    Pad See You with Shrimp
    Robert C.

This place has real good Thai food. I think the presentation of the food is excellent. I had a Thai iced tea which wasn't bad but they put in a ball of compressed round ice that really reduced the volume of liquid. However, they did give me another free glass as they duplicated my order and error. The garlic wings and vegetable crispy rolls were delicious. I would suggest though that they give you more lettuce to wrap the crispy rolls. They were really sparse about that. For my main entrée I had the Pad See You with shrimp. The protein cost me an extra eight dollars for a total of $30 for the dish. A bit pricey in my opinion, although it was quite tasty. The fried banana and ice cream was good however I wish there had been more of it. The service was really good too. It's has a nice interior also. This establishment is worth patronizing. It's not cheap, but the quality is there.

8 days of us just had the most fantastic meal here! We ordered family style and so we all got to try everything. The fresh rolls came out looking beautiful and they were so delicious! The peanut sauce that goes with them is so yummy! We all loved the potstickers that came with a tangy sauce. Look at those huge prawns that were on the Pad Thai. The yellow chicken curry is loaded with white meat chicken. Portions are generous and food is so fresh. Wait staff is excellent. Really nice happy hour menu also.

This place was really cute. I wanted to love it but the service fell short. I made reservations for 3 at 5p and I was seated at that time. The restaurant was fairly empty, maybe at most, 3 other parties. One of my girls showed up shortly after I was seated, we both were able to order drinks--then our last guest showed up maybe 10mins past. No one ever came back to us until about 5:30ish and after we had to flag someone down and ask if we could order more. The food was decent, nothing spectacular. It was cute though. One of the servers made strange jokes/comments I ordered Garlic wings - delicious Lychee martini- also yummy but the garnish was comical (one measly flower petal) Crab fried rice - it was ok, a lot of crab, kinda wet Braised ribs- they were tender but not super flavorful and according to the server "smells like hot Cheetos". I didn't notice the scent

Torsap Thai absolutely nailed it. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was everything, trendy and upscale, but still somehow super welcoming and relaxed. It didn't feel stuffy at all, just effortlessly cool. The food? Incredible. The pumpkin curry was hands down a standout! So rich, flavorful, and comforting without being too heavy. I'm still thinking about it. The drinks were also a highlight beautifully crafted and presented, almost too pretty to drink (but definitely worth it). We came with a party of 12, which can be tricky, but they handled it seamlessly. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and made sure everyone felt taken care of. We even had vegans in our group, and they were just as thoughtful and flexible with those options. Overall, such a great experience! perfect for a group night out or even a date night if you want something a little elevated but still chill. Will absolutely be back.

The food was excellent. I love Thai food and I've been to quite a few (Toomies, Chai Thai, farmhouse) which all have quality dishes. The service here is better and the water is better, even if it's tap, this tap is better than the other Thai places I've been to. The entrees I ordered tonight were really tasty. Got the duck with curry sauce 10/10 duck was well seasoned and not over, sauce was spectacular. Pumpkin curry 10/10 very good. Drunken noodles 10/10 probably one of the best drunken noodles I've had.

This place is awesome. It was our first time and we had called for reservations. We ended up arriving early but they still seated us right away. The service was very friendly and attentive. The decor is modern and halfway through our dinner the music turned up and it had more of a club vibe with flashing lights etc. While it doesn't seem geared towards kids necessarily, our waitress was very fun and nice with my daughter so the can do it all. There was eventually a server in shorts and sunglasses (at night) who kneels at the tables to present your drinks to you. It was very entertaining. The food was awesome. My mother-in-law says it's the best Tuna Tower she's ever had. The crispy rice salad was fantastic and my Khao Soi was incredible. My father in law asked for his curry extra spicy and they did exactly that, so make sure you can hang if you ask for it. We will definitely be back. One of our new favorites in the area and nice to be right downtown.

Ka Prow Kai from the prix fixe lunch menu ($24) served along with a tofu spring roll and macaron.

Excellent Thai food in downtown Walnut Creek - stopped by for lunch today with my better half. We sat at a window table as it was bright, and ordered Thai iced coffee and tea. I ordered a Ka Prow Kai from the prix fixe lunch menu along with a tofu spring roll, she ordered a Tom Kha Soup with Chicken Pad See You, and we decided to share dessert, which was Mango Sticky Rice, of course! My favorite was the fresh tofu spring roll, especially when dipped in the creamy peanut sauce it was served with. I also enjoyed the macaron they served with my dish. My wife loved her tom kha soup and pad see you, and we both enjoyed the mango sticky rice. Nice décor, good service, and convenient street parking across the street ($2 per hour) completed the lovely TTK experience. Happy to return.

Lychee martini and watermelon margarita mocktail
    Adrien H.

I've only been able to come during their happy hours during the day, but everything is so delicious! Don't get carried away like we did and order too many apps... I would not recommend the tuna bites, but I would definitely get the garlic wings, pesto fries, and chicken gyoza again. Wings were super crispy, and chicken gyoza is super juicy and slightly sweet. Pad thai was good too, and appreciated that they were able to put the peanuts on the side. Lychee martini is STRONG and delicious. Can't wait to come back, maybe at night for a different vibe!

Torsap Thai is dog friendly (outside patio seating) and ADA friendly, with $24 lunch specials (includes starter, entree and dessert macaron). It's pretty authentic Thai flavors for how upscale the ambiance is. They manly offer chicken, veggie and tofu options. Cute for a business lunch or catch up with friends. I did not get to try their alcoholic beverages, but their hot water ($2) was a cerulean blue color which is something I had never seen before. Street parking is available up front or the nearby parking garage.

Garlic Wings & Cajun Crispy Calamari

If you can find parking on the street nearby, grab it! The parking garage is outlandish and has an inaccurate count. When I stepped inside the building, the hostess wasn't rude, but she wasn't very welcoming either. It wasn't until I met the one-woman show. She was the bartender, waitress, and I believe manager/owner. She was such a joy to be around-some of the best customer service I had received in a long time. She served me a watermelon margarita mocktail. It was a nice rephrasing drink! The calamari was way too thick for my liking. You had to put each piece of calamari in your mouth to avoid taking a bite and making a mess. It was nicely breaded, just not my style. The garlic wings were piping hot when took a bite. Be careful! And l am a all flats type of girlie! I know if I had ranch, it would be on and poppin! Finally, the Crab Fried Rice. If you are a crab lover, get this! You will not be disappointed! It is loaded with crab and flavor. I will definitely be eating this again! I will be back to try different plates! I suggest going in as a group and ordering different dishes to sample!

A very cool drink prepared by the bartender. I love how the container is made of native and organic materials.

I was looking for a Thai place while I was in Walnut Creek, and this resto was recommended by an Asian friend. I went here for a an early dinner. If you like the bar scene and a modern trendy place to go to, then this place just might be to your liking. The place was packed, and I gladly sat at the bar which I enjoyed since I like to watch bartenders mix various drinks. Service is friendly. The vibe is lively. Food was just okay despite being on the pricey side.

My friends got married and did a celebration dinner! They booked a private party and the restaurant had a private room in the back. There was at least 20+ people and we were able to fit comfortably. The ambiance was very warm and romantic with the lighting and decor. They also had a separate table for guests to put gifts or their bags at. The food were all on one side of the room and they were delicious! I didn't take note of every single food but it was good! The food is self serve. The only thing is that, they didn't give us bowls for the curry, but I guess you can pour the curry over rice haha. They also had servers that came around and took our drink orders and also refilled our water. The Thai tea was delicious and sweet. There was a dessert menu and we ordered the big platter to share with multiple people and it was yummy! They also gave us ToGo boxes cause there was a lot of food leftover! That was nice! There are 4 restrooms (unisex) and street parking or parking garages. I would come back here and eat normally (without booking a private party) but also recommend that you can book a private party because it was very nice to be with everyone separately from other customers. Food and service was good too!

Came in on an early Saturday night and were seated right away, which was a great start. Our server was quick to get us settled with water, and the service throughout the night was amazing--very attentive and kept checking in to make sure we were doing great. The food came out quickly and overall tasted really good. The sample platter was flavorful, though a couple items like the calamari and pork belly were a bit over-fried for my liking. That said, the sauces were amazing--each item came with its own dipping sauce, and they really elevated the dish. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. Around 5pm they dimmed the lights, which gave the space a nice evening feel, and the decor fit the vibe perfectly. Great service, good food, and a solid spot for dinner.

Can they make their dishes vegan (no fish sauce, no meat, no fish, no oyster sauce, nothing from animals)?

    Yes
