I have been meaning to get over to Topgolf since it opened but don't have many golfers in my friend circle. Tonight, one of our suppliers treated the office to an evening of fun here, and I can definitely see why it comes with such high praises! The staff were friendly, the facilities/tee boxes were beautifully kept and all of the food we had was excellent! Especially recommend the macaroni bites as well as the pizza and Buffalo chicken dip. Visited here for my husband's birthday. Our party of 7 (which included 3 newbies to golf) had a blast! We didn't have a reservation but were directed to our bay right away. The staff was helpful in explaining how everything works. It was the first time most of us had been to Top Golf. Our server was awesome! She kept the drinks and food coming. They brought doughnuts for my husband's birthday which was a nice surprise. The food and golf is pricey. However, it was well worth the experience and how well the staff took care of us. This was our first visit to any top golf. We have one in Charlotte, but never visited. Overall a great experience! I wasn't aware of the membership fee per person, in addition to the $50 fee we paid to golf. The food was overpriced, but hot and good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The game was so much fun! A great way to relax with friends. Also, since we are on the middle of covid-19, they have taken great precautions to ensure guest safety. All workers wear a mask, they have dividers/shields between each stall/lane. They have also restricted access to certain areas to ensure compliance with social distancing guidelines. I did feel a bit uneasy about the fact that other guests weren't wearing masks (we were the only ones wearing masks during our visit), but that's not the venue's fault. Had a great time the first time we went. But the second time our waitress basically ignored us and helped the older group of people beside us. It took us about 15 minutes to get drinks and after that we did not receive any service. We were planning on eating at Topgolf but our waitress never came back we tried getting her attention multiple times when she attended to the group of people beside us. I have had a lot of people tell me that the servers attend to the older crowds and ignore the younger ones. This is something that should really be fixed. Drove from Columbia to Greenville and was told 2.5 to 3 hours wait time. We went to the mall and returned at 3 hours and 10 minutes because we hadn't heard anything. When I asked about how much longer she said "about 30-40 minutes". I'm doing 3 stars because I did have a good time. This was my first visit, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect and I was at the Greenville, SC location. Pleasantly surprised by the food, which I did enjoy. One person in our party and I had never been before. It took took 30 minutes for her to get her food, after she asked another person to check on it, and we were that at 10:30 am. Our server acted as if she was being bothered by questions and did not keep up with water refills. It was hot yesterday, y'all! I finished with all my turns sooner than my friends because they were eating and I had finished. I literally just asked our server if I had finished my part and she said yes and cleared the entire game. My friends didn't get to finish and we still had 20 minutes on our time left. Three different people came and asked us if we wanted to extend our time, I get it, but we didn't and our hour wasn't up yet. But, we felt rushed and the person who had to wait 30 minutes, was still eating! Had a great time here! 4 adults and 2 kids (8 and 11 years old). Our waitress (Norma) was amazing! She was extremely attentive, got us everything we asked for quickly and without asking more than once. We didnt end up getting 2 lanes next to eachother, but the staff took such great care of us and our kids. We had so much fun! It was cold outside, but they have heaters above you so you stay nice and warm. The food was so good. We had burgers, chicken, pretzels, and much more. The golf pricing is not bad, but be prepared to drop some cash on food if you want to have the full experience. We will be back again for another family outing! read more

Such a beautiful place! But service is boo boo. I had to tell a worker if he can have a table clean for my family and he said there was only 2 workers on the floor!! I said "only 2?? These are your busiest hours!" And told him no worries, take your time. There's probably over 100 people here... there should definitely be more workers on the floor. I'm JS. Top Golf is definitely a hot spot right now in Greenville since it's opening. I went with a group on a Friday night for a birthday and we had a private bay. The waitress was very fun and laid back and laughed with us as she explained the rules. We requested a specific football game and the TVs in the bays are specific to the group so we were able to watch. I think we had the Fiesta Package with a fajita bar along with cookies for dessert. The food was actually not bad and an added plus for me is they make their own dressings from scratch. The drinks were reasonably priced and although golf isn't my thing, the experience was fun. I'd go back with a group and I wouldn't even have to golf. read more

Arrived at 1040 thinking they were open until 3am but they just changed the hours to close at 1am but no one ever told us that. There was a 1.5-2hr wait so we said we would wait. Got our booth at 1155 and they told us we only had 30 minutes to play. I asked why and they finally just told us they close at 1am. So we waited over an hour to play for 30 minutes? We ordered drinks and an appetizer. A few minutes later we asked to add an item and they said kitchen is closed. I said just a few minutes ago we ordered an item and now it's closed? I had the farmhouse pizza which was califlower crust and veggies. It was excellent, I highly recommend it. All the other food I saw come out to be served looked wonderful. We LOVE Top Golf Greenville!!!! We bought the summer pass and man have we used it. This summer has been the best. Even after playing 3-4 times each week my son asked for a night at TG for his 12 birthday. On our 3rd visit this week, our host, Kelly noticed my son had on a baseball jersey. She asked if it was his favorite player and a moment later came back with another employee, Hunter. Hunter had an autographed Tatis Jr. baseball. I thought he was showing it to us but he GAVE it to my son! The staff at Top Golf has been so amazing this summer. We loved TG before but this summer has definitely grown that LOVE. However, I find the bay pricing confusing- you really have to pay attention to the day of week and time it is to get an accurate idea of pricing. For reference- on half pricing golf Tuesday my party of 6 spent over $300 between our golf time, a couple rounds of apps and some moderate drinking. We didn't play we sat at the common area for 30 minutes on the first floor never got service so we moved to the bar and the lady her name was Darlene she let us order drinks and made us immediately close out cause they were "closing the bar"" , why even waste our time, if we cannot order our food?? so we were told to move to the 3rd moved up there the guys name was Bailey , made good drinks, just wasn't bubbly like they try to enforce . I came here for a company Christmas party for my boyfriends company. There was probably a group of about 20 of us and we had some catering done and we had unlimited drinks flowing to our area. The servers that we had were so on top of everything that nobody was waiting for anything and no one's drink was left empty, ever. The servers were very pleasant and interactive and overall it was a really great experience. I am not much of a golfer whatsoever, but those that were more inclined seem to have tons of fun. We got on the waitlist around 4:00 and had been told we should be able to play by 4:30. When we got here, we had then been informed that it would be another hour to hour and a half wait. We sat there waiting and when the time came, we waited an extra 20 minutes before going and asking if our spot is coming up. They told us we'd be up next but it could take up to 30 minutes. We sat back down and waited another 40 minutes and watched as people left and new people sat down to golf. We had been lied to, not next in line at all. We sat here for roughly 3 hours waiting to golf when we reserved a waitlist spot for 4:00. We then decided to ask once more and they said it will be another hour.
