New coffee spot in the South Bay!! The area has been in need of a cafe like this for a long time. We ordered the Tot Cream latte, espresso cioccolato, matcha latte and kouign-amann. All of them were excellent, but my favorite was the tot cream latte. Not too sweet but still had a lot of flavor and definitely stood out/is more unique than the typical "cream top" lattes you see at every cafe now. I'd even venture to say that this is my new favorite drink at any coffee shop. Because everything was so good, I ordered the Feels Like Home to take on the road. The owner is very personable, knowledgable and nice! She knows her stuff and it really shows in each drink on the menu. Plenty of FREE parking both in a lot and underground. One of the best coffee shops I've been to in the area! I can't believe it was not too busy on a Saturday morning. The espresso tonic is very good. The coffee and tonic water are balanced well so you can still taste both. There is a bit of yuzu syrup but it is very faint and not overpowering. Overall the drink was very good, tasted like coffee, and was not overly sweet. The pastries were also pretty good, especially when heated. Interior is relatively plain, modern, and minimal. They have a bunch of mismatched chairs which are comfortable enough but you won't want to stay there all day. I like that there are real plants. There is easy free parking in the small surface lot or underground. The prices were reasonable. The music was tasteful and at an appropriate volume. No power outlets, so it wouldn't be the best place for work or study, which is a major plus in my book. There are a few small tables inside, and a couple more outside on the patio. This is an ideal location for a casual chat or a coffee stop on your way to the beach. The service is prompt and friendly. The workers are friendly with other shopkeepers in the same plaza. Tot Coffee seems to get all the small details right, making for a great cafe experience that I would be happy to frequent. read more

Their Summer special Blueberry Matcha with Macadamia Milk is delicate and sweet, while the Apple Earl Grey Soda reminded me of my favorite Japanese gummies. The staff are so warm and friendly, and both the interior and exterior are perfect for a chill hang. Solid coffee and pastries, but compared to other incredible coffee I've had I know I won't go out of my way to stop by again. Going to try a new spot tomorrow. I had the mushroom pastry which was pretty good. You don't find this served often. Pastry was flaky and crisp and the savory mushroom and cheese was nice. It just felt a bit greasy which is understandable I suppose. I'm sure the spinach one is probably good too if you don't like mushrooms. Tot Cream Latte - Butterscotch caramel cream, milk, espresso. Gave this place a try after my workout & was very pleased w/ the blues clues drink. It was so good. TOT Coffee is one of those rare gem cafés that makes you excited to try the entire menu. Their drinks are consistently excellent, which is impressive because most cafés vary depending on who makes them, but not here. TOT Coffee is one of my favorites! The coffee is perfectly balanced with just the right mix of sweetness and strength. My only complaint? One cup is never enough! I usually take forever to finish my coffee, but with TOT, it's gone before I even get to my car. This is a cute minimal coffee shop with seating, a parking lot, & a bathroom. I came here to do work and was not disappointed. I ordered a chai and it was nice and warm and cozy. I could have done with a bit more spice but that's just my personal preference. I did also order a matcha and that was yummy and I could tell the matcha is high-quality. This place is right next to to that pizza place. So u can't miss it. First time coming and got the tot cream latte. I have been having a thing for foamy and creamy tops on my coffee so I was happy they had it in the drink. Like how it says in the description, it tastes like butterscotch and I got it iced too. It was such a treat visiting this coffee spot & trying their blues clues coffee! It was so delicious- creamy and roasty coffee with tart n sweet blueberry. I'm a huge fan and can't wait to come back. Seating available indoors and outdoors making it the perfect spot to enjoy our SoCal weather and a nice beverage. When I came there was a line however, I did not wait long at all. Parking is plenty from the parking lot to metered parking on the street. Excellent and friendly service. Will definitely be back! the matcha quality here is really great compared to many places. the blueberry cream matcha (seasonal) has a nice blueberry cream that doesn't overpower the matcha taste. the matcha itself comes out strong which is perfect for a regular matcha drinker. the tot cream latte is good but i personally prefer a less acidic-tasting espresso in my lattes. the consistency is also less creamy compared to most lattes i have had previously. the caramel buttercream on top is delicious though. this overall is not an option that i absolutely loved but definitely would satisfy others' tastes and is worth a try. ceremonial matcha sweetened with agave was perfect balance of flavors. would return for matcha for sure cranberry cheese danish was quite nice. came out warm and toasted, soft but flaky. good! i got the whole baguette toasted and cut up. they were kind enough to also bag up one half of the baguette untoasted at my request because i didn't plan on finishing the whole thing which was greatly appreciated. the baguette was nice and crunchy on the outside and had a soft and warm inside. the presentation of both drinks were very cute. both were ordered for here but only the latte came out in a reusable glass while the matcha came in a plastic cup (but i think it's standard for matchas to come in to-go cups at most other places regardless of sit-in or to-go) the inside is decorated super cute with a few different seating options. this is a decent spot to study but not the most comfortable. there are a few outlets on the walls (not at every table). the tables are not stable so they rock back and forth very noticeably as you move which can be annoying to some. otherwise, they do have free wifi and the benches/seats are comfortable enough to sit in for a long period of time. this spot is pretty busy with people coming and going but the tables didn't fill up until about 10:30a (we came around 9:00a friday and all seating was open) service was great for us - we didn't interact too much besides ordering and picking up our drinks but noticed that they connect well with regulars which is always ideal to see. parking is pretty easy, both in the outdoor plaza parking and the free underground parking. read more

10 months later and this is now my go to coffee shop! The staff is incredibly friendly and the owner Esther is so sweet. The feels like home latte with their house made milk is my usual order. Perfectly sweet and creamy! I love coming to study with friends since there are a good amount of tables and plenty of outlets to charge my laptop. Great ambiance, not too loud so you can focus on work, but also a good place to catch up with a friend. Tot Coffee is not ready for the demands of the South Bay. This was my first visit, and I've lived in the area for about 10 years now so I wanted to try a new coffee shop. I'll start with the good: their signature latte, with a butterscotch and caramel cold foam was delicious! Unfortunately, they only offer this in a 12oz size. My husband got an iced black americano and said it was just ok. Their location is also nice with plenty of parking, although the interior of the shop is a little sterile and loud - so not a great place to hang out for long or work. The bad: where to begin? First impression at the counter was not great, with their posted sign about increased pricing as of July 1, 2025. This was a vague announcement that "certain items" would see an increase in pricing, as well as notifying customers that a free beverage would no longer be provided with the purchase of a bag of coffee beans. This really left a bad taste in my mouth, after I saw their beans range from $22-32. You REALLY can't provide a small coffee for customers who support your business in this way? It came off really cheap. And that was BEFORE the last note of their sign - that they have a "loyalty" program that rewards you with a free beverage after the purchase of 15 DRINKS. It's laughable to frame this as being a bonus if 15 purchases are required beforehand. Now, circling back to what I mentioned about Tot not being ready for the South Bay - not only because they don't seem to be able to keep up with the financial aspect of running a business here, but simply not being able to handle being busy. My latte (again, their signature) and my husband's plain black americano took a full 15 minutes to come out from the time we ordered. This was 11:45am on a Saturday, and not too busy - 1 table open inside, 2 parties in line in front of us, and one behind. And when the drinks came out, my 12oz Tot signature latte was in a 16oz cup to accomodate the extra ice I had ordered - not filled to the top of course - but it did make me wonder, if they have 16oz cups, why not offer one of your best sellers in a more desirable size? I assume it's just another way they cut costs. So I would not recommend Tot Coffee. Not because of the wait times, less than ideal atmosphere, or overpriced items - but because the owners are clearly pinching pennies. read more

Checked out the new specialty coffee shop in the area on a Saturday right before noon, and the place was busy! Ordered my standard iced latte and the Tot Cream Latte. For the iced latte, it was a bit of a let down to be honest - they are currently using Heart Roasters beans and... I'm just not a fan of Heart Roasters, but I know others love it. Also wish the milk they use is one that has a stronger milk taste to it or at least organic like many specialty shops are using (that day they were using Alta Dena whole milk). It made for a very flat tasting latte unfortunately. I will say though, the butterscotch caramel cream is very good on the Cream Latte and it's one I'd get again! Not too overly sweet which was perfect for us. A lot of the pastries were gone as well so we ended up getting the Cranberry Danish, warmed, and that was a nice little treat to go with our drinks. Someone before us got the Ham & Cheese so that's the goal for next time. Still a lot more things on the menu we want to try actually like the yuzu espresso tonic, which they were sold out for the day. What I really appreciated was the reasonable pricing--unlike other cafes that tend to overcharge, Tot Coffee keeps it affordable without sacrificing quality. The ambiance is really nice, with a simple, minimalistic decor that makes it feel clean and inviting. Since this location just opened up three or four months ago, it wasn't too crowded yet, but I can definitely see this place getting more popular soon. Get your coffee while the line is still short! Great new coffee shop in redondo beach! Nice little plaza with plenty of parking. There's an underground parking lot as well as plaza parking. Clean interior with a decent amount of seating as well. The staff are super friendly and attentive. They even had some milk bones for larger and small dogs so it's dog friendly! The menu is simple and prices are really fair. Tried the Blues Clues iced latte which has house made blueberry purée and peppermint. It sounds like an odd combo but I love unique flavors. This really worked better than I expected. The blueberry puree isn't too sweet and the minty aftertaste made this so refreshing. Also tried the TOT cream latte hot. It uses a butterscotch cream which I've never seen anywhere else. It is so addicting I could just spoon eat that. The espresso flavor really shines through despite the other flavoring which is the most important thing.
