We got here about noon on New Year's Day. There was three of us. When we got in there, there was an hour and a half wait which was perfectly fine. What was bad was we sat down at a table in the dining area, we were there for an hour and no one ever came and took our order or nothing. And I even asked for our waiter or waitress 3 times in that hour and no one ever came. When we finally got to our bay, our waitress there was super helpful and came to us quite often. I wish I could remember what her name was because she was a rockstar. Golfing was a blast but the dining area/ waiting area needs some work. read more

Heartbroken is probably the most accurate way I can describe my experience. I love TopGolf. I've played the one in Dallas numerous times and always had a blast. We went last night and told the wait for a bay was an hour. No biggy, it was obviously really busy. We sat down in the restaurant right away and ordered dinner. After about 15 minutes our waitress told us the table whose order she took right before us just got their food so ours should be right up. 2 hours later and we still had no food. We talked to 5 or 6 waiters and eventually a manager who all assured us they would check on it and most of them never returned. The manager just told us he would extend our playtime, which we didn't want because it was already 9pm and we had a babysitter at home. He went off to find our food and said he'd be back with giftcards to comp our next visit. After another 20 minutes of waiting we gave up on him too. I really just don't understand. I know it's busy. I expect there to be hiccups like waiting extra for food or the order being wrong. But this was on another level. Literally the worst food service and customer service I've ever experienced. Busyness isn't an excuse for what we experienced. I'm sure I could have brought a tent and sleeping bag and slept there overnight and I still wouldn't have my burger. After all that I got to spend two hours the next day getting my knee x-rayed because I tripped going up their concrete stairs. Happy anniversary to us. Even better, after posting this same review to Google I received a response from TopGolf to email the provided email address to "make it right". It's been almost a week with no response to the email I sent. What a joke. read more

We went here last night for the first time and after reading some reviews I was a bit nervous. We had a blast, though! It was my first time at a Topgolf and I can't wait to go back. We had a group of 6 of us celebrating my husband's birthday. We reserved a bay and I was shocked at how much that cost. It's $50 to reserve and that is my one reason for removing a star. I felt that price was a bit ridiculous, especially since it doesn't go towards the cost of anything. It was definitely nice to not have to wait, though. We ordered good and drinks in our bay and everything was brought out very quickly and our waitress checked up on us multiple times throughout our two hours there. The food wasn't amazing but it was still good. It was a fun night!! read more

We had never been to anything like this before & didn't really know what to expect! As soon as we walked in the door, there was an employee there to point us in the right direction depending on what we wanted to do. We knew there was a chance of a long wait being that it was a Saturday night, but we were able to give them our phone number & come back once we were texted that our lane was ready. Once you get the text, you can just head to the lane number it says & an employee is there to walk you through how to start a game & get you anything from the bar or restaurant. Very disappointed. Me and my family love top golf and go multiple times a year. We paid for 2 hours of golf and had drinks. When our time was up my parents had roughly 3/4 of a beer left. Within 2 minutes of our two hours being up the server told us we had to move to finish the beer because they were seating the bay again. We spent well over $100 and the fact that we were kicked out of a bay within 2 minutes is ridiculous. Very disappointed we were treated with such little respect. Staff is awful. We arrived at 6:30pm on a Wednesday night and after being told there was an 1.5 hour wait for a bay, we decided get a table and eat in the "restaurant" area. We sat down at a dirty table around 6:45pm and didn't even get greeted by a server until 7:20pm, who then cleaned the table and took our order... we finally received drinks ONLY at 7:54pm... Food didn't arrive until after we got our bay, about 30 minutes later... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and we will not come back. read more

Went with some other couples had a very nice time, but the waitress forgot our appetizers for well over an hour! Everybody else was getting their food, but not us. We eventually mentioned it to her and never apologized to us for forgetting. Nothing. Also, twice the drinks were made wrong. Then, the manager just happened to approach our table and we told him about it. The food then came out. In my opinion they should of discounted our bill. The golf was fun...staff helpful...sat in bar after golf. Had Brisket grilled cheese. Bartenders were good. Took a long time to get food after ordering. When we got our sandwiches they were lukewarm. The crust on bread was so hard it was not edible. It had appearance that it sat in kitchen for awhile after it was cooked. Will go back for golf and beer....probably not for food though. We had a family get together with 3 generations which turned out perfectly. All three generations had a great time. The food on a breakfast buffet set up in our bays was very good. Our server, Dee, did a great job of being helpful, close by and picked up the vibe of our group. It was such a fun activity even for the people who had never tried Golf before. read more

We went with a large group. It was great for the adults and the tweens. The hostess was wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The place is really neat, it's clean, it's techy, and fun. I came to top golf with a party of 4 and there was a 40 minute wait for a bay, so we decided to grab some food in the restaurant while we waited. We just wanted some apps so we figured it would all be ready by the time we could go to our bay. We asked the greeter at the front door if we needed to wait to be sat and she informed us we could sit anywhere. We chose to sit at one of the high top tables *in the middle of the restaurant* We watched server after server just walk right passed us, serving tables that arrived after us, and no one stopped to check on us. It was until 30 MINUTES later that a runner stopped and asked if we'd been served, and upon hearing we hadn't she went to find us a server. Then, when we finally began to be served that waitress informed us she was leaving and another woman would be serving us. By this point our bay was ready for us and we ended up having to have our food taken there. This was most of our's first time at Top Golf and it definitely put a damper on the experience. I probably wouldn't ever sit in the restaurant again. Also, having to eat at the bay cut into our playing time. read more

My friends and I decided to go to a nice dinner before my brother left for college. Unfortuantely the night did not go as planned. The people in the bay to the right of us (Bay 227) decided to give us very dirty looks so my friend asked her why (as she should) and they were highly intoxicated and decided to tell security about it. Sadly security was very close minded and took the intoxicated adults side without seeing everything that had happened just because they were a bit older than our friends and I. I have talked nothing but good about this company to my friends and family but I am thoroughly disappointed in the actions taken tonight by that security worker. We were treated with complete disrespect, we were asked to leave, and he would not even take the time to hear our part of the story. I will 1000% never be returning and I encourage everyone who is reading this to go to another place instead. Following up on that, our last visit my very homosexual friend decided to use the women's restroom as he should be able to because he is very feminine, and we were told that it was completely unacceptable. This behavior is disgusting and COMPLETELY unacceptable. If the manager would like to take action like a good manager should... we were at bay 227 around 11pm, and told to leave by a bald heavier set white man. I'd appreciate it if he faced some consequence, because how he treated the customers of topgolf tonoght was pure and utterly disgusting. read more

College night is a joke. There is 1 person with 1 iPad checking in 100+ people (and they don't start checking in until 8, so you are guaranteed to waste an hour of play time in line). They let big groups jump to the front of the line. There is no organization at all. The group right in front of mine took the last open bay (after multiple groups of 6+ just walked to the front of the line). We were told we had to join another bay because it had 4 open spots. We go down to that bay and it was full (she had no idea). After waiting in line for an hour, we had to leave because there were no open spots for a group of 4. Definitely needs some improvements and more regulation. It is a shame because we really like Topgolf, but i don't think we will be back after multiple college nights like these. read more

My night at top golf was less then par...pun intended. We got there at 5:50pm and according to there website it's the least busiest time...it wasn't. I get it it's large it's new and it's the place to go. We assumed it would be somewhat busy. They told us two hours, they said we could leave do whatever we wanted we would text you 15 minutes before. We went to twin peaks about 7 minutes away, drank for 1 hr and 45 minutes we started to leave before they texted. They text me and then called exactly one minute later questioned whether I got the text messages asked if I could be there in less then 5 minutes. I said I could be there in 7 I was literally right down the street. They hung up. We rushed to get there. When we did I asked about our bay they said " what's your name... it would be a few before they could get us in" I said okay you just called us... we waited another twenty minutes.... asked again and explain what happened. They said oh sorry...nothing...I ask for a manager. They then started to respond. Keep in mind we got there before 6:00 it is now well beyond 8:00...they then asked if everyone was members. I said no they told me I had to login first before they would spend anytime logging in new people which takes 5 per person... that count toward your time by the way. And if the machine break which it did your time counts for that unless u bitch. First few time I went it was way better. They ended up comping an hour and a half off bay time which definitely helped but getting there at 5:50pm and not leaving until 11:00pm when u only play for 2 hr and 30 minutes doesn't seem like it equates. If you go, go early before 4 and if something happens ask for a manager or you will be paying to stand around, not to mention service is extremely slow. read more

Don't use the reservation online. I did and went a day earlier and the person at the desk said I couldn't cancel and get a refund. After checking the policy they require 24 hr notice and I was well within that time frame. You cannot call and talk to anyone you have to go through email and it's a lot of back and forth. read more

Food took forever. I mean forever, 2 hours for 11 people with no one besides us waiting. One burger came out 40 minutes before everyone else's. Even then it was cold, none of the food was close to being any better than warm. The service was awful, the guy had no idea we had been waiting for this long. Finally some nice lady came out to help, but even then all she could do was give us a free bay. Manager said the food was partially on them, the bill came out and it wasn't. We had been charged for things we never ordered. Not a great experience and wish we would like to come back after this. read more

I have been a fan of TopGolf for years and I'm pleased to know that they have decided to build one here in St. Louis (Chesterfield). Overall the place is great, but there are a few pitfalls. Waiters/waitresses service, service, service is a huge work in progress. The food that was ordered by our party was half decent, but the waffles and fries were burned to a crisp. If it weren't for Kelley, who is an excellent manager, our party would have left for the evening. As long as that department becomes better TopGolf will continue to thrive in the area for years to come. read more

Arguably the worst service I've ever had a Topgolf location it repulses me the amount of care that they fail to give to their paying customers. We pulled in to the parking lot and we're told there was going to be a 90 minute wait and were willing to wait because we were told we were going to be texted when a bay was available. After 2 and a half hours we never received anything from the establishment and tried to call multiple times and never received an answer or any calls back from the business. Waste of our night and time waiting to get in to Topgolf. If there is ever a wait might as well go to a driving range and pick up some food on the way because you will not get a bay and will be ignored by customer service. I've heard people talk very highly of Topgolf and was excited to experience it for myself but I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and companionship I thought Topgolf had. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We drove almost an hour to go to this place and We got there at 7:40. After calling 6 times with no answer to reserve a bay we walked inside and the lady told us we needed a 21 year old to be with us after 9 since 3 of us were 17. Luckily it wasn't 9 yet so we had time but then she told us it was a 35 minute wait. We walked outside to our other group of friends and two of them were old enough to be with us so we sat and waited for our bay. When we got called and started walking to our bay one of the workers with red hair and brown teeth sprinted at us and rudely kicked us out saying we were too young even though it wasn't 9 yet. She wouldn't even let us eat or stay anywhere in the building. It's a shame that I can get my hands on a gun easier then a golf ball. I will never be going back and I don't recommend this place. The staff is very rude and I wish I could get my gas money back. What a waste read more

Although I wish I could give a better star rating because of the fun atmosphere, the service is rather disappointing. Upon arrival we immediately sat ourselves to be served; after waiting 15+ minutes, with many employees nearby we still did not have a waiter greet us. After that time had surpassed we went to ask the manger for help, as did many other tables. Finally, after we asked for help from the manager, a server came to help us. Yet, we did not receive our drink order for another 15+ minutes. I understand that it's a Saturday and a wait is to be expected, but the servers were standing around talking to one another and looking over every table as if we are inconveniencing them. Our table was full of finished plates and empty cups, when we asked the server to remove some plates he rolled his eyes and responded with, "the kitchen pretty backed up, but I guess". Overall the atmosphere was good but the service was TERRIBLE will not be coming back for awhile! read more

Went to Top Golf for the first time. It's only been open a month and the place was crowd for a late Saturday afternoon. Put our names on the list for a Bay, was told the wait would be 1.5 hours. Decided to eat at the restaurant, there were several unoccupied booths with dirty dishes on them, asked the wait staff if we could sit at one of them was told yes. Moved all the dirty dishes to one side and waited 20 minutes for someone to clean the table. Waited another 10 minutes for some one to wait on us. Got our drinks and then mentioned to the waitress that we needed silverware and napkins. Short time later food came out of the kitchen, still no silverware or napkins. Asked the individual who brought us food for these items was told, "I'm kitchen staff, you need to ask your waitress for them!" Finally got up and found where they were stored and grabbed them ourselves. Waitress never did bring any. Realize the place is new but it appears they do not have sufficient help for the number of people that are there to eat. For four of us the bill was $95.00 for food and drinks, so you would figure at that price they could hire sufficient help. Once we got to our Bay (which by the way was spot on as for the wait time) we had an enjoyable time. Next time we go - we'll skip the meal and just have drinks at the Bay while we golf. read more

So 5 of us went just this last sat the 20th and it was okay. I had paid money to reserve a bay so we didn't have to wait. I assumed that since I paid money to reserve it that I had paid to play for the hour as well. It didn't say anywhere that I would of had to pay another amount of money to play for the hour. When we got the top golf we had to wait like 7 minutes which is fine to have our bay be picked up. We get everything settled and a worker informed us that we only paid for the reservation and not the hour play. The service was okay, it was really busy which I understand but it took a long time to get drinks. We luckily ate at a different place before we went so I couldn't tell you how the food tastes. It just upset everyone that we had to pay another amount of money just for an hour and it was suppose to be for my fiances birthday. The overall set up of the range was awesome it just upsets me with the money situation. I hope this helps read more

We were trying to plan an outing for about 15 people last night. One person in our group was able to get a reservation ahead of time but unfortunately we missed out on getting 2 more reserved bays. No big deal. We decided to all still go and hope that extra bays were available when we arrived. Luckily there was and wasn't much of a wait. When I arrived I spoke with a guy at the front desk and explained to him that a friend had reserved a bay and would be there shortly. Then explained that we wanted two more bays and if there was anyway to get them next to each other. He told me he couldn't guarantee them next to each other but would try to get us as close as possible. That was way okay with us and wasn't expecting him to do anything more than try. He suggested that we wait about 10 mins to get on the waitlist because there wasn't much of a wait and it would be closer to the time the original bay was reserved for. When we came back up, there was a female with shorter black and red hair. When we explained to her what we were trying to do and what we were told, she seemed immediately annoyed. She was rude through the entire transaction and said we would receive a text when our bay was ready. I asked if that was for the two extra bays and she said yes. As we were waiting, we were venting a bit about the encounter and how rude she was and had horrible customer service. Another employee overheard us and apologized but said that was normal for that person to act that way. In just a min, my friend received the text that the bay was ready. One bay and one bay only was what we got. I then had to go wait in line again to get another bay. Luckily it was the original guy that helped me and he got us at least on the same level as the other ones. That was more than we could ask for and we appreciate that guy for everything he did. Once we got to the table, the wait staff was wonderful and everything came out quickly. We did have an issue with one of the red circles not wanting to score any balls but other than that, the rest of the night was great. read more
