We made sure to request a bay on the 2nd floor or above and we secured a spot on the 2nd floor. We ordered the buffalo chicken flat bread pizza and it was good. Nothing spectacular but good, although a tad bit spicy in a good way. We played for an hour and save about $21 dollars since it's about $42 an hour on a regular day. I hosted my husbands birthday here and reserved the 2 bay package. The bay host was awesome, and the games were a lot of fun. All of the food was delicious. The drinks were good as well and the service was fast. However, I don't think any of us will be back, and that is because of the music. It was the first thing I noticed as soon as I walked in the front doors. Loud, mostly rap. Every one of my guests commented how much they couldn't stand it. A suggestion would be to maybe have volume control in every bay? We had fun, but I think it could have been so much better if we could communicate without yelling. read more

I love top golf and used to be a regular there when I lived in Chicago, unfortunately it has changed a lot. First of all, they charge you $50 just to reserve a bay. This money does not go towards anything but the reservation, which I would suggest bc they are pretty busy particularly on weekends. As for the food, I would say it's decent and decently priced. Unfortunately the service was not the best. We had all sorts of issues during my friends birthday party, with checks and orders not being right. On top of that, although it was the waiter who did not get our checks out quickly and correctly, we were told to leave ASAP due to them wanting the bay for other people. Seemed a little abrupt and rude, since we were ready to go a while before and it was not us, but the waiter that was holding us up. For what they charge I would have hoped for better service and more polite staff. Also miss the good old days when you paid for balls instead of bay time. The game itself is lots of fun! read more

Love love love this place and so glad it finally came to St. Louis! I've been many times - for birthdays, for double dates, for friend get togethers, for random date nights-- and it works for all combinations! Sometimes it can get pricey- especially in the evenings -- but if you're a bigger group it's worth it. They also have lots of specials which are great eg we went for half price New Years Day, we go on weekday mornings when we can when the price is reduced and right now, it's half price on Tuesdays. This is the place to go to get away with your loved ones or family during the pandemic. Everyone gets their own bay which is beyond 6 ft apart from other bays. They also have placed plastic shields between each bay. I saw them constantly cleaning around the area. They also require everyone to wear a mask if they are not in their bay. We visited this location in December and the heaters kept us nice and warm while we played. Also, the food is to die for. This time around we had the nachos, they're unlike any nacho you've ever had. Nice and cheesy with Queso and chicken. The menu is large and there's many options for drinks. It is easy to spend quite a bit of money here, but every penny is worth it!!! read more

1st & foremost, the service was POOR. Our server, Isabel was pretty rude to our party, my card was overcharged ($333.48) It should've only been charged $307.90. I spoke with my card company & my card was charged this amount. The credit card company DID NOT hold any funds on my card at the time of purchase, before nor after.. This was our 1st time at Top Golf. Which came highly recommended by our estate attorney. He thought that would be a great way for us to celebrate my Son's 21st birthday. I must say that our 1st experience wasn't as enjoyable as anticipated. I understand we were a large party (party of 12). We were merely there to have a good time. Isabel was rude most of the time, our wings were undercooked (some of the meat pink in color when I bit into it), the minimizing of the drinks because I didn't want ice (I've never in my 48yrs had that happen to me), our food wasn't hot when it was served (it wasn't cold more like medium). This should not be a common practice nor tolerated by Top Golf as an entity or a franchise. Top Golf is known as an establishment full of great energy, good food, & a good ole time. We didn't have that type of experience. I'm truly disappointed & it'll be a while before I ever visit a Top Golf again. I surely won't be visiting the Chesterfield location. I've requested that my card error be fixed. I addressed this at the time of the discrepancy. Nothing has changed til this day. & we're 5 days past the original incident. The OM did reach out to me via email & stated "he's sorry that I feel this way". He went on to say "that they truly dropped the ball with accuracy & he will follow up with his team". This place is FUN! I'm very much into golfing and Top Golf makes the fun of golf accessible to everyone! You don't have to be an experienced golfer to eat, drink, and have a good time. I have been here 3 times now. At my most recent visit, I booked a VIP package for my family. This included 2 hours of golf with a pretzel/charcuterie board, cookies, and bottled water. The staff was attentive and the food was good (especially the pretzel)! I plan on returning soon-hopefully for half priced Tuesdays. read more

Excitement overload as I entered the facility. The design and technology of this place is amazing. Up the front steps and enter to the lively sounds of fun. Off to the left is a the path to a dining area and bar. It's awesome that even if you aren't there to play, you can have a bite and drinks in this space. The menu selection is catered to bar style eats and everything is under $15 bucks or so. They have a good selection of sandwiches, flatbreads and shareables. Full bar service along with signature cocktails. I made a reservation online for my group of 6 and given that we visited on a Friday, there was a $50 reservation fee...that does not go towards the cost of your actual play. Upon check-in, we waited about 20 min for our bay to be ready, which beat the 1 - 1.5 hour wait at prime time for walk-ins. The bay area is complete with your own set of clubs, a table and chairs along with a tv/audio that provides scores and tv access, primarily sports channels, but you control what you watch. Your start-up begins with a quick tutorial from an employee, which is helpful if it's your first time. Anyone playing must have a member card, which is a $5 fee. So you need to factor that in to your play cost for first-timers. Our server wasn't as attentive as we would have liked, so we dipped off to the bar to grab drinks. It's great that there is a bar and open patio area for hanging out if you are waiting to play or just meeting friends. A great time was had by all. We agreed that we'd be back! read more

This is definitely a cool place to drink, hit some balls,and get food. Food and drinks are decently priced, equivalent to bar food. The service was pretty slow. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it seemed like it as at one point i couldn't find a server on our floor. The golfing system kept messing up for us so that was a bit of a bummer. There are two screens and the one where the you pick the player worked fine but there was a disconnect to the second screen so it would give points to the wrong player. read more

We planned a Corporate event here recently with 75 people in attendance. The process was so easy and seamless. Beth, our event coordinator, was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The manager on duty and waitstaff were all fantastic! Everyone on staff wore masks and gloves. They provided enough space for our group to social distance. It was fantastic. Everyone had a blast. Even people who initially said they didn't want to golf, joined in on the fun! I cannot recommend Top Golf enough for your group event! read more

They text you when your bay is ready and you can go straight there. Booked the bay for 90 minutes and those playing had a blast. Had a great time here with friends. The facility was pretty and clean. I'm usually very critical of food but I was here to spend time with my buddies. So naturally the food was fine if you are not expecting anything great... think of the usual food chains (TGIF, sybergs, etc). The golf clubs were adequate. One of my pet peeves is customer service. I hate standing in line and being stared at by staff... take the initiative and ask me "how can I help you?" It's your job! Other than that, everyone was nice. Honestly, most of the staff are really young and just need good customer service training. Sat at a table for 10 minutes with all tables empty, no one approached to take an order. Then it filled up and the waitress proceeded to take tables that just sat down. This place is so neat! I've only ever been to the St. Louis location, so I can't compare to others. A server will come to your bay and bring food and alcohol. There is also a bar/restaurant area downstairs. The food is actually really good, but the reason for my 4 instead of 5 stars is because it's pretty expensive for the amount of food you get. But the experience is definitely worth it. Hoping to go back again soon... If I can find a group. You get more "bang for your buck" if you bring a small group. read more

Topgolf does not allow customers to modify existing reservations. I reserved 2 bays and no longer needed the 2nd bay. I tried the app and calling hoping I could simply drop one bay but that is too complicated for them to figure out. Their policy requires me to cancel the entire reservation which means I lose the $83 deposit I made, then start a new reservation at a new time and pay another deposit. This place is 100% a money grab. Will not be back. read more

I took a group of coworkers here for some team building earlier in the month. From planning the gathering through actually enjoying the views and company this was a great experience. My admin contacted TopGolf about scheduling lunch at the facility. Due to travel constraints we had to change the date multiple times and the booking agent we worked with was so easy to deal with. She took time to explain the contract and process so we'd know what to expect when our group arrived. Upon arrival you're paired with two individuals, one who provides food and beverages of your choice, the other who checks in periodically to ensure you're receiving great service. I'm left handed so they brought clubs to accommodate me without delay. THe food and drinks were tasty to say the least. We ordered a couple trios of wings, flatbread, hummus, tater tots, injectable donut holes, burgers and more. The sangria was the best drink in my opinion, it beat the mai-tai because a mai-tai should be strong and sweet and TG's is just sweet. Overall, it's a great experience that everyone should have and I'd definitely recommend hosting a party/event here. read more

We went on Friday night, about 10 minutes before 8. Was told about half hour wait for golf but restaurant was wide open. We were very hungry and sat down. There were only 5 other tables occupied. After 10 minutes, a server had not stopped by or acknowledged our presence. We went to the bar, indicated as a diabetic, I am on a schedule could someone help? The bar tender indicated someone would be right over. 12 more minutes passed and not even an acknowledgement of our presence. We left. 22 minutes later f watching the bartender and servers goofing around. I have been a customer before and enjoyed myself. But it is hard to imagine going back ever at this point. read more

A very fun atmosphere, with okay food and drinks. Great for groups! Top Golf is located in Chesterfield which is about 20 minutes from St. Louis. I went here with a group of friends on a weekday night during the summer. It was somewhat busy, and we lucked out with being able to get two golf bays next to each other. Luckily, we ended up with a bay on the top floor, which is great because I am terrible at golf and it made me look like I could hit the ball further. They have a number of pre-programmed games, some of which can be played among golfers of all skill levels, and some are better suited for the better golfers. As for the food and drink, the food is pretty standard pub-type food. The cocktails are extremely watered down and weak but still fairly tasty, and good for when you have to drive back to St. Louis later. My boyfriend and I spent our Sunday afternoon here and we had an absolute blast! The experience was awesome and our service was great! The workers were really there to make sure our experience was the best it could be. We ordered the nachos (the most delicious nachos I've ever had, every single chip was perfectly covered with toppings), Mac & Cheese bites (delicious but a bit rich for me - my boyfriend loved them) and Pretzel bites (absolutely delicious). I do agree with what everyone else is saying in that it is a bit expensive, but you're paying for an experience. One star is to kind for my experience here. So my son decided to have his 27th birthday here last night, which I had heard good things about this place, so my wife and I were all for it. Upon arrival, as we waited for a bay to golf, our group of 6 decided to have a round of celebratory birthday shots. Approximately 20 minutes later the bay became available. When we got to the bay our server finally came over after about 15 minutes of waiting. Like most people we ordered another round of drinks to celebrate. To our surprise the "MANAGER " responded to our area and explained the establishments drinking policy. Initially we blew it off like no big deal until we, like any normal person would, looked around the establishment only to see several tables loaded down with alcoholic drinks, some being knocked over because of drunken behavior. I still chalked the MANAGER's behavior to it being a extremely slow night and she could finally flex her authority. I then seen a server walk by with a tray full of drinks to a table that was already loaded down. Now I'm furious. Needless to say they were WHITE and we are BLACK. The MANAGER catches on that we are aware of her non sense and sends over a ASIAN server to wait on us. Then a LIGHT SKINNED or MIXED girl comes to us trying to defend the MANAGER's behavior. We have visited this location a couple times. The service was great from our server. Disappointed it took 10 minutes to get two sodas. The server stopped to say they were busy in the kitchen. Thanks but for a soda? Really? Next, one of our daughters pulled out 5 balls to make sure she kept track of her turn as she had seen a golfer in the neighboring bay do this. She had them to the side as not to be a safely hazard just as the neighboring golfer. A supervisor/manger stopped at our bay to say for safety reasons it's one ball at a time. Ok, I get it, but then he continued to walk by several times monitoring us to make sure we continued to follow the rules but not once stopped in the bay next to us and proceed to tell the neighboring golfer about the one ball at a time policy as he continued to pull multiple balls out repeatedly. read more

Manger came by and said no more than 1 at a time. I said "sorry this is my first time here". Came here over the holidays and had to wait outside for about 35-40 minutes in line to check in, even at 9am when they opened! The reservations were already booked up weeks before during the holidays, so if you had a reservation you wouldn't have to wait in that line! After we checked in we had to wait about two and a half hours to get to our bay - passed the time in the bar/restaurant. Prices are a little high but the food and drinks were great! I recommend the breakfast burrito and build your own mosa (perfect for a few people to split!) I'm not a golfer but it was a lot of fun. I've been coming to top golf for several years now and we have been to this location several times- actually, this was the first top golf we ever visited. We have brought several other first timers with us over the years too. We have never had a bad experience here. We did wait over 2.5 hours for a bay this most recent time, but it was a busy day and we couldn't reserve ahead. Ultimately it was worth the wait, so no harm no foul there. The game is FUN fun. The atmosphere is unmatched. The drinks are quality. The food is fun and delicious. This past time we played for 2 hours in bay 322 and had a phenomenal time. We also ordered a lot of food this time. We had: -Chips & Queso, which we highly recommend 10/10. You get free chips/salsa refills on these. -Fried macaroni & cheese bites, served with ranch and creamy tomato dipping sauces. These are yummy, but you'll go through them fast cuz there's only 8 of them and they're so good. 8/10 -BBQ wings, served with celery & carrots, and ranch dressing. These were some of the best BBQ wings we have had. SO yummy! 10/10 -Asian Zing wings, also served with veggies and ranch dressing. These were good too. Sweet with a lil bit of spicy and a gingery-teriyaki-soy sauce goodness. We'd give them a 7/10 just because we preferred the BBQ, but they were still real good. -Pepperoni Flatbread, yes it's really just a lil flat bread pizza, but it was good. Standard pizza-y appetiser, but yummy. 7/10 -Injectable Donut Holes- with Bavarian cream, raspberry, and chocolate fillings. We get these every time and they never disappoint. Soooo... I have to come back to the Yelp public and tell you how concerned Top Golf was over my post. They emailed me and tried to call and talk to me. When I let my wife review my comments she told me I was ALL wrong and that the food was GREAT and reasonably priced for the venue. Upon reflection I believe she was absolutely correct and the high winds and rain impacted my otherwise stellar observational abilities.
