I was new to Top Golf when my buddy decided to go out to lunch here. I love the concept and transforming golf range and a place to eat with drinks. $ 40 dollars an hour during peek time. But up to 6 people per range. I'm no math wizard but that's a great deal. The drinks are not over expensive and the food was actually pretty damm good. I had the salad with goat cheese. Could have used more goat cheese. Im excited they are expanding up north where I live and I can't wait to revisit to have some more fun. This is great for all ages. I would warm up first! read more

We came here last night and it was extremely crowded people parking on the street etc. So we decided to come the next day (sunday). Before 12 it's 20 per bay after that it's 40. We only waited about 30 min to play but they have entertainment while your waiting which is nice. They have a full bar, restaurant and pool tables. I have heard people waiting 4 hours to play so having other entertainment is helpful. I think they should allow reservations this is why I didn't give them 5 stars but otherwise a good time! The place is to awesome. Came here for an accounting manager outing. Wasn't too sure about it at first, but then you really get in to just having fun. We were on the top section and it is a little nerve wrecking to realize there is only a small net to catch you if you go over the edge. There were a group of guys next to us, that I thought for sure would go over. They were blasted, stumbling, loud, falling all over the place. Once they were taken control of then the night was a little more relaxed. Due to having an event there, we had our group catered with food. It was really good. Oh and this was in January and it was 42 degrees outside, however, they have these heaters in the ceiling that are the best thing ever. I ended up taking off my jacket and really forgot how cold it really was. Those heaters are amazing. I thought we would be cold and miserable. This place is awesome! I love having something to do that isn't just eating and drinking (although I am not opposed to that either). The food is pretty good as long as they haven't run out already. The brisket tacos were really good as well as the quesadilla. Every time I want something else they run out so I'll have to go back to explore the menu some more. I've been to hang out and watch football more than I've been to actually golf. The golfing is fun but it can be pricey so I would suggest going with a few people to split the cost to rent a bay. I would also recommend that ladies wear flat shoes. They have a little patch of soft grass where you putt the ball and if you wear heels you're going to since in and it's going to make it impossible to look cute doing it. Better just to wear flats. Parking can be a pain the arse but I've always lucked out and found a good spot. They also have complimentary valet but when it's busy they line to pick up your car can be kind of long. 4 stars because the bar on the main level is ridiculously slow even when there are like 4 bartenders working. Topgolf is a lot of fun, especially if you are a golfer! Even if you are not, I think you are going to have a blast. I could tell there were people there of various skill levels and it all worked well. Being a fairly avid golfer I loved it! Drinks and food were also excellent but maybe a little pricey. The Mushi was incredible and I highly recommend it. As for price, they charge by the bay and you can have up to 6 people per bay. We had 4 people in our group, played for 2 hours had a pitcher of beer, 1 specialty drink each, 2 Orders of Mushi and Craft Beer Queso and it was under $50 each. If you have a decent group it's not too bad but appetizers average about $8-$10 each and meals even more so I can see it being costly if you have a hungry crowd. We had no wait around 8:30 on a Tuesday night. Not crowded at all. Overall though you should experience Topgolf at least once. read more

The reason for the 3 star rating is the food and drinks. I was disappointed with the quality of the food and my mixed drinks were very watered down. I had the Chicken and Waffle Sliders and a Gin and Tonic and both left me wishing this place put more into the experience. So I am very mixed in my feelings about this place. Came here with a decent sized party of almost 20 on a Saturday evening, boy will I never do that again. My brother got there at 5:30pm to put his name on the wait list and was told that it would be an hour. We were taken to our bay at 8:00pm. I kid you not!! This is not an hour. If you plan on doing something at Top Golf please know that they get EXTREMELY BUSY. Pricing also depends on what time you go. The bays at the time we were there ran $45 per hour, but 6 people can play and share, which isn't too bad. The waiter and manager were very attentive. Since we waited 2.5 hours, we were there for a few hours so we decided to get some food and drinks. The prices are not too bad considering the environment that you're in. Since I'm trying to be healthy, I went with their turkey wrap which was full of turkey and yummy avocado -- with a side of fries, haha. Top Golf has 3 levels and we were in the second one, all levels really look the same, so to me there was no preference when it came to which we were in. Also as an FYI, there is a $5 ONE TIME fee to get a card that allows you to golf. This keeps track of your history should you decide to come back, you can just keep using it. It's a great environment; however, it was so busy that there was almost no walking room. The bays themselves were clean and had enough clubs to use, no matter if you're a righty or a lefty. The bathrooms were also clean and good sized...and they had a changing table. That's a bonus. Of course, there was a girl that was "sick" from all the alcohol she drank in there, but staff actually handled that. They waited while she was done to escort her and her friend out. Parking lot was really big and even with the amount of people there, it wasn't too hard to find a spot. Overall I'd definitely come again, but it'd plan for a time when it isn't so busy. I've heard that you can reserve the bay for $50, but you don't get this back nor does it apply to your bay fee. read more

There's lots to do if you just want to sit at the bar and grab a drink, you can eat in the bar area or on the rooftop where there's a dj on Saturdays. They make you purchase a card for $5 to play and there are options on which time limit you want to pay for. You can play a short game or longer game and pay as you go. 2 hours is the max. Booking an event here was a complete nightmare! First and last time here because of the aggravation. Booking a birthday party or event should be care free with a place like his. You plan it, book it, pay for it. Then arrive to a fun care free day. NOT here! The agreement I signed was somewhat different compared to the verbal and email conversations I had with the event sales manager, Sara. From description of the bay we were in to what my credit card was going to be charged and how to extend our time there, all was completely different in agreement than was was discussed and emailed to me. Everything I discussed with her was not relayed to our server and caused a 10 min delay in us actually starting our games. I specifically called and emailed on several occasions to clarify everything with the sales person. Again, just wanted my guests to have the ease of just showing up. Our poor server, not knowing what was discussed between the event sales person and myself, brought over what appeared to be a manager who was somewhat of a help but I think just confused the server more. Food was great and our server Zack was good. But I would not waste time, money or effort actually booking a party. And what really frustrated me is the fact that I left my sunglasses on our table at the bay we were in. They had my phone number from making a reservation and could have called me to inform me. But didn't. By the time I realized and called them they said they had them and I could pick them up. I drove an hour there for them to tell me they didn't actually have them... where did they go then? Not impressed and will not be back. read more

Ceiling fans when it's warm and heaters when it's cold. There is wait staff that serves really good food with full bar access. A private TV where you can watch your favorite game or show, all while you can play golf games that are geared towards golfers and non-golfers alike. As a golfer I really enjoy practicing and as a competitor I enjoy the various games. Having said that my anti-golfing girlfriends actually enjoyed hitting balls from a driving range with this type of atmosphere. One more thing, the bay's are dog friendly so bring "Fido" along. On the inside there is a large bar with lots of TV's. The restaurant is great too even if you are not there to hit the range. Good option for a working lunch. The only reason I'm leaving a star is because the restaurant/bar service was good. Other than that it was a horrible time. My friends and I had been waiting for 3 hours to play after we were told it would be an hour/hour and a half tops. They placed our name down as soon as we arrived and after waiting for 2 hours we went to ask the desk what was happening and they lost our name. They had our number down because it was confirmed at the beginning with a verification text but they never sent a text stating our bay was ready after claiming they've been on schedule the whole time though we've waited DOUBLE the wait time. After all this confusion they still didn't accommodate us. I've been to the Jacksonville location where everything went smoothly even with large parties. This was my first time here, great overall experience even if your not a golfer. Arrived at 4 pm on a Saturday the parking seem to be full, we were making our way to the complimentary valet parking and ended up finding a parking spot right up front. The golfing is fun even if you can't hit the ball very far. The technology and a games make it a great experience for group golfing with golfers at all different experience levels. Each bay has a server who can bring you food and drinks. I ordered a club sandwich which was just ok. My husband who has to eat gluten free was limited on choices. Not too much on the menu for people with food allergies. ( gluten and dairy). The staff was very accommodating and helpful with finding him something to eat. I was there on a Friday at noon and it wasn't crowded..My only complaint is right after you pay the manager basically kicks you out of the golf bay if your not longer playing game.
