So if you're not familiar with the topgolf concept I would explain it as a cross between bowling and a golf driving range, along with a server to provide restaurant level service and the drink options you would get at a bar. My final verdict is that Topgolf is a great time BUT way expensive in comparison to other activities and things to do, especially during the evenings (regardless of number of players I believe it's $45/hour to rent a bay after 5pm). Myself and my significant other usually spend $150-$200 during a 2 hour visit for the bay, food, and drinks. That being said I've always had a good experience, even when I've had to wait 1+ hours, mostly because I go there anticipating the wait time and cost. Definitely worth checking out! read more

We love this place for entertainment purposes. Everything typically goes well and the customer service is great. Staff is very friendly. Food is always good and the game play is fun. We typically make our trips here during promotional rates of game play and summer fun passes. These promotions make Top Golf affordable for my family. Food, drink and game play are somewhat pricey for our budget during their normal rate periods, therefore my 4 star rating. Having to purchase a player card and submit my personal information to hit balls is a bit much. This transaction should be much, MUCH simpler. Good: Fun/unique experience. Bad: Wait times -- great concept but poorly executed in this location. We went on a Saturday just a few weeks after they opened so no deduction for poor execution (probably just need a few weeks to work out operational/crowd moving issues). We waited on two lines: first line was a membership card line (1 hour) and the second line was with the concierge to put our name on a list for a bay (5 minutes) and an hour later we were assigned a bay (via text). Two hours total wait time(but there are restaurants/lounge area/pool tables). Awesome: The main attraction is 3 floors of automated golf range stalls (bays) with individual dining tables, wait-staff, and golf clubs (though my boys brought their own). My 13 and 11-year-old had a great time, wait times be damned. Once in the bay, wait staff is attentive, food/drinks come quickly and are pretty good. Great bang for buck too (walked away spending $35 for the bay and $50 food/drink -- an afternoon of family fun for under $100. It's a winner. Top Golf, you may want to think about membership kiosks - you can get people off the line and into the bar/restaurant sooner : ) read more

The venue is amazing - modern, cool DJ, great ambiance. The wait was 4.5 hours, which we expected. But the service was absolutely terrible. We went on a Friday so there were a moderate amount of people but the waitstaff was completely untrained and only did their job after being prompted by us. The waitress took 15 mins to even show up at our table. Drinks took 20 mins to arrive after ordering, which was a regular occurrence throughout the night. The table wasn't clean off for 10 mins after we sat down. No napkins ever. We had to flag down the waitress every time we ordered a new drink or food item. I would say that you shouldn't check this place out for a few months until the waitstaff is trained and knows what on earth they are doing. By far as platinum member is the worst experience we've ever had at a Top Golf!!! We travel a lot so when we got the membership we figured that you would be treated equal across the board as a platinum member. Don't be fooled when you come to this location this is not the case. They do not care, they will send you messages on the phone stating that you have not checked in and you have you take your phone to them and show them and they act like they don't know what's going on. From my understanding this is a newer location and they definitely have a lot of flaws starting with the platinum employee that check us in around 830 on this Friday night. read more

This place was a nice surprise and a lot of fun, even for a non golfer. It is a large facility with numerous "bays" in it. It's like a traditional golf driving range but the bays have a monitor in them. At that monitor you can select from numerous different games, and then you try and hit the ball towards a target that gets you the most points. There were numerous people in our group that never hit a golf ball before and everyone still enjoyed it. The food was very good and they have a pretty large menu. They also have numerous beers and other adult beverages to choose from. They had numerous fans to keep you cool and everything is covered to protect you from rain. We always have a blast at Top Golf. The experience for advanced and beginner golfers made the time enjoyable. Fun atmosphere, music and holes synched with lighting during the evening. Food is above bar food consistency with some unique items, such as Mosushi, Mexican sushi. Staff goes over the top once you enter your golf bay to help with any questions concerning the games, wait staff right there to start the order process, and manager visits each bay to give it that personal touch. NEVER AGAIN! We have go to this place several times and have never been berated so much. This place is expensive, so why they bothered us so much is uncalled for. We purchased over an hour of play time, drinks (several) and food. The server kept asking us if we were going to by more time. we were at the end of our time and we ordered food. We had planned on eating and then playing some more. The server said we couldn't do that we had to purchase more time and eat while the play time was going. She said if people wanted our bay that we would have to move to the bar and get reassigned to a bay to continue to play. I can understand this rule if people were waiting to play but we go on weekdays around 2pm when there are several bays open. So to be haggled on play time is really ridiculous. All other times we have been there they pretty much leave us be, and let us have fun, play, drink, and eat. We spent over $150 in and hour, but that seemed not to matter to our server. Topgolf is a great place to have a fun outing with family and friends. Perhaps professional golfers may find this a little basic because us non golfers were able to have fun and even get a few points. It is a lot like bowling and while the technology was great, it seemed our system has a few glitches and we needed assistance a multiple times wasting our valuable time. Time does go by quickly when playing so I would suggest planning to play for at least two hours. The "bays" were not really what I expected, since the area was very open with tables side by side for each bay and with loud music it was difficult to make it a social activity. We made reservations, which requires a fee that does not get applied to anything else but we wanted to make sure we could get in at a specific time, so a good idea if you are having a party. Even though the bay is supposed to hold 8 people, with 6 players and 2 extra observers, the tables and chairs are only set up for six. However, the employees were super helpful with getting an additional chair and in the beginning at least they were very attentive with food, drinks, and assistance. It is nice to be able to order food and drinks right from the bay, but order early because service could take a little while and you are on the clock. Nice happy hour specials after 3:00 p.m. on a Sunday so maybe we will plan for the time to be "happy" next time we play. Another note to request early on is left hand clubs. A few of our players did not realize until we were almost done that left handed clubs could be requested, so they were trying to play from their non-dominate side with the clubs available in the bay. So a few lessons learned, order food and drinks early, plan to play your game during happy hour for the best deal on drinks, and get those left handed clubs early. Now that we have the system figured out better, I expect our future outings here will be even better. read more

On Sunday February 21, around lunchtime, I was with a group of 7 others who spoke spanish knew nothing about golf. While we were waiting for our bay we were standing on the side watching others and I was explaining when the last two of our group arrived and stood beside us. After maybe 5 other employees had already walked by one employee made an issue saying that it was a fire hazard to stand on the side and did not offer any solution like crossing to the empty bay, he was dismissive and said he apologized as he was walking away from us. I told him that his apology didn't solve the problem of trying to explain to the group while others were waiting for golfing bays. The customer service was poor. I could have let this go but then he went and lied to the manager saying that I used profanity. No one else in my group heard any such thing. I believe the employee was lying to manipulate the manager and have me thrown out! The manager and I spoke and she listened and she didn't say much, especially when I told her employee was lying to her. When we got our bay the manager said something to the employee in the area which made me feel like I was the trouble maker and needed special attention. We stayed only a half hour. Obviously the situation was handled poorly. Perhaps I was wrong to expect to be treated as a valued customer and get good customer service. While this issue was caused by one poor employee and a manager who could have addressed the issue better. My concern is the lack of customer service and I can't help wonder if this is the corporate policy that needs improvement or an isolated event. I doubt I'd return. read more

The golfing is not bad in price if you have a group. The food and drinks are quite pricey, but really good. On the weekends, there's a good 2-4hr wait depending on the time of day, and they do not take reservations for small groups. Parties of 9+ I believe. However, they do text you to let you know your group is about to be ready, so you can leave and go to the town center if your wait is long. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean. Recently went to Top Golf for a Christmas party. I was very impressed with the facility. I have seen it while driving by on 295, but the view down the course was amazing. I arrived and the staff showed us where to go. The event was catered. Unfortunately there was a mix up on the start time of the event and the food was placed out a few hours before the event started and had to be removed early due to food handling rules, some members of our party were not able to eat, other food was put out afterwards to compensate for the error. That was the only downside. I played a few rounds of "golf" while having drinks. I also was able to watch the football games on TV right at our table, between rounds. Also since it was cool out the each table had a heater. The staff showed us how to use everything and were very helpful. I enjoyed the selection of beer, I did get some of the food as well and it was pretty good. The event was at night and the the use of lighting on the course was very impressive. The use of technology to track individual shots, use various controls, and to personalize what was on the TVs was amazing. I had a great time, and plan on returning. read more
