We were looking for a new place to try Friday night and came to ToScany's. It's been in business at this Gilbert and Chandler Heights NW corner for about 10 years so we were hoping it was a pretty good spot. There were not a lot of people in the main dining area for what would typically be a busy time day/time. At least we got a nice large booth where we didn't have to fight for elbow room Our server took our drinks and we asked about the popular appetizers and food here and he didn't seem to know much. We decided to try the garlic rotolis despite the $12 for bread. They were quite bland and a little too dried out. Disappointing. We then ordered an 18" pizza with two different toppings as our family can rarely decide on the same toppings. We got 1/2 pepperoni/mushroom/ricotta and 1/2 pepperoni/sausage. The ricotta was nice and creamy and I liked the blend with the mushroom and pepperoni. The pizza could have benefitted from another minute or two in the oven as the crust couldn't hold up. Overall the pizza was average or maybe slightly above average, but for a fancier coal oven pizza place I expected more. We read the specials before we left and it looks like there's some pretty good deals on Tuesdays (1/2 price pizza), Wednesday (Women 1/2 price) and Saturday (1/2 price pizza with beverage order). A few other days have specials as well...so you may want to plan ahead which day to dine here.

Stopped in for lunch and was surprised at how good it was. Our server was great and so helpful. Ambience was like sports bar but make it Italian. The cheesy garlic bread was extra cheesy and delicious and the baked ziti was quite good. A great lunch option with lots of weekly specials.

We have always seen this place when we shop at bashas and wanted to try this place. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and chicken wings. The pizza was delicious, oven baked and loved the toppings too. I wish they mentioned it has thin crust, the large size can be easily eaten by 2 people with a good appetite. The wings wasn't that great, it's not the typical wings you eat, it's more like baked. Overall a nice pizza place, would love to try some more from the menu in the future.

Buffalo Bills backer bar/pub. Tons of people here for the game. Good food (specialize in buffalo food - wings, sahlens hots, beef on weck). Big Buffalo feel. Felt like home!

We have been meaning to try this place out so many times, but they close pretty early. We came on. Friday night at around 630lm, and we were seated as soon as we arrived. The host and server were nice. We ordered drinks, and then ordered our food when our drinks arrived. Our meals came out in a strange order. Salad, then entrees. And our appetizer came out last, and it wasn't what we ordered. We ordered cheesy garlic bread, but got over cooked pepperoni rolls. The server made it right and didn't charge us for the appetizer. The spaghetti and lasagna were just okay. I can't speak to my husband's pizza, he had a Buffalo pizza. I really enjoyed my pizza, Bianco with sausage added. We were hoping that it would be a place we could come to regularly since it is nearby, but overall Jess just okay. I would order and have that Bianco pizza again though!!

    The specials are awesome!!!

I have lived in the area for a few months and have always passed this up. I shouldn't have. The pizza. Served thin crust is delish. That's the way they make it. Ambiance is cute. Good bar with a big selection. The servers have been awesome. Came in for lunch 1/2 off pizzas!!!!! All day. Done in or carry out. They have daily special which I think are very nice. Ordered the Greek pizza. YUMMMMMM!!! I'm back here for dinner so let's see how the wings and salad are...

Usually you take a table number after you order and sit down but since it was so busy, they made sure there was seating available before ordering since the food comes out so quickly. Food was good, although it seemed like they gave me the smallest piece and the only reason I didn't take a picture was because they gave a decent amount of mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese, and it was cooked medium like I asked. I went to dessert - ate a bite and thought the muffin was tasty so took another bite and felt a crunch and pulled out a small piece of stringy plastic. I looked at the muffin and there was a piece sticking out so I pulled it out and was deterred in eating the muffin. Today is my birthday so it's obnoxious I wasted it here. I noticed the price on the entree meal went up from like 15 to 18, so that's dumb too - not worth it. Why do I come back? Because by now I'd hope y'all would get your shit together but y'all consistently mess up.

Javi guided us toward the Wednesday offering of their Parlay Chardonnay with bruschetta, and that pairing alone shifted the entire evening. We had only planned for a simple glass of wine, but his recommendation introduced us to something far more thoughtful. The bruschetta was bright and well composed, layered with fresh flavors that complemented the wine beautifully. I was genuinely surprised to learn Parlay has its own label. The Chardonnay was clean, refreshing, and balanced with the kind of crisp structure and subtle fruit notes you expect from a well executed glass. It felt intentional, not just another house option. We added wings, which were well prepared, and my husband ordered the beer cheese chicken Philly. I tried it and the sauce stood out immediately, rich without being heavy and full of flavor. What truly elevated the experience was the service, and Deedee set the tone. Her presence carries a level of professionalism that is rare, but it is her warmth and attentiveness that make her exceptional. She leads with confidence, reads the room effortlessly, and creates an environment where guests feel genuinely cared for without it ever feeling forced. There is a natural ease to how she manages both her team and the floor, and it shows in every detail of the experience. She is not just managing, she is elevating the entire operation. Javi complemented that perfectly with thoughtful recommendations and a genuine approach that made the evening feel curated rather than transactional. Our first visit left us underwhelmed.
