I contacted John on Monday of this week July 14th inwhich he stated to me that he had told me he was behind on jobs and was backed up. I told him he actually did not mentioned that fact to me until a few days after having my car towed to his shop. John then stated to me I could take my vehicle somewhere else. But he would call .e ba k in a few minutes. He never did. So today Tuesday on July 15th I had a tow truck driver go to pick up my van. Amberger gave the tow truck driver a hard time and stated I owed money. Which was a blatant lie! I called to see why he was stating I owed him money and he had done absolutely nothing to the vehicle. He attempted to fraudulently get $125 to release my van. I tried to speak with him but he was not making any sense, became insulting and started talking about my soul and such.
