Drove from Columbia to Greenville and was told 2.5 to 3 hours wait time. We went to the mall and returned at 3 hours and 10 minutes because we hadn't heard anything. When I asked about how much longer she said "about 30-40 minutes". Had a great time the first time we went. But the second time our waitress basically ignored us and helped the older group of people beside us. It took us about 15 minutes to get drinks and after that we did not receive any service. We were planning on eating at Topgolf but our waitress never came back we tried getting her attention multiple times when she attended to the group of people beside us. I have had a lot of people tell me that the servers attend to the older crowds and ignore the younger ones. This is something that should really be fixed. This was our first visit to any top golf. We have one in Charlotte, but never visited. Overall a great experience! I wasn't aware of the membership fee per person, in addition to the $50 fee we paid to golf. The food was overpriced, but hot and good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The game was so much fun! A great way to relax with friends. Also, since we are on the middle of covid-19, they have taken great precautions to ensure guest safety. All workers wear a mask, they have dividers/shields between each stall/lane. They have also restricted access to certain areas to ensure compliance with social distancing guidelines. I did feel a bit uneasy about the fact that other guests weren't wearing masks (we were the only ones wearing masks during our visit), but that's not the venue's fault. I'm doing 3 stars because I did have a good time. This was my first visit, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect and I was at the Greenville, SC location. Pleasantly surprised by the food, which I did enjoy. One person in our party and I had never been before. It took took 30 minutes for her to get her food, after she asked another person to check on it, and we were that at 10:30 am. Our server acted as if she was being bothered by questions and did not keep up with water refills. It was hot yesterday, y'all! I finished with all my turns sooner than my friends because they were eating and I had finished. I literally just asked our server if I had finished my part and she said yes and cleared the entire game. My friends didn't get to finish and we still had 20 minutes on our time left. Three different people came and asked us if we wanted to extend our time, I get it, but we didn't and our hour wasn't up yet. But, we felt rushed and the person who had to wait 30 minutes, was still eating! We didnt end up getting 2 lanes next to eachother, but the staff took such great care of us and our kids. We had so much fun! Such a beautiful place! But service is boo boo. I had to tell a worker if he can have a table clean for my family and he said there was only 2 workers on the floor!! I said "only 2?? Top Golf is definitely a hot spot right now in Greenville since it's opening. I went with a group on a Friday night for a birthday and we had a private bay. The waitress was very fun and laid back and laughed with us as she explained the rules. We requested a specific football game and the TVs in the bays are specific to the group so we were able to watch. I think we had the Fiesta Package with a fajita bar along with cookies for dessert. The food was actually not bad and an added plus for me is they make their own dressings from scratch. The drinks were reasonably priced and although golf isn't my thing, the experience was fun. Even after playing 3-4 times each week my son asked for a night at TG for his 12 birthday. On our 3rd visit this week, our host, Kelly noticed my son had on a baseball jersey. She asked if it was his favorite player and a moment later came back with another employee, Hunter. Hunter had an autographed Tatis Jr. baseball. We got on the waitlist around 4:00 and had been told we should be able to play by 4:30. When we got here, we had then been informed that it would be another hour to hour and a half wait. We sat there waiting and when the time came, we waited an extra 20 minutes before going and asking if our spot is coming up. They told us we'd be up next but it could take up to 30 minutes. We sat back down and waited another 40 minutes and watched as people left and new people sat down to golf. We had been lied to, not next in line at all. We sat here for roughly 3 hours waiting to golf when we reserved a waitlist spot for 4:00. We then decided to ask once more and they said it will be another hour. I came here for a company Christmas party for my boyfriends company. There was probably a group of about 20 of us and we had some catering done and we had unlimited drinks flowing to our area. The servers that we had were so on top of everything that nobody was waiting for anything and no one's drink was left empty, ever.
