It's a decent enough time with a group but extremely pricey. The food service is beyond slow. We happened to be assigned bay 122 this most recent visit and could see into the back line of the kitchen. We watched 4 burgers sit under the heat lamps for 25+ minutes. Even our fountain drinks took 10 minutes to come out and refills were never given or even offered. Needless to say, we skipped eating there and opted to go elsewhere for dinner. read more

Great place for group fun! We had multiple times where there were glitches and our bay got frozen but they were great about fixing it and gave us a little extra time. It is definately really loud, so it creates a fun atmosphere but if you're hoping to have deep and meaningful conversations, this is not the place for that. I had fun even though I am not a good shot. I would definately say you need some skill in order to be competitive and actually win against your friends and family. read more

I took my wife to Top Golf on a date night since we got a sitter for the kids. We wanted to try something different so we thought embarrassing ourselves playing golf would be a great idea. I'll start by saying the facility itself is quite impressive. It's a stand-alone facility that has multiple floors of driving ranges. Since we were in a time crunch, I decided to reserve my bay ahead of time so we wouldn't have to wait. Thank God I did, because it was busy and we just walked right in and started playing (I still think $25 is a ridiculous price to pay for a reservation that doesn't go toward you play time, even though I was grateful for the time saved). It started off well enough, but soon after we started playing, the machine stopped dispensing balls. They called maintenance over and it took them 15 minutes to fix the machine. This thankfully gave us time to eat some delicious wings and cheese fries. I would only suggest getting the jalapeños if you like them super HOT, cuz these suckers were burning my mouth up! We got to playing again, but for most of the evening, it wouldn't register that balls were being dispensed, so it really messed with the flow of the game (never counted my best shots ). The staff was always super attentive and added game time, but since we had to pick up the kids, the extra time really didn't help us much. Also, be ready to spend some money, because all the play, drinks, and food all add up after a bit. You also have to pay a one-time fee of $5 to start a "membership" (free money for them). I look forward to going back and hopefully getting a better game experience, which would easily make it 5 stars! read more

Came here for industrial night and it wasn't too busy. The server was attentive but getting our drinks and food took a while. So we went to the bar to buy some shots which it was also slow even though there wasn't anyone else there but us and two bartenders. The shots were pricey. I think $9-10 per shot for a Washington apple. Didn't expect it to be that pricey. Also ordered citrus cabana which we barely taste any alcohol. Tasted more like grapefruit juice. Stopped by for a friends birthday. It was a Thursday evening and relatively slow. We all placed several food orders that took longer than what seemed normal. After someone in our group had placed an order for nachos and an hour went by and they still hadn't come out. We checked in again with our sever again and they brought the nachos out when our time was shortly up. After expressing to our server that we were upset, she brought her manager over. He was very rude by reaching over us while aggressively reaching for the plate and in a rude tone said "so what do you want me to do? Just take them off?" Just not very customer service oriented or behaved the way management should in my opinion. After he left without apologizing or any sincerity for the situation, I decided to find him to ask for his name. When I asked for his name, he rudely asked why I needed his name and when I proceeded to notice his name on his name tag and started to type it in on my notes, he so quickly covered up his name tag and rudely said "Is there an issue ma'am?" Which I turned around and walked away so the situation would not escalate any further. So here I am to say that overall, the food after getting it after waiting 45+ plus minutes for it (most being appetizers) was good. However, because of the manager Kyle and his way of dealing with things, I would say it's safe that this is an establishment I will no longer support and that he ruined a good experience due to his attitude. read more

Top golf is one of our favorite places to go in most major cities its fun with friends and family. I'm giving the OKC location ONE star because quite literally, THE SERVICE SUCKED! We had reservations for 1030pm last night and were super excited. We got bay 310. We ordered some wings and pizza and the wings came out when we only had 15 minutes of play left. ALSO It took the server A WHOLE HOUR to come back and ask us for a drink order, then she forgot to put in our pizza order. One person I was with had to flag someone down to get a beer but there were barely any servers in sight. THIS is at 1030- 1130 AT NIGHT!!!! WHEN THEY ARE ALMOST CLOSIING! We were starving and we didn't have drinks. When the server FINALLY came we only had 3 minutes left of game. She offered us an extra 30 min play but why would we stay after being treated like we were nobody? She gave us $10 off the play for the inconvenience but at that point we were highly dissatisfied with anything and just wanted to get out of there quickly. Shes lucky I even left a tip I if anything.i wish I remembered her name . This is the worst service we have ever got in our entire lives and we travel a lot and lived in 7 states. Such a fun place to go! My husband and I went for a date night and ended up playing for 3 hours. The entire vibe of the location is great for hanging out and there typically isn't a lot of small children so it's a nice adult hangout. I enjoy that you can choose all types of games or just practice for fun. Our server Alexis was great and tentative and the food is very yummy. My only gripe would be the strength of the drinks and the price overall. The drinks tasted like there was absolutely zero alcohol in them. We had only ordered two appetizers and 4 drinks, I couldn't imagine having dinner on top of it. Considering we're paying almost $200 for play time, appetizers, and drinks. I'll definitely be visiting any TopGolf I come across but will be dining out and drinks before hand because the dinner/play cost are a kick in the gut. read more

What can I say that you probably already don't know about Topgolf? It is a lot of fun for golfers and a great way to introduce new people to the game. Its popularity keeps the place full and also allows them to charge enough to make this a treat rather than just a casual family outing. The apps were a B- with the same being said for the portion sizes on the "shareable" items. Our service was probably a C+ with my wife or I having to find our waitress a number of times. The game play is the whole point and it was fun, but could be frustrating when landing in a scoring zone the ball doesn't register the points. Not sure if that is a bad sensor or failed netting, but it happened enough that it should be investigated. Also, I am sure it is not a great job, but there were so many balls on the ground when we were there that you could forget about getting a good bounce of more than 3 or 4 feet. Still though, it is a fun family outing and I know we will return. read more

My husband and I have been to the Oklahoma City one and the one in Dallas and we prefer the Oklahoma City location because it's staff and mainly it's parking lot. So the price is based on hours and each spot is called the bay and also the price is based on what day you're going. Monday to Thursday before 6 PM is $20 an hour and after 6 PM it's $40 an hour and you could also pay by half hour if wanted. On the weekends it's $20 an hour before noon and $40 an hour afternoon. Usually on the weekdays there's not much of a line because there's quite a bit a phase and there's three stories but on the weekend especially in the evening time there may be a wait line. In the main lobby there is a bar and quite a lot of places to sit so the wait time is not too much. Every time my party goes we usually ask for the edges because they have sofas and they're just more comfortable to sit in. It's fun to go in a group of four or more but keep in mind that when you buy your card and you lose it you have to pay a fee to get a new one. read more

So Gracey .... a former employee of Top Golf OKC has been stalking my yelp 2+ years after my initial review. She made it a point to comment on every photo and review i ever wrote for other establishments (she commented on 30+ reviews and communicated physical threats) and proceeded to cry about how i "still write reviews" on an app...made for...writing. reviews. LOL. she claims she was never my server and has "no idea how i got her name". She must've forgotten she wore a name tag that day. SMH. She proceeded to message me that she never "got in trouble" for my review however when i spoke to the Top Golf director of operations 2 days after that review, i was made aware that she was no longer an employee of the establishment and offered compensation for me and my squadron's next visit. LOL. I've been in the military 12 years and counting and she claims i "probably never worked hard a day in my life" yet she can't keep a job at top golf. I was told by the other servers there that she was lazy and one of the worst servers to have ever been employed there. Makes sense seeing how she just left me and my whole squadron in the middle of ordering food and just never put in our orders. Another server had to take over and notified us that she never put in our orders or did any kind of turn over. He also confirmed her name. She then proceeds to make several Yelp accounts with stolen photos to message me physical threats followed by "ur a karen who can't confront people to their faces" only to block me and delete her account. LOL. The irony. I let her know i've since contacted local authorities and filed a police report. It's giving stalker vibes. Will continue to update for every harassing message I continue to receive from her. 4 star update though for management making things right. I went here a few weeks ago for the first time with my husband, my in-laws, and another couple friend. I was super excited because I've heard such great things! Unfortunately, we went around 6:30 on a Friday evening, so we had to wait about 20 minutes in line just to get our players card. However, it is a one time thing, so next time we go we can skip the line. My father-in-law got their little bit early and was able to get us a bag on the third floor. It was a great little area, with couch seating and a bar/bar stools behind us. It could definitely accommodate more then the six people that we had. The overall concept is fairly easy to figure out, it's basically like bowling but with golf. I did deduct one star because I think they need a little bit more waitstaff. It took a while to get our food and drinks delivered to us, and then they completely forgot about my friends order that she had-- so she got her food when everyone else was pretty much done eating. I ended up ordering the Buffalo flatbread, and it was really good. I feel like they have a pretty good menu and selection of beer and wine (also having a full bar downstairs). It is $40 an hour for the full bay, so I would recommend going with a group. Overall, it was so much fun can't wait to come back! read more

First I must admit I don't golf but a bunch of others do so 15 of us went there. Great fun even for non golfers. Had a great time watching others. The good... great distraction for lunch and blow off some steam. You can get in and out including eating in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Food was good and flavorful and good portions. The bad... Service can be slow.. refills and the time it takes to place your order needs improvement. I don't want to feel like I need to ride the waitress to get refills and to get back to the office on time. read more

This was my first time at a Top Golf. We went for a military going away shin dig. We ate first then some stayed and played golf. My family only ate this time around. It was getting late so we ended up leaving. But, the golfing part seemed to be fun from what we could see. My husband and I would like to return and play golf. We went tonight which is a week night (Wednesday). It was not packed at all since it was a work/school night. We may try and come back then. The pricing was going to be $45 and hour for the pay, and you can have up to 6 people in a bay. You can hit unlimited balls. The food was really good. The pricing was pretty good too. The kids meals were $6 each and came with a drink. The side of fruit was a good amount for our kiddos. My husband got the char grilled steak flat bread and he loved it. The wings were meh. My pork sliders were not that warm and had a meaty taste to them. Weird, I know because they are meat. But, some may know what I am talking about. The pork was not that tender. I think I will get a burger next time. The spinach artichoke dip was not that warm either. My dessert did take a while to come out but, it was good. read more

We went here last night for my birthday. Our server, Michelle, was awesome. The entire staff was friendly and courteous and the experience was top notch. I had a spinach and goat cheese salad with some sort balsamic vinaigrette. I now think this is my favorite new salad. And I didn't have to worry about my guys having any allergy issues because they were fully prepared with gluten free options. I loved that I could hit the sticks and relax knowing my family could eat without harsh consequences. That gets an A++ in my book. Now - let's talk golfing. The process was smooth and easy just like my swing. We were on the top deck and had an amazing view. Everyone in the family were able to participate - from my 13 year old son to my 74 year old dad. Each one of had a blast! The only feedback I could give to make it a better experience is to put sun shades on your windows as they face west into the bright Oklahoma sunset. When I hit the ball and score big - I would have loved to have turned to face my family and be able to see them with going blind. When my 74 year old dad sits on the lounger, it would have been nice for him to sit and visit with our group with a glaring bright light in his light sensitive eyes. This won't keep me from coming back. I still give them 5 stars. I'll just pick a later time next time. Kudos Top Golf! read more

I've come out a handful of times and all experiences have been great! I'm not a golfer at all, I wish but I'm not. Great thing about TG is you don't have to be a golfer, it's still a blast! Each "golf bay" holds 6 people! I typically come out with smaller groups so that we can all sit together! Once you are seated in a golf bay, a "bay host" comes to help you! My experience with service has been great! Prompt on food and drink delivery! I loooooove the queso! I could bathe myself in the Craft Beer Queso! They make it with Blue Moon, score! The nachos also make me weak at the knees. I seriously have dreams about these two dishes! They have a mean moscow mule too! SO fun! This place really has character and takes the concept of a driving range to a whole nother level! The game scores are conveniently tracked electronically and there's several games to choose from, even a practice non-scored option. There's several clubs available for use at each station, a set for men and a set for women. SO convenient for those of us that arn't regular golfers enough to have our own clubs. Each section has it's own sectional couch-booth thingy with a roomy table. I LOVE that when it gets dark, the field gets all lit up and changes colors like a disco party! SUPER fun! All the staff members were really energetic and friendly! Krystin was so nice and gave us a little tour of the lower level and basically the run-down of how the whole place works, since it was our first time. Kevin helped us up on the second level during our games, gave great hitting advice and made sure we were entertained and had plenty of snacks & beverages! After and hour of golf games my hands were sore and my belly was full of beers. Came in late (10:30pm on a Wed) and this place was still packed. Great energy and vibes! Lastly, my only comment about the one time $5 lifetime membership fee: Perhaps this business could consider waiving the fee for out of town guests that live nowhere close to a Top Golf. Seems like if the locals have memberships and they bring family from out of town ... They should wave the $5. This review is for people who aren't golfers. Having no interest in golf, I have to say this was a ton of fun. The game is easy to pick up. Obviously an experienced golfer has an advantage, but with a combination of luck and combos, a casual player stands a chance! There's also great opportunity here for an experienced player to help a casual player. The social experience is similar to bowling in that it's a casual group activity where you are in close proximity to other groups. But unlike bowling it is outdoor so it feels much less claustrophobic. Also, the combination of not having to wear someone else's dirty shoes and all the Top Golf equipment feeling clean and modern makes the whole experience feel a bit classier than the average bowling alley, while still serving as a casual sport-based activity. The drinks seem relatively strong, which is a good thing value-wise. This seemed to be consistent with multiple bartenders, but I wouldn't take it as gospel. I only had appetizers, so can't comment on the food, but what I had was good. The only real downside is that it can get pricey. If you are in a group, it's not as much of an issue but the hourly cost, plus food and drinks can easily add up. My friend wasn't restraining himself and he spent $120 in one night. But if you eat ahead of time and split the hourly cost with a group of friends, it can easily be a cost-effective activity, perfect for group dates, after-work outings, or miscellaneous events. read more

Approached the bar with 3:31 seconds left in the 3rd quarter of the Grizzlies v Thunder game. 1 bartender was entertaining the only other 2 people at the bar with some corny conversation. Clearly, they see me or they have no cognitive awareness. My first ask for a beer wasn't until after the 4th quarter started. I drank the beer and wasn't asked or checked on until 6:16 left in the game. In the meantime, 2 of the bartenders continued to entertain the same people. TG is not busy on this windy Oklahoma day. It's a nice trick to bridge the gap, that broad entertainment divide between golfers and non-golfers, and Topgolf carded an eagle for this feat. Essentially a driving range, modeled after the famous ones in Japan, with the explained technology added, it does have bowling alley like traits to it. But it's plenty golf-like, and everyone from duffers to scratch players will have a good time. You hit off mats, but it's not too different from turf, and lots of ranges have these. The clubs they have are just fine, but it's no problem to bring your own, whether your whole bag, driver and a couple irons, or your 5 iron and gap wedge if you're brilliant. The food is good. I only eat when there's a wait on the weekend. It's good enough to eat here as a destination in its own right. I haven't tried the golf bag drink yet, but if I do I'll be shanking them, biting people in the ankle like on Tin Cup ("Who hit that shot?!"), or sending balls over the right net and getting written up. So just beer for me. The instruction is top-notch in my experience. Sometimes a pro will come by, if you're swingin' like crap, and help you out. You might just stick with it, take some lesson packages, and help your game in the process! It's great to go at night or in foul weather and still get good practice in. Except for putting. You can do that at home though, with your five yard chips that simply have no place here. read more
