Told they cannot accept equipment because I was returning it for my girl friend. Each time I had an appointment. Each time I was forced to wait over 15 minutes. This firm is just no no no no. There is no winning with this firm. NEVER do business with verizon!! They overcharge and will not let you out of their phone plans. Went to tracfone and changed over, no problem. Purchased the byop card and 30 day plan for walmart (cost $20 for both). Got the phone switched over the same day. Good riddence to the $175/mo plan What a rip off!!

I am a new Verizon customer…read more It has not been 2 months and unfortunately I wish I never went to this location. The promotion that was offered to me by sales associate Ryan had expired at the time my accounts/family plan was set up. I did not know this until I got my first bill. Now the Verizon team is not honoring their mistake, they are not honoring their signed contract and expects us to pay more a month or return our phones. So rather than honor their contract, they are offering a $600 giftcard which makes absolutely no sense. This promotion involved trade in's so even if we did return our phones....we could not get our old phones back. This situation has not been resolved yet but I felt it is important to let people know that you cannot trust the knowledge or service at this location. Why am I being offered poor options that results in paying more money a month due to their mistake and terrible customer service? As a customer, they would never allow me to ignore a signed contract or agreement but because they made a mistake....they can? I signed the same documentation as sales associate Ryan did and that is not valid? Was I taken advantage of because i was a new customer?

Everything we had to do was outside the norm. Ricky worked patiently and efficiently to ensure everything we were looking to have done was done correctly and at a minimum cost. It took some time, but he stuck with it and explained everything along the way. Throwing another shout out to Ovi who was managing the store during our visit. He was friendly, made helpful suggestions and was supportive to Ricky (and our situation) while making sure the rest of his staff also had his support. A true leader. Because of our complicated set up, I've never gone into a cell phone store without it turning into a nightmare. Today I left extremely impressed. Thank you, Ricky and Ovi!

We went back hoping for a better experience and we were disappointed again. The same employee who treated us poorly was there on the floor and didn't try to fix what happened previously that day. He just said to his coworker, "there's those people who were here earlier, I bet they got their phones online, followed by some other mumbled things" as he ignored us and another helpful employee greeted us from the back of the store. She treated us with respect and addressed our questions. We left feeling good about our interaction with her, but disappointed again by the employee on the floor.
