Checked in around 5:30pm on a Saturday with an estimated 30-45 minute wait. Fine, no problem. Waited an hour and a half before asking about our spot and told it would be an additional 10 minutes. Checked back 30 minutes later and told there would be an additional wait. Never got to play but the beer was fine. So two stars for that, I guess? We had to get drinks place our food order at the bar. All night. Even the manager forgot to bring us our drinks. Not at all but I was expecting. I honestly thought it was a driving range. This is an upscale bar with high quality food every ball has a chip in it so it knows exactly who hit it. The Target's on the field are lit and you gain points. You get a selection of several TV stations for your bay that you rent. There are several games you can play. All the equipment is provided very kid friendly. Unlike the movies where you're not engaging with your family, it's constant conversation and laughs with high quality service. First time to TopGolf and it was okay. The set up is really cool and chill but this location's service wasn't. The only time anyone helped us was when we first arrived and then had to pay. To get drinks, we had to go to the bar inside and when we asked the person who helped us who we put in an order with, he simply stated that it was almost time for shift-change so nobody knew who'd be positioned anywhere. The drinks were good, I will say that. Down to try it again, but the lack of service really reduced it to an over-priced driving range with a bar. read more

I have never seen such a disorganized service staff. It was pathetic. Thirty minute wait times for drink orders once placed. Twice my group got wrong orders brought or drinks made so poorly we sent them back. Could never find our waitress when we needed her, finally got a food order in and what came out was blah at best, and worse luke warm to boot meaning it probably sat in the window. Never got napkins or silverware after asking 3 people finally just had to get bar napkins to haven something. Tried to order from bar once since we couldn't find our waitress and was out right ignored by 3 people behind the bar, bartenders had their backs to the bar talking to each other. When I finally did get someone she was snotty at best. The actual golf part was fun once we got a bay. However, the left handed clubs we requested took about 20 min to show up so one of our players missed 1/4 of their playtime. Service at table better than upstairs but still not great. They still got a lot of kinks to work out in the execution on the service side. read more

Another waitress came by and asked us if we needed another round of cocktails, so we said yes, 2 basic vodka sodas, nothing complicated. After 15 or so minutes, they never came. This was my first time at Topgolf and it was fun. It ended up costing more than I thought. We paid an extra 25 dollars to reserve a bay and still ended up waiting 40 minutes. There are lots of surprise costs like a 5 dollar cost for a membership just to play. The website is not the most user friendly and its hard to navigate. Topgolf is a really fun and different place to spend an afternoon or evening. The staff is super friendly and very good at explaining the process. Basically you bring a group, and you get a booth to sit and hit golf balls out into a vast expanse of grass. They bring drinks and food to your booth and you visit or party or whatever and watch each other try to hit golf balls into distant targets. The only reason I don't give it five stars is, the food is OK not great. It's "bar food." And it is pretty expensive in my opinion. Over $300 for four people to spend a couple hours and get sandwiches. But hey it's still a really neat alternative and lots of types of entertainment end of costing that much. Fun golf activity. My experience with the staff/service was not great. I walked in door with a reservation, but I had to wait more than 5 minutes to check in. There was a party that consumed the attention of the staff. The counter attendant was at least 60 years old... she was to check in guests in a computerized system. She was having a lot of problems. The manager came over, he was short with her and ignored the guests. Food was ok. Kind of pricey, but the food was typical of a TGI Friday's or Applebee's. What an absolute joke. We were told we could not stand next to our kids in the bay because of a max of 6 people. They did not let us know this. We asked to stand behind and they said no. So we went to the bar behind the glass and were told because of Covid we could not stand there. The bar is full with no one wearing a mask but that is ok because people are spending money. And sure glad the swinging plexiglass between the bays stops Covid. We will never be back and will let everyone know. The manager was so helpful placing us a mile at from our kids. This is a four star edit that was previously a two star. Topgolf absolutely had some growing pains. The staff has always been really friendly but they just couldn't seem to get the kinks worked out up front. Bottom line is Rob worked it out. He sold me on a platinum membership and it took some effort. I'm really glad he did. I walked in today (December 27) crazy amount of holiday patrons. Not for platinum members. I bypassed the line that was out the door. Checked in and was told between 1 to 2 hour wait. I figured I'd hang around a few minuets to see what would happen. Within 3 minuets I got a text that my bay was ready. Had A bag of Callaway clubs delivered to my bay in a crazy quick. Upgraded clubs are exclusive perk for members. I wasn't too interested in membership before. But these guys nail it on service now. Almost every morning when I go in Rob greets me at the door and generally walks me to my bay. The only reason this isn't a five star is because my daughter went last week just before 10:30 pm and was told they were closing and couldn't check in. Outside of that the wait staff has always been great. Haven't been at night myself but daytime is a blast. Highly recommended (especially if you don't have to wait). read more

A TON OF FUN! We went in October 2018 with another couple & had a blast. The staff is super friendly & it's an easy game to play even if you don't know how to play golf. Fair warning: the menu's a little pricy, so I don't recommend dining in while you play. However, if you do, it's really good food. We reserved our bay ahead of time for a Saturday but still ended up waiting for about 45 minutes once we got there. My husband and I hosted our wedding after-party at Topgolf and it was so much fun. Neither of us are golfers but we had a blast and can't wait to come back. It was the perfect activity for all ages (our guests ranged from 6 years old to about 80 years old). The event platters were delicious - make sure you order the fried Mac n cheese bites - and drinks were reasonably priced. She seemed very awkward and couldn't even anticipate our needs, like needing our table wiped down (we had to ask) or silverware when our food came (again had to ask).
