I love that we have something this nice in saint louis!! We went on a Tuesday because they have special rates for Tuesday play. We had to wait 30 mins for a bay for that wasn't too bad because they have a nice restaurant you can sit and order foods and drinks. The servers was very nice and friendly. We order the Korean cauliflower, bone in chicken wings and chicken sandwich with tater tots. The food came out by the time we got our bay so we ask if they can bring the foods to our bay and they gladly accommodate us which we appreciate. The chicken wings is really good but we didn't like the cauliflower and chicken sandwich. It's ok we order something else next time I heard there was other stuffs on the menu that is good. We go here often. When the wait is long, we will usually just wait at the bar or at a table. Every time we have sat at a table, the servers and especially the food runners are so rude. It's hard to tolerate having to flag someone down to take an order, being told that you (seemed to be just us) order at the bar then young teenagers huffing and eye rolling because they have to bring food to your table. At the bar and once at the bay, we've never had a bad experience with anyone but still the food runners. It's a fun time, just don't order anything. read more

My daughter had been DYING to go here so I reserved a spot for Sunday morning to celebrate her birthday. We live about 2 1/2 hours away and wanted to make sure we would have a spot since this was the reason for our trip. Apparently if you reserve online you MUST book fir 2 hours or so I was told. As my daughter and her friends are 14, two hours was going to be way too long. They were completely done before even the hour was up but I had mentioned to our server before we even got started that I really thought an hour would be enough but she said there was nothing that she could do about it since we had reserved it online. Kind of frustrating! Then to register each one of them they wanted me to give their phone number and email address. Apparently something is tied to that. I am not a fan of giving out personal information of minors and I feel like it is wrong of them to ask for that. I used my email addresses (thankfully I have a few). She tried to persuade me by telling me that if they return they will have to pay the $5 registration fee again if they return. I again stated that I did not feel comfortable giving out their personal information. She said she was not going to argue with me Although I was not arguing. It is not OK to give minors personal information. After that initial interaction, she was great. She explained to the kids how to hold the clubs, how to work everything and she even got one of our party some left handed clubs. She checked on us often and was a very good server. But I do caution this business that asking for minor's personal information is a very tricky situation. It is not OK! The appetizers we got were good. Right before covid 19 was a thing, I took my boys here. Everything was AWESOME! THE Only beef I have is with the staff. I won't go into detail cause I'd hate for anyone to lose their jobs during this time but I'm legit wanting to go back but the way we were treated from the lady at the front desk to the restaurant staff, I'm afraid to go back. Golfer or not, you must try Top Golf! Situated off 40 in Chesterfield, you cannot miss this huge place when you pass. The parking lot is never empty but don't let that scare you off. We decided to come on a Saturday afternoon and had a fun time. We checked in with one of the people at the desk and they told us it be a 2.5 hour wait but they text you updates so you can do around and do other stuff and not have to stay on the grounds. We decided to eat lunch in their restaurant area. Now, we're huge sports fans and are always looking for new places to watch the Blues and that's the first thing we noticed - all the 70in tvs that adorn the walls! Its a seat your self establishment so you will wait a bit for a wait staff person to come out as they have people coming and going from the tables at every rate. The menu is big, with a variety of things and everything is priced just right. We shared a flatbread and the grilled cheese brisket sandwich and everything came out at the right time and at the right temperature. We still had time to kill after lunch so we walked around and explored then we started getting texts early about our bay being ready. If your entire party is not there when its ready, you must start without them as you will lose your bay within a certain amount of time (they won't tell you this until they start coming around ready to get people out of the bays) but the rest of the group showed up shortly and we had a blast. It's not as expensive as you think! Great place to get together with friends! If you are worried about the price, Tuesday's are half price. $12.50 per bay per hour. Six people can hit balls for an entire hour for a little more than $2 bucks a piece. Sure, you can run up a tab, but you can run up a tab at dollar general too. The atmosphere is great,heaters keep it warm in the winter. Warm enough to enjoy a bloody mary with a dirty pickle. Try asking for more than one, I haven't had any luck getting more than 1. read more

Arrived very close to opening of a Saturday without reservations and we were able to snag two bays on the top level next to each other. They have a strict 6 person per bay limit due to social distancing. This location did not seem as eager to promote masking except for eating/drinking than I previously remember. I have been sooooo excited for TopGolf to open. We planned an outing when my friends were in town and came with a group of 6 with a reservation. The reservation prices are steep (higher than an actual hour of play) but if you don't make one you can wait two hours easily on a weekend. I asked for left handed clubs in my reservation and had to ask three more times when we got there before they brought them with held up our game. The music was so loud on a Friday night we couldn't even talk to each other without yelling. The DJ is cool but it doesn't need to be excessively loud. This is a social event for most people and you usually want to talk to your friends. The person who met us at the bay was informative and helpful signing us up but didn't get our left handed clubs. She let me know there was a breastfeeding area if I needed it which our baby was one and no longer breastfed but we had to take her there for breaks from the excessive noise. It also took a long time to get someone to take our order and a long time for our food. The food was just mediocre but the prices are good for the portions. The golf itself was a blast! We had a great time playing the game and several people in our group extended their playing time. However we all agreed not to come on a weekend again due to volume level and disappointing service. read more

There was absolutely NOTHING grand about the opening of Top Golf Chesterfield. Wait time for a bay-GOOD. Bar & food service at the bay-HORRIBLE. Competency of the serving staff-NON EXISTENCE. This is only their SECOND WEEK OPEN...out of fries, out of Tito's vodka (for bloody Mary's), out of rum to make the Mai Colada. We rented two bays for 1-1/2 hours each and ordered food immediately before we started to golf. Our food took OVER AN HOUR to come out plus it was cold! Hot wings were unseasoned. I guess they thought adding sauce to the outside was sufficient...NOT. Steak nachos-the steak was unidentifiable and chewy. Eventually I ordered the spicy blood Mary and it was decent but that was the only thing out of $140 worth of food and drinks. They didn't even have life size games. Suggestion - they should have waited until they were ready to introduce a grand opening. I have visited other Top Golf locations with no complaints. Chesterfield didn't do the TG name any justice. And I forgot to mention that every time I looked up our waitress was sitting at someone's table. read more

We found out after checking with front ( major attitude). When employees are asked a question the answer should NEVER be "I don't know ". Ran out of food. (Chicken) . Really? Labor day weekend. For those of you who have not experienced TopGolf, it is worth a try if you enjoy a sporty social atmosphere. It is setup as a golf driving range with large holes in the ground which serve as targets for individual golfer points. A computerized score system tracks which ball is yours when it lands in the hole. You take turns with members of your group, similar to bowling. You pay in half hour increments for your bay time. They have clubs there you can use for free or you can bring your own. Food and drink service is at your bay and the food is good. I've been four times now and have enjoyed an assortment of things on the menu. The margaritas were mediocre. Service is hit or miss. The servers are kind, but seem inexperienced at food service. As a result, sometimes service is great, sometimes not so much. Reservations can be made on a phone app for an additional fee if you're a member (membership is only $5 but reservations are an additional charge). This can help you avoid waiting for a bay when you arrive. And there are times when the wait could be 1-2 hours. Pros: Fun Social Good Food Clean Modern Atmosphere Cons: Paying for reservations. Limited number of bays available for reservations. Service at bays can be poor. read more

I've been trying to get refunded part of my bill for over a month now. 6-7 calls, multiple yelp reviews, corporate complaints. They even left a comment on my first review to direct message but they have that feature shut off. First an overly aggressive manager rushed us out for no reason after randomly cutting our alcohol sales off after 30 minutes. Next he didn't even show me my receipt just stated we have your card on file we will charge it. Charged me $150 for one gin and tonic and one love gun beer. After multiple calls and only getting to speak to some corporate representative who will pass the message to the locations management I finally get an itemized receipt. Was charged for more time on the bay than purchased, charged two drinks I never ordered and charged for food that wasn't received. I've never heard from anyone at the location until a few weeks ago I successfully spoke to Ben who said he would investigate. Said he would call me me back in a few days. That was on 02/14 it's now 03/16. I literally just want a refund for the fraudulent charges put on my card. I used to stop at this location after work a few times a week and bring friends here who were in town but I will never go to this location again. Such a fun place! I have been for a few corporate events, a night out with friends, and to celebrate my son's birthday. The majority of the staff is great and friendly. The drinks are not cheap and don't have a ton of alcohol in them. The food I have experienced was good but I have had some colleagues say otherwise on different occasions. Okay, so this place is SUPER cool. I think everyone should check this place out at least one time. I remember awhile back when they were building this in Chesterfield and I wondered what it was going to be, since it was such an interesting building. From what I understand, Topgolf has been open for a month now. I have a friend who works here as a cook and he invited us to go play some golf and check it out. He told us that he gets 50% off on food and drinks and free games, excluding the 5$ membership. Topgolf is really neat, there are three levels and each level you can hit golf balls off of. The food and drinks are very pricey, so be prepared to spend a lot of money here. Even with a 50% discount we still ended up spending a lot. The food was great though, from what we did order. We got a flatbread pizza (although not as many slices as we would have liked) and chips and queso, which was delicious. Our servers were all really nice and attentive. The game was fun, even though I don't play golf much. I would really like to come back! read more

Topgolf, while pricy, is always a fun time. They are only allowing groups of 6 right now so I grabbed 5 of my closest friends and went on their half price game night (tuesdays!). We enjoy getting their app deal as well - 6 apps for $55 at this location. Our bay host, Anna, was awesome! She checked in with us often, was very accommodating, and made sure to actually give us a little extra time when they had a computer glitch that cut our time short. It's fun every once in awhile, but too expensive to come very often. read more

A little pricey but worth it. You pay for time not a number of balls. Bring your own clubs or use theirs - they have ladies and men's basic clubs. I really like the games. Having targets to shoot for at varying yardage is just plain fun and they have a mess of games. I also really like the ball delivery system. Waive the club and out comes the ball. Awesome. Add the wait staff who will bring food and drink and a table to sit around and you have a great opportunity for fun. read more
