First time here and the smoothie section was calling my name the minute I saw mango pineapple blast. What sealed the deal for me was dairy free and no added sweaters. The kick is they add dates to naturally sweeten the smoothie. For what this place is, it's good! It's a healthy quick bite spot in the Galleria mall. Fast service and wide variety menu items. There are salads, sandwiches, smoothies. Your typical healthy food options. I got the tuna salad sandwich on multi grain bread and it's flavorful, toasted to perfection, and delicious. No complaints here! I learned two things from this visit: 1. Be patient 2. Get your food to go. Tossed, in my opinion, is a great addition to the lacking food court at the Galleria. It's definitely the healthiest option in the area so I was surprised that it wasn't busier, but then again, I'm surprised anyone eats at this pitiful food court. The concept is simple: it's got wraps, salads, soups and not much else. You can create your own salad, which is what I did. You get 5 items. Additional items will run you more and they have speciality items which cost you about $1-$1.50. A salad costs almost $7.00 and is a decently sized salad. I tried a cup of their tortilla soup too which was a nice and spicy. The downside of this place is that it's really slow. It seems like the kids here are working, but I don't know why it takes so long for you to get your order, but it definitely does. Another bad thing is it's kind of impossible to get a drink refill here. You have to have one of them get it to you but they don't really acknowledge you for whatever reason. I stood there for a few minutes trying to get a refill and after awhile I just gave up. The salad was good. The vegetables were fresh. The salad was filling but I noticed they were VERY portion cautious. Everything was the exact scoop, nothing more, nothing less. If I worked in the area, I would get one to go definitely. I would also research placing an order before you get so you're not spending a bulk of your lunch hour waiting for your salad to be made. If you're going to eat here, definitely figure out a way to either order online or call ahead. read more

This is a salad place in the mall. I personally love it. They make a great salad and its fresh. YUM. They have an abundance of ingredients to place in your salad. Pricing is reasonable. Worst experience and rude staff. I get it's "fast food" and understand you're not going to be blown away but their service and food all around is just bad. The cashier was leaning on something and could hardly reach to give me my card & receipt so I leaned over to get it, then she wouldn't stop leaving to give another customer her water so I reached over and handed it to her. Next the guy making my "warm" rice bowl was talking under his breath saying how something was stupid. I could tell the rice and chicken were sitting out all day so I asked if they could warm it up some more and everyone looked at me like I had 10 heads. I was told that it was already warm which as you would guess it wasn't. Not to mention they forgot my salad dressing when I asked for it the guy said he gave it to me. I showed them my tray and said I didn't have, he insisted I took it yet they found it under a pile of receipts. Lastly the smoothies are HORRIBLE. I'll give them for kudos for using what seemed to be real fruit but they mix their smoothies with water. Ugh. First the service was ok. One of the guys did have a attitude. The salad was awful. How can you mess up a salad. The avocado for $1.50 extra was a bit brown. Then the salad tasted like water. Never, never, never again. Terrible service - slow and rude. Servers don't bother to tell you how to know when your order is ready. Many confused customers all trying to figure it out. When we arrived at 8:30, we noticed an employee covering all of their bins. We walked up and asked if they were still taking orders, and she just mumbled "no, we're closed." This place salads are just okay not worth the pricing. It took 1st least 20 minutes to get my salad because the young lady working the pick up window didn't know what salad was mine. Then I got a smoothie that was water they don't then attempt to put your fruit in their smoothie the fact that the natural sweetness couldn't come through.
