food with me as other people did. knowing this for future, it's a really good way to have some fun on a budget. Pick up your own cheap Eats, bring it to the bar, have cheap drink specials... What is wrong with you people! These are all wins! I stopped in for dinner around 6:15 PM and, as always, the atmosphere was welcoming. There's indoor seating, a full bar, and a fantastic outdoor space complete with games, a fire pit, and one of the best music playlists in town--often accompanied by live entertainment. It's the kind of place where locals and visitors naturally mix together, creating a fun and friendly energy. One thing that always makes me smile is the sign when you walk in explaining that the bartenders and servers may be outside and asking guests to let them know they've arrived. Honestly, who could blame them? With the fresh salt air coming off the Atlantic Ocean and the outdoor atmosphere they've created, it's exactly where I'd want to be too. Tonight I ordered the crab cake platter, served with garlic French fries and coleslaw. The crab cakes were very good, packed with flavor, and the fries were crispy, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. A simple meal done right. Everything was fresh and appealing, I eat small portions so I took one crab cake and some fries home with me. I did ask about dessert, nothing was available, I don't do sweets frequently, I'm surprised they don't request Momma Chocolate, at Bar32 to make some extras for days they are closed. My server, Bella, was upbeat, bubbly, and attentive throughout the evening, adding to an already enjoyable experience. Parking is easy, with both free and paid options nearby, plus curbside access. Whether you're a local looking for a regular hangout or a visitor exploring beyond the casinos, Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall is well worth the short walk from the Boardwalk. Happy Hour Review…read more Preface: My wife and I were visiting AC to celebrate her birthday. As frequent visitors to AC, I'm a bit embarrassed that we've never been before but here we are. Before I get into the details, I'll simply say this place is SPECTACULAR!!! I was thoroughly impressed by the ambience, food, relative affordability (for seafood), and customer service. Additionally, we were so impressed that we came back the next day for another Happy Hour! This will be a long winded review because Dock's deserves the accolades and future potential diners! Oyster on the Half Shell ($1.50 each): Incredible, clean tasting oysters. I prefer a brinier oyster but I can't ignore the quality and freshness.. It was served with lemon, horseradish, and a homemade vinegar mixture. I asked for tabasco on the side. As mentioned earlier, I do prefer a brinier oyster but these oysters were a clean palate for you to customize as you please. Regardless of your oyster preference, order a few to start off your experience. Broiled Oysters ($1.75 each): There were two options: Rockefeller or Champagne Leak. We only ordered 2 (Champagne Leak) because we wanted to explore more of the Happy Hour Menu. The broiled oysters were presented on the half shell with what looked like a creamy leek infused sauce. Beautiful flavor! Fried Oysters ($1.75 each): They offered 4 different types: plain, buffalo, parmesan, and wasabi encrusted. I loved them all. We ordered 2 of each and it was served with tartar sauce. All 4 offered different flavor profiles. The Plain sounds boring but it's the perfect vessel for you to dress it as you please. The Parm was one of my favorite bites here. It was breaded, fried, and topped off with cheese and red sauce. It was fabulous. I can't give an honest review of the Wasabi and Buffalo fried oyster as my palate was bombarded with multiple plates, condiments, and drinks at the same time. Fried Calamari ($7.25): Simple, fresh, delicious. Although fried, it didn't come out greasy. Simple breading or flour dusted and fried served with lemon and cocktail sauce. No curve balls with this fried calamari. Lobster Mac and Cheese ($11): Beautifully presented Mac and Cheese served on top of a half split lobster. Great traditional casserole style Mac and Cheese (in taste, not presentation). Bits of lobster incorporated as well. It's a nice change of pace from oysters galore.I understand it's lobster but for the most expensive item on the Happy Hour Menu, I expected a little bit more meat. Tuna Tacos ($7.75): Star of the Show! Raw tuna chunks are diced and served in crispy wonton tacos. The crispy wonton had an incredible crunch. Wonderful upfront flavor but it doesn't stop there. There are back notes of something I can't pinpoint...a touch of wasabi and/or sesame oil??? I honestly can't tell you but it brings such a complexity to the dish. This is a must order. Even if you don't like raw fish, please do yourself a favor and try it! My favorite bite of 2026!! Ambience: old school but upgraded and grand design. Beautifully stocked upstairs and downstairs bar. The pianist played classic music. Customer Service: although we weren't seated. The bartender accommodated us to stand on the side of the bar, he told us it was against policy to serve food to standing customers (understandable) but he obliged. The bartender's name was Joe. Excellent bartender/server. Overall: we were so impressed we told ourselves that we had to come back the next day and we did. Day 2 food reviews below. TOTAL: $141.58 + $30 tip, 4 alcoholic drinks ordered. Day 2 Food Review House made Meatballs ($6.25): Great choice if you want to switch up away from seafood. Great presentation with 3 meatballs drenched in red sauce and topped with a Parmesan crisp. Overall it was tasty but I prefer a slightly sweeter red sauce. Deviled Eggs ($6.25): The Deviled Eggs here are topped off with a fried oyster. I'm a huge texture guy and traditionally deviled eggs are a mushy hot mess but here the crispy fried oyster is the perfect contrast. Served with a honey drizzle. Will order again! Clams Casino ($6.50): Clams topped off with charred red and green bell peppers and bacon. Aesthetically beautiful and colorful. More importantly, it was delicious. Notes of bacon are felt but surprisingly the charred peppers come through with a slight sweet profile. Mini Crab Cakes ($7.75): Traditional crab cake with a red pepper sauce. Good serving size, good amount of crab, and very little filler inside. No frills, must order. Steam Mussels Marinara ($8.75): Mussels served over a red sauce. Served with garlic bread on the side. The garlic bread was the unsung hero of this dish. Great garlic and butter flavor. The bread stands tall against the flavorful mussels and red sauce. Customer Service: Harry was our barbartender and looked like he was enjoying his time. All the staff truly provided great service. Total: $181.17 + $40 tip, 6 alcoholic drinks ordered.

Meals and games and services and I had a great time and I would recommend it to everyoneread more

I came here on a Tuesday night with twelve fellow souls from a convention who had been talking to…read morepeople all day under fluorescent lights. We were tired and hollowed out, but Dave & Buster's, tucked inside the Tanger Outlets near the boardwalk, greeted us with flashing neon optimism. The place was mostly empty, which felt a little like wandering into a carnival after closing time. Music bingo was happening, hosted by some cheerful disembodied voice over the speakers. You could play along by scanning a QR code, which I did, because I was curious whether the universe still wanted me to win something. It did not, but it was free and surprisingly fun. The food was good. Not the sort of good that changes your life, but the kind that makes you nod at your plate and think, "Yes, this will do." The drinks were honest and strong enough to make the convention chatter fade to a manageable hum. The service was the star of the evening. Our waitress moved like a well-rehearsed act of kindness, and a manager-type woman floated by often enough to make sure our glasses were full without ever feeling like she was checking up on us. They were so attentive that one of my colleagues whispered that she felt almost important. No one played the arcade games. The blinking lights waited patiently for our game cards, but we were too weary from the day. Perhaps next time. All in all, the service alone was worth the trip. The music bingo was the cherry on top. If the world is an absurd machine, at least it sometimes hums along smoothly in Atlantic City.
