It was beautifully prepared, fresh and full of flavor. The BBQ Rib Eye Pork Chop was incredible--so tender it practically melted in your mouth. It was pan-roasted with sage and a homemade BBQ glaze, accompanied by summer corn, pepper drops, caramelized onion and an apple chutney. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was fantastic. We also tried the corn chowder, which featured late-season corn, bacon and micro cilantro. It was a delicious way to start the meal, and the cocktails were definitely worth mentioning. The Mountain Spring cocktail was refreshing and perfectly suited to the beautiful mountain setting. The Sugar House Rum Prickly Pear cocktail was another favorite--such a fun, flavorful drink and a great complement to dinner.
