The employees were all very nice. We arrived 10 minutes early and were told our bay was being cleaned. When it was ready, we went upstairs only to find that our bay was filthy. There was food on the table and floors. There were no employees nearby. No one came to greet us for about 15 minutes. We asked the employee to please clean the bay and she did. We ordered online and that was easy. They brought out our platter of food but did not bring napkins or plates. No water was offered. The server finally came back and we asked for everything we needed. They could have been more proactive and they should know that you need plates, napkins and water. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper. The stall doors have a large gap so there is no privacy. The servers should always be nearby checking regularly and bringing items to make your visit enjoyable. read more

Went to Topgolf in Roseville for my dad and son's birthday celebration, so this was my first experience (as you can tell.) It can get a little pricey after hanging out and ordering all the drinks and food, but it was so much fun. We ordered the GUAC & CHIPS and the QUESO BLANCO & CHIPS, plus various drinks like the Blended Pina Colada, margaritas, and sodas. Topgolf is a great hangout activity. You don't have to be good at golf to enjoy it thanks to the variety of games and modes you can choose on the screen. The food was fresh and good portions. The service here was amazing. Some of the friendliest customer service I have ever experienced, and they're very attentive. The only downside is they're pricey. Then the Sunday $50/hr wasn't accurate as you had to pay an extra $6/person to be able to keep track of scores. Service in the club was slow and issues with the programs. I definitely won't be back. Tip: u are hitting off a mat and there is a rubber tee to hit ur driver. I came here with my father in law for Father's Day, and it was not my first time here. It was decently busy when we arrived in the afternoon, but there were plenty of bays still open. For some reason, they took us to a bay that had an event coming up, so we were only able to purchase 48 minutes of play time, and even that was $30. The views from the bays are great, everything was very clean, and self explanatory. It is a little expensive here, but I imagine they expect more parties to come through and split it rather than just one or two people. I'm a little bummed that we didn't get a full hour in the bay, but it was still a fun time. Our server was very sweet, and we ordered some pretzel bites to snack on. The pretzel bites took quite a long time to come out, and when they did come out, everything was warm, but the cheese had a pretty thick film on the top. It quickly became hard and congealed, not very appealing, but I still ate it. The flavors weren't bad, but they weren't great or special. I probably wouldn't order them again. First of all, it was a bad impression, since the employees were catering to the bays to the left and right of us while ignoring us our entire stay! We saw multiple employees walking by us repeatedly without asking if we needed anything! We decided not to let it bother us and try to enjoy our time since we were already there. When it came to the bill, I added no gratuity since we were ignored the entire time. When I received my charge to my bank, I come to notice they added a 50% gratuity! I generally really enjoy going and it had been a bit since I took the family there so we headed there today, but what a disappointment! The changes to kiosk/play interface, in my opinion, are not good! I know games have been added, but it's just not as user friendly and it was really annoying to have the big screens continually changing to ads rather than showing our current game. So distracting! Then trying to get us to enter contests on the kiosk screen rather than just letting us start a new game was also annoying. It was not super clear how to just bypass that and really us just wasting our play time. The change in clubs, not great (I missed the 3 hybrid). Ours were all in the wrong slots, we were missing clubs and the handles were so sticky as if they've never been cleaned, quite gross. We ordered food and the quality was not as it used to be. The queso, which we usually love, had so much pepper it was nearly indelible. We also ordered a patty melt and burger, both incinerated, WAY overcooked which was of course quite a disappointment. Came here with a few friends today, and my friend, who is 21+ wasn't allowed to buy a margarita because their "system didn't accept her out of state ID," even though it works just fine in TSA and buying alcohol anywhere else. We were upset but not rude, and after that it seemed like our table was just ignored the rest of the time. There were people at bays on our left and right who constantly were asked if they wanted refills or whatever else, but we were just ignored. When our time was up, the server came back and didn't even ask if we wanted to extend the time. The system definitely needs some changing because everywhere else, ID cards are scanned or looked at and accepted. We're not Karen's, just really disappointed. We made reservations ahead of time this year as last year they had like a 3 hour wait, so no waiting this time, got our spot, got our orders in, got our drink on and ready to play.
