All pipe seal were updated and all broken tiles were replaced plus 5 years licensed contractor repair warranty. Carlos team also unfold edges of the valley flashing board to create a hem for rain water side flow protection. A representative named Tyler came out to inspect the roof, and at first, we were hopeful. He seemed knowledgeable and said they'd follow up with an estimate and next steps. That was the last meaningful contact we had. Despite following up multiple times--not once, not twice, but more than three times--we never received a single call back. No updates, no explanations, nothing. It's incredibly frustrating to be left hanging, especially when you're dealing with water damage and need timely repairs. We ended up having to find another company who actually communicated with us and followed up with timelines. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Laroque Roofing if you're looking for reliability or responsiveness. They wasted our time when we needed help the most. Often times you get the loud workers with music (which is not a bad thing) and banter etc. again which is not bad but for a business. For rental repairs. For the people that work from home. The quiet type of work goes a long way. Hector is beyond professional and courteous and addresses your concerns. Often times you receive push back from workers based on any of your concerns. Not with Hector. He hears you out and works to find a common ground. You won't go with them. So far, no complaints. The quality appears solid. I'm sure if there are any issues Hector would address because he very approachable and easy to talk to. We will definitely be using this company again in the future.
