I had a busted toe, my insurance told me to come here and get it checked out. The lobby was clean & relatively empty. The receptionist was very kind. It was actually a rather pleasant experience for an urgent care. I was surprised. The only thing I didn't like was that I required an x-ray & they don't have x-ray machines on site, so I had to get referred elsewhere. I wish I would have known that information from the start because it would have saved me an hour or so. read more

My husband came here a few months ago and had a great experience. I took my 3 year old son here this morning (Sunday) because they are one of the few urgent cares open on a Sunday, let alone the only one that also has great yelp reviews. We arrived right before 9am when they opened. There was one person waiting ahead of us so we were 2nd in line this morning. We were taken back within about 20 minutes of walking in the doors. The 2 people working at the front desk were both very kind. We saw Nurse Practitioner, Paul today and he was really wonderful with my slightly reserved toddler. He was very kind, knowledgeable and has great bed-side manner. Got down to the issue quickly. We were in and out in 40 minutes because we got there right before they opened and they didn't dilly dally at all. Thank you very much Total Care Corona and NP Paul!! I went to the doctor after 6 days of feeling lousy. I hoped it would just go away. I felt lousy was weak had brain fog and was not sure where to go. We saw high reviews for TotalCare so went there. We were pleasantly surprised. Sign in was easy and fast, my wait was short. When I got in to see the PA, I was so pleased. I felt listened to, he taught me a lot about what I needed to do and about my situation. He was very knowledgeable. By the time I left I felt like I knew what to do, and he understood my problem. Two days later the office called to check up on me. I went feeling I did not know where to go and alone and left knowing I'd found my place to go. read more

So I decided to go to urgent care to see if I could get some quick meds to help me out. Found this place on yelp and I was in and out in less than half an hour as a walk-in. Dr. Paul seemed like he was pretty well-versed in what was going on with me and prescribe some medication right away eight hours later I'm feeling better. My whole family (adults, kids and infant) received care here during last year's cold season. The office is very clean and organized. The clinic staff and physicians we've interacted with were very friendly and caring. They did their best to make my son feel safe and not scared. I don't like leaving one star reviews but after the nightmare billing experience I've had (and still enduring), how can I not? In July 2025, I stopped in to be seen and was informed I had a balance due from previous services. Confused I owed such a large sum, I paid it since I wouldn't be seen if otherwise. They assured me I can dispute it if I found records that I previously paid my bill. Fast forwarding to present day, I found records that I indeed paid what I owed them which included services for myself and my son. I showed them evidence of the online bill I paid from Oct 2024 and a picture of the July 2025 receipt that showed them deducting $308 from my card! I went through several phone calls of them questioning their inability to get their billing services right and TO THIS DAY still DO NOT have the money back in my account. Once they received my evidence and confirmed I needed to be refunded for what they double charged me, they agreed to process the refund when I spoke to a girl at the Corona clinic on Sept 25th. She seemed as though she lacked confidence and asked for my credit card information twice. To this day, my card was not refunded and now have to handle this dispute between their billing person and my bank. I now know that the refund was not processed correctly. Instead I was told when I arrived in person to handle this on October 6th "I'm sorry, but the receipt is our evidence a refund was processed". DO NOT come here if you want to risk having a billing issue. If you do, save everything from them. I will not return here again, they have lost my trust. It's a shame because I liked their care / doctors but the hassle I have recently faced is just not worth it! read more

We were the only ones in the office right around 9:30 AM. There was no one to greet us, but there was a sign saying he was with another patient and would be back shortly. It did seem like it took a while before he returned to his desk and by that time there were two other ladies waiting to see the doctor. Once we were in though everything went very smoothly. My vitals were taken, and I was seated in a private room to wait for the physicians assistant. She was very polite, listened intently, reiterated what she understood, and made her plan of care and asked if we had any questions.. I went based on Yelp reviews. Their website said there was a 20 minute wait. When I got there they told me there were three patients ahead of me so the wait would be longer, which was fine. I was surprised to see staff in street clothes and the receptionist having lunch out in the open, but OK. After I waited for an hour they told me that their "practitioner" was doing a procedure and that the would be longer but that they could see me over the phone. They said someone would call within 20 minutes. After 3 hours no one had called so I called them. Eventually I got someone on the line. It was a nurse practitioner, which is fine with me but I think people might want to know that there may not be a doctor at this clinic. They did call in my prescription and it worked out, but in my experience they don't deserve high reviews from lack of professionalism. They were nice, though read more

In and out very timely. From start to finish, this was Class A service. it was my first time here. Checking in was a breeze with a single form that asked for only the very basics. None of that nonsense I get at other doctors' offices, like interrogation about irrelevant medical history from twenty years ago. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. While working expeditiously, they still took the time to listen and care. My wife and daughter have come here previously; and they recommended I come in here for my infection. My experience at TotalCare in Corona was amazing! I was worried about my daughter because she was complaining of ear pain. I called ahead of time to check if they take walk ins and to get the cash price the receptionist was very helpful and answered all my questions. When we got there the staff was so friendly and caring and our visit was quick. I wish this post was a joke. But it's not. I went in with chest pains and shortness of breath. I shared this with the receptionist at the front and her response is, "well... the doctor goes to lunch in 30 mins and then he has back to backs. I can recommend another urgent care for you." Do we not take these symptoms serious anymore?! I was shocked. Scheduled lunch was more of a priority than someone suffering from chest pains. I will never return. read more

Five stars for Dr Petersen - was very thorough and attentive. The staff is all great, except for the fact that the appointment was an hour and a half delayed from scheduled time. The doctor was apologetic and explained the issue and things happen, I suppose. Had he been rushed and cursory like many other doctors I've seen lately (at other places ), it would've been a different story. I don't understand how this place has 4 stars. My husband's experience was terrible and far from normal. He had a sore throat and mucus for a week. After a telemedicine call with a doctor, we were told to go to urgent care for a strep throat test. At TotalCare Corona, we were introduced to a doctor on an iPad. Despite another doctor recommending a strep test, this doctor dismissed it without examining my husband. He prescribed three medications to our pharmacy, but after 1-1/2 hours, the pharmacy didn't receive any. We called TotalCare, and they said they'd send a message to the doctor. After another 1-1/2 hours, we returned to the pharmacy, but only one prescription was received. Urgent care means urgent, right?! We called TotalCare again, and the pharmacist tried to talk to them directly. The pharmacist said the front desk's responses made no sense. We expressed our anger and disappointment to TotalCare, but at least we got one of the three prescriptions. We will never go to or recommend this urgent care again. Disappointing! read more

I am so sad to be writing this review because I really wanted to have a positive experience, but unfortunately that's just not what happened. For some background: I have a Nexplanon implant that needs to be removed. In March 2024 I called the TC Corona office number (listed on their website) to schedule an appointment, and it routed me to their Chino location (red flag #1). I spoke to a woman at the Chino front desk and told her what I needed to come in for, and she (very rudely) proceeded to schedule me for my implant removal in Corona on April 11. Ok, great. On April 11 I show up to the Corona location, check-in for my appointment, get taken to the back, and am told by the nurse that I cannot get my implant removed because I was scheduled for a physical instead. Huh???? How could they get that wrong???? Understanding that a mistake was made, the Corona front desk was kind enough to schedule an appointment for me in their Eastvale location just two weeks later. Now, I write this review as I am leaving the Eastvale location, because my implant cannot be removed here either. HUH????? While the front desk in Corona is extremely nice, they sent me to get my implant removed in Eastvale without verifying that it was covered under my insurance. Essentially, and over the course of almost three months, I've been bounced between locations with no guidance as to what I need to do or who I need to see to get my implant removed. As a result, Eastvale finally gave me a referral to see an OBGYN after being scheduled incorrectly twice and being told I can get a service rendered in another location without checking if it was legitimate. I'm not sure if a specific location is at fault for my experience or if it's just the business practices in general that need some major improvement, but I absolutely think these are areas that can benefit the entire organization if looked at and addressed more carefully. read more

Honestly, this has been the BEST walk in clinic I have been to. The front desk is beyond helpful and the physicians actually listen to my health concerns and do everything possible to help. I've been to this UC twice in the past month and I was impressed with the staff and the PA-Cs. Unlike other Urgent Cares I've gone to, the wait at this UC was under ten minutes!
