The fiberglass top for my Thunderbird was damaged when a heavy object fell and chipped the paint and fiberglass. A friend suggested I contact TouchUpPro. During the assessment he actually suggested that I'd probably be better off going with a detailing company that offers interior services and exterior services to buff and polish (my main concerns were marring and buff swirls throughout the vehicle, and mentioned that the interior needed work). He informed me that it may be a better bang for my buck. I ended up taking his advice! Although I didn't receive the vehicle services I inquired about, I would still like to acknowledge the honesty and integrity of touch up pro! If you have a Tesla, DO NOT USE TOUCH UP PRO,! I have been through a nightmare! I could not get my car into a Tesla approved body shop as I was leaving town for 5 months, Chad the owner of Touch up pro said they had worked on Teslas and would not be a problem and he could save me some money! When they brought the front fender it was dented, the guy doing he work said they were usually worse than that. After he painted it and left I drove the car and the Full Self Driving did not work, the technician hadn't put the car back together correctly, took the car to tesla to have it diagnosed they plugged it back in correctly, but still had problems., then the fender cracked! The gaps are horrible.Touch up pro sent another technician out to fix the crack he was told not to blend it in, and Omar the technician said he would have to come back. of course no one has contacted me to make it right. if I could give a ZERO RATING I would. From the communication to the work done, Touch-Up Pro is top notch. When I first started looking for a company to fix some scratches on my car I reached out to a handful of companies. It's crazy to type this but only a few responded. You would think that companies would be jumping for leads. Shelby and Chad both responded to my inquiry and provided an estimate within 24-hours. All I had to do was take a couple pictures of the area needing paint, and provide the make/model of the vehicles. When it came to scheduling they were pretty busy and scheduled us out about 2 weeks, but with a cancellation we were about to get moved up which was great. The worker that arrived was Griffin and he was great. With this being a mobile service they have all the gear to make sure the mess is limited and they need little work from us. He said when he would be here and he showed up on time. The second time went as well as the first time. His technicians are courteous and answer any questions that you may have. They do a great job. I had a 18 inch long scratch from what appears to from a key. I tried to touch it up myself and sand it. Needless to say, it did not come out well, so I called Touch-Up Pro. Assuming the entire door would need to be re-painted, they provided me with a quote. When Griffin came out, he felt that he might be able to take a less aggressive and less costly approach. He was able to sand and buff out the area so that it looks like the entire door was repainted. He did an exceptional job, for only 25% of the original quoted amount. So not only did I get a fantastic repair job from them at a great price, they are wonderful to work with. Friendly, helpful and flexible. I first met him in a parking lot, his truck said he does minor repairs and paint. He looked at my damage, he gave me an estimate, I gave him my number, he called, we set up an appointment, he arrived on time at the end of our driveway, got his tools out and began working. I was really impressed at how efficient he was and that he had everything he needed to do the job in his beautiful truck. About an hour and a half later, my car was done!
