So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. I originally didn't plan on changing the diff fluid, but Rei recommended doing it while the car was already there and explained why it was a good idea. I'm glad I went ahead with it. They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. The whole process was smooth and the car honestly feels better driving now. Definitely a shop I'd come back to and would recommend if you need work done on your car.

I was…read moreon the tollway, going with the flow of traffic at about 70mph, when I suddenly heard an awful, terrifying, loud metal screeching sound coming from my car. When I was able to exit the tollway & pull over to a safe side street, I looked at the under carriage & found that the metal skid plate that covers & protects the underside of the engine, had come loose & was dragging & scraping the pavement. Knowing that issue creates dangerous sparks & other problems I decided to call AAA. Lucky for me, the tow truck driver suggested Charlie Car Care, and took me & my SUV there. The staff took my car immediately, reattached the skid plate with new bolts, and had me out of there in under an hour! Their price was very reasonable! I expected to pay 3-4x more, so was super pleased when they told me the price. The waiting area is nice & comfortable too. In addition to all that, the staff is super friendly. Madeline and Moises are excellent at customer service. Just like the other reviewers say...they are really professional & very friendly. All the staff members deserve 5 stars! If I lived 40 miles closer, I would definitely go back again. I HIGHLY recommend this business anyone that needs help with their vehicles.
