Food is very mediocre here. Bagels are cold, drenched in ketchup, and highly over seasoned. Service is what you would expect when ordering a bagel to go, but when I noticed the bagel was cold through the foil wrap, the lady at the counter gave me the nastiest stare. This place is just ok. But the real reason I'm writing this review is because I paid $10 for a breakfast sandwich.. that is insane. I ordered 2 scramble egg, pastrami and cheese on a everything bagel and the total was $20. I feel like the lady just made up the price because on the register they have label buttons and she manually put $20. SMH I will never go here again. So I'm new to town and I was reading reviews on the best local bagel shop. I came across this and the reviews were good so I tried it out. The place is clean, the parking is good and they have a good selection of drinks. They were so nice to me! I think they knew I was new to town, so they welcomed me. I ordered a taylor ham egg and cheese on a roll but asked for specific instructions due to an allergy and they cleaned everything for me! The sandwich was great, the bread was fresh and the eggs were so yummy. They also deliver which is great for those mornings you just don't want to get out of bed! This is my new go to spot. I've been here a few times so far, and every time I go, the staff here are so friendly. The place is clean and brightly lit. Lots of locals dining in and chatting over breakfast. The bagels here are really fresh and are one of the best I've had in a very long time! I don't know why those two women left one star reviews, but if you look closer it seems like it's something personal and nothing to do with the actual business and food quality, just a personal vendetta. But Rizz and his team has changed the way bagels are made around here. They are hands down the biggest plumpest bagels around! Went there for the first time the other day and will definitely be back again. This place is more than a bagel store. They also make out of this word panini sandwiches. The customer service you get here is really hard to find somewhere else. Quick service, very clean place, gloves worn at all times, great seating area,delicious food, and most importantly the friendliest staff. The food is amazing!
