Topgolf is the place to be. We had family fun! If I'm ever in Greensburro I'll be back here for sure. We made reservations for a party of 7 adults. Walked in abs was greeted and we got to our Bay right away. We ordered 2 pictures of beers and some other drinks. Michelle was our waitress and she was friendly and kind! We stayed a total of 3 hours. The time goes by to fast when you're having a blast. Wish it wouldn't end. It was kind of chilly that Buffy so we turned on the heater. That helped alot! Food is basic and arrive cold. Service was non existent. I wouldn't actually blame the servers themselves, but rather management. Management needs to hire more servers and train them accordingly. It seems this must be the first job of most of the people working here. The worst part about this place is the music. It's super loud, which I don't normally mind when I am out having fun, but the style of music is raunchy and trashy. Not the vibe I would want for a work party or a family event, which is what we were here for. I will not be going back. Excellent front desk customer service and it was the same throughout the building. 2 story top golf but managed just as well as any of the 3 story ones. Top Golf is fun, fun, fun!!! The food is pretty good as well. I really like the buffalo chicken dip. The wings are decent, we all felt the lemon pepper tasted too lemony. Second time visiting this location and the experience was better than the first. Aside from having to wait an additional 15 minutes for a bay we had already reserved at a certain time slot, we had a good time. My fiancé and I ordered the charcutzel board, the steak tres tacos, and steak nacho average nachos. The charcutzel board had prosciutto, two types of salami, small chunks of cheddar and pepper jack cheese, blackberries, purple grapes, apples, and candied-pecans, surrounded by a large pretzel. Served with a side of melted cheese and horseradish sauce. Overall it was just okay. Definitely not worth $32 in my opinion. The pretzel was a tad hard. Apples were nicely cut but SOFT. The best was the meat and candied-pecans... The steak tres tacos were delicious! Such great flavor! The last thing we ate was the steak nacho average nachos. The flavor of this does not compete one bit with the tacos. It was just okay. The drinks we ordered were quite good though! I ordered a blueberry lemon drop martini and him, a strawberry Hendrick's mule (Forgot to take a picture). Good enough to order another. Topgolf is such a fun experience. Golf games with food and drinks delivered right to your seat. This location is brand new so it was busy even on a Tuesday night, but you can make a reservation ahead of time (highly recommend) and the service was great. For an establishment that is charging you by your time and not games they are in no rush what so ever to get to your table and service your needs, took about 15 minutes before our server finally came by to ask if we needed drinks or appetizers and only because I asked a different server walking by, who was tending to our table/bay? I'd recommend taking your money to Main Event in the same plaza, better bang for your buck and better service. Lastly it was a week day and was dead so can't even use it being busy or packed as an excuse. read more

I didn't anticipate that I would have SO MUCH FUN!!! The service is very attentive, the food is good, and I didn't expect the video game aspect! It was hella-FUN!!! I was there with a large group so we had a small buffet. The cheese sauce with the tortilla chips was off-the-chain delicious (a bit salty, but SO GOOD). Top golf in Greensboro is a cool, exciting place to spend time with your loved ones. We attended a special event for friends and family on this date. From the moment we arrived, staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. We had a spacious seating area at our station. The staff went over safety rules and was our server for the time of our reservation. She was very sweet and efficient. They have games to choose from along with selecting the level of difficulty, we picked the beginner's level of the Angry birds game. They also serve alcohol, btw there's an enormous screen in the bar area to watch sports. They also have quite a selection of clubs to play with, labeled and our server stated they have clubs available for ppl who are left handed. My sons and I had a phenomenal time by playing golf, laughing, praising each other for the good swings/ scores, and encouraging each other to have a good time. We ordered food and drinks, my pepperoni flatbread was good. We also got dessert with fillings of three different flavors in syringes to put in those. The place was immaculately clean and spacious parking lot. There are two levels available, perhaps next time we'll sit upstairs. I was very happy to do something entertaining and fun w my sons. I had a mediocre experience at this location. Trying to find my groups bay I asked a girl in a red jacket for help but she was very short with me and shrugged me off. A singular plate of nachos took about an hour to get to our table and we were done playing by that time. Refills on beverages took probably 10-15 minutes, leaving guests in my party parched and yearning for a drink after playing golf. When the food finally arrived, we had questioned the server on why our food took so long and why we should have to pay for the mistake of the staff. In attempt to justify the mistake, he stated "well, you already ate the food, so..." Yes, we did in fact eat the food because we already ordered it and had hoped to enjoy it with our golfing, which didn't happen as mentioned previously. Hosted a party for my son here, recently. We've been to many Topgolfs in different areas, all amazing service so I was excited. Booking online is as easy as it gets. When we arrived to check in, the issues begun. The person at the check in had 6 screens but somehow couldn't find my reservation and tried to convince me my last name was outing.. it was strange, he eventually found me on a printed out paper that was beside him the whole time. Play time was to start at 2:15, we checked in at 2:05. The person assigned to ur outing left to make sure bays were setup, we had our waiter come and get us at 2:22. The waiter had great energy but seemed overwhelmed. The person assigned to our party, wearing the red polo, was really the issue. She was passive aggressive the whole event, with me, never asked how service was but constantly came to me about the bill and telling me how tips are not included. Our guests even noticed her behavior towards me. At the end, she gave us the bill(her fav thing to do) then noticed it was wrong, brought it back and stood there waiting for us to sign. My husband and I disected the bill and noticed we met out $200 minimum but she still had the additional $200 on the bill. This was pretty upsetting paired with how she had been towards me and I felt she was trying to make sure she got her cut. Topgolf is a fun place, we love going but I'll say this location does not have the best service so be aware and please, please make sure you're checking your bill, very closely! read more

Topgolf has really good food and they have lots of gluten-free options. The service is extremely slow, especially if you get a bay on the upper level takes 30 minutes just to get a drink. The music was SO loud you could not hear talk to the people your wish. All rap music and again, SO loud. Do not go on a friday or sat night. very CLUB like. I've been to a few different Top Golf locations in NC and SC. This past experience was by far the worst as far as the service from the waitress. Check in was easy and we went upstairs to our bay where we found trash, wrappers, and old food around both the table and bay. We were in our bay for over 10 minutes before she even showed up. She was very curt and not friendly at all. The food arrived quickly after ordering and was very good, but we didn't get any napkins and had to flag her down to ask for them. This is a service oriented business and the monetary tip is directly tied to both service received and the bottom line on the bill. If the waitress is MIA for the majority of our visit, the tip will be small and opportunities will be missed to order food/drink to add to the bottom line on the bill. This was on a Saturday mid morning and the place was around half full. There was no reason for the service to be this poor. My visit was 10/26/2024 and the food was just ok, I've had better at Spare Time Bowling up the street. The cost for mixed drinks is not in-line with the amount or quality, as they're watered down with ice. The wait time for food and continued service was ridiculously slow, it totally makes sense as to why they require a card be placed on file for the table, or everyone pays for their own food upfront. We came in on Sunday at 3:20pm expecting a pretty long wait. We were told it would be 1-1.5 hours and that our name was on the list, no problem at all. We got a text from the venue confirming our spot so we thought we were all set. We sat down at the bar and at 5pm decided to check on our progress on the list and then were told our name wasn't there and we wouldn't be able to play until 8pm. In addition to that, the bar staff was confused and frantic during what appeared to be a shift change and it took us 20 minutes to order a drink and close a tab even though the bar was basically empty. I'm sure the orders from outside had something to do with it so the bar tenders were doing their best, management could probably benefit from giving their bar some additional help or redefining shift change procedures. The bar tenders themselves were nice and happy to help so we had absolutely no issue with them at all. It was very disappointing to find out after waiting two hours that we wouldn't be able to play without being told. If it was too busy with reservations it would be understandable but it would have been nice to have been told before we sat for 2 hours waiting on our play time. All in all I'm sad that it wasn't a better experience since I was excited to experience this well known attraction for the first time with my family. Everything as far as service. To be a new location with several models of best practice to use across the state, one would expect much better service. To order food, I needed to start a tab in which I had to wait over an hour to get cashed out. Our server didn't come until after we were seated for over 15 min and no one was even in the dining area. After seeing my server for our initial contact we saw her two more times during our 2 hr visit and they were to bring our initial drinks and to later bring our food. We went to the bar for support, but not one acknowledgment of my presence, instead they provided service to those sitting at the bar while looking at me seeking their attention. I'm writing this review in hopes that things get turned around as we booked a reservation for a party prior to coming in based on our experiences in Charlotte on several visits and at the Raleigh location. We literally started a tab and were only able to purchase one drink when we came in to enjoy ourselves.
