A simple change triggered the need for full building plans for a triplex from the early 1960s, engineering for wind and load calculations and the dreaded California coastal commission review as we are changing a design element. TY came on the next day to walk the project and and the following day, one of the engineers came out to climb the scaffolding, take photos and measurements.
