What a great café. I joined my sister in law here while we were both in the area for work. The selection of pastries was incredible, and the presentation making it extremely difficult to not grab one of everything. I ended up getting the mango croissant and WOW!! Just wow!! Service was great, and the dining area was clean and bright.
Nice smooth coffee and tasty pastries. Good interior for this location of tous les jours. Comfortable seating and a clean store. The lavender latte was excellent and delicious. Good flavor and strong coffee. The vanilla latte was also an equally good choice. Their coffee is pretty good imo. For pastries, the caramel apple pie was very nice and filling. Great apple mixture and flaky outer pastry. I'm also a fan of their spinach feta danish. It's always very tasty.
The matcha lavender honey drink is super good personally I'm not a fan of matcha since it can be a little strong or even lavender but this was super subtle and to describe it the best way possible it tasted like fruit loops milk! Don't ask me why it does but it does lol! The mango cloud cake in my opinion was a little dry but the mango is good. The chocolate cloud cake is perfect. The service is good and the interior is cute!
My dad is a newfound fan of Tous Les Jours and wanted to take my companion and me. After an eventful afternoon, we ended our day together grabbing pastries here. I found it to be decent in taste but not memorable. Tours Les Jours is a chain bakery serving French-Asian pastries. The cafe reminds me of other chain bakeries such as 85°, Paris Baguette, and Sheng Kee. This location is bright and clean. The items available vary as some were well stocked while others were not. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside there are several tables for pairs or small groups. We opted to sit outside since we had my puppy. I found the service to be a bit aloof. The worker helping me didn't quite register my order or know what to do. Another worker swooped efficiently and had my drink out in a pinch. Overall, ordering should be straightforward--pick your items then go to the register and pay. There are both pastry and drink options, as well as cakes. For my Dad, I got him a Garlic Sausage Block, Elotes Pastry, Almond Croissant, and Red Bean Donut. Companion got us a Croissant and Kimchi Croquette. We split those and I found the croissant to be buttery but not too flaky or fresh. Better than other chain places though. The kimchi croquette was spicy, and savory, and reminded us of a Chinese stir fry in a fried dough. I also got an Iced Ube Latte with Soy Milk to drink. This drink and others were listed under the tea section but there's no caffeine, which might be misleading to some. I could taste the ube and it was a good drink. I'm not sure if I'd order these items again, but glad we could try them! Craving a quick drinks or pastry? Tous Les Jours can satisfy that. Expect chain bakery quality and pricing, but with a fun variety. The bakery is easy to spot on the corner in Arroyo Park Shopping Center with lots of free parking.
Updated review: Tous Les Jours is still a great option for birthday cakes, savory and sweet pastries, and edible gifts. This is my go-to spot for milk bread when I'm making tamago sando and tea sandwiches. I also like getting their curry and kimchi croquettes. Note: They will stop using the Fivestars app for rewards in lieu of launching their own app at the end of February. Be sure to redeem any points before then.
I tried to find an email for the store so I could reach out privately, but unfortunately there is none. I was very disappointed with my recent purchase. I paid $42 (after tax) for a cheesecake, and when I cut into it, it completely crumbled apart. Instead of the smooth, creamy texture I expect from cheesecake, it was dry, cakey, and impossible to serve properly (see photos). When I picked up the cake, I asked the younger employee, "Was this your traditional cheesecake? Traditional cheesecakes usually don't have anything on top and come with a graham cracker crust." She replied that sometimes they add a glaze on top when cakes come out overcooked. That was concerning! Especially since I could clearly see other slices of cheesecakes in the display without glaze, which is what I thought I had ordered. I felt hesitant to leave with the cake, but with my husband's birthday being celebrated in just a few hours, I felt I had to. For $42, I expected a high-quality cheesecake. Instead, I got something dry, crumbly, and clearly not up to standard. I would love to try the place again because the ambiance was nice and the store is beautiful, but they really need to work on the quality with that price point. I would love for a manager to reach out so we can come to a resolution and possibly a retry! *I edited my review because I realized the typo! So I changed it from 52 to 42 with a picture of the receipt. The lack of accountability and saying I am trying to hurt your business is the reason why I won't be giving this place a second chance. Instead of taking accountability you're pointing a finger at me saying my information is incorrect and I am trying to hurt your business? Great customer service.
I was looking forward to coming here, but y'all, what is up w/the lack of customer service!!! We walked in and a gal was re-stocking the breads, literally right there when we walked in. She saw us but didn't even say hi, or welcome in, or can I help you, just nothing. It takes 2 seconds! She was around us for a while as we looked at the breads, just like omg...quite shocking to not even be acknowledged. She was dressed like a manager too...or maybe she wasn't the manager but she had brunette hair w/blonde highlights at the front. The breads all looked tasty and pretty. I was pleased to see they offered a variety of croissants. The almond croissant looked really good with all the shaved almond slices, but upon eating it, it was very dense, and a bit tough. not flakey or soft at all like you'd expect from a croissant. My lavender latte was a bit bitter, not sure what kind of lavender syrup they used. The feta & spinach thingy was tasty. the cheese garlic bread was also tasty. Their customer service really needs improvement here. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.
Ordered a strawberry mascapone tiramisu cake online. Drove over 30 min in traffic, only circle around the parking lot, ending up at SB. Called and finally found the bakery closer to Safeway. I waited a bit to pick up my cake, which was ready. The man gave me candles and plastic knife and I was on my way. I haven't purchased a cake at TLJ in YEARS, finding PB has been more convenient and closer to home. So, I gave this location a try, having never been. When it was time to cut the cake later that evening, I was excited to see what the cake looked like. Also, what made this a strawberry tiramisu cake, being an avid tiramisu connessouer. I was hoping it didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, it DID. At 1st glance I could tell this cake had WAAAAY too much whipped cream. I was at least hoping there would be enough mascapone flavor to make up for it. Again. It didn't There was barely enough strawberry cake and filling to balance out all the thick layer of whipped cream. I couldn't even taste the mascapone. Every bite was literally a mouth full of whipped cream, with maybe a few crumbs of strawberry cake. It would be classified more as a mousse but no strawberry flavor to even call it that either. The decoration was bad, just a few pieces of sliced strawberries, a Happy Birthday chocolate plaque, some berries. Why it was called a tiramisu when there was no espresso, no lady finger, hardly any mascopone cheese, or liquor at all. Really disappointed in the whipped cream cake that was close to $50. I expected more from TLJ, which seems to have franchised out since their Dublin location opened 8 years ago now. Not sure I'd go back to this location as it was quite a drive unless I am already in the area since their pastries looked good
Tous Les Jours, a bakery shop that has its origins in Korea and I believe franchised out. While I always do tend to favor local establishments, there is always something nice about having consistency and an expected standard, which is what Tous Les Jours offers. With locations in the South Bay (we visit the San Jose location often), East Bay, and I'm sure throughout the Bay, Tous Les Jours offers delicious baked breads and pastries that will satisfy you. A brightly lite bake shop located in a plaza, this location looks like any other modern bakery. As for services, I went a little late. But the workers were nice, helpful, and accommodating.

I loved this little French-Asian fusion style bakery. It reminds me of Paris Baguette or a Sheng Kee. It is similar to Sheng Kee or other Asians in the self-service aspect. You grab a tray and tongs and pick what you'd like yourself from the display cases. There are also cakes in the front. There are also pre packed rolls in a small refrigerated section. Very cute and clean decor. There is a lot of seating indoors and a restroom in the back right corner. What makes this place stand out is the drinks. They have an ube latte and a ube coconut drink. Those are made to order at the front. I liked the ube latter more than the ube coconut drink. The ube coconut drink was very coconut and didn't taste very ube although it had the vivid purple color. We got the strawberry and cream croissant, the French ham and cheese sandwich, a matcha roll, mango donuts, red bean pastry, and a couple more I forgot the name of. I'd say yes to the donuts and skip the croque monsieur. The boxed rolls should be consumed within 2 days of opening and need to stay refrigerated. I would love to come back and try more. read more

Very pleasant spot that gets solid four stars this time. Stopped by for quick grab and go lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the selection of fresh bakery as well as some sandwiches. Although some were already missing late through the day. Whatever they had turned out to be extremely delicious. One recommendation is to keep creamer fresh from the jar, not those never expiring ones. Very pleasant and welcoming service provided by the management of the company. Glad we had an opportunity to stop by and looking for our future baking discoveries! read more

When you walk in the place, it's really cute and bright, with pink and gray chairs. Everyone's friendly, and it's very very very busy. I ordered the mocha Christmas cake and the Rudolph chocolate cake . I ordered a nonfat green tea latte for the road. Kinda, too busy to be personable. Tous Les Jours recently opened near the shopping center, and it's such a lovely addition to the area. The interior is incredibly aesthetically pleasing, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. When I visited, it was clean and quiet, creating the perfect environment to focus or unwind. Their cakes are absolutely adorable and would be perfect for any special occasion--I'd definitely come back to pick one up. The tiramisu latte was my personal favorite, and their matcha is also really good. I've had a lot of matcha from different places nearby, and this one stands out as one of the best in Pleasanton. Whether you're a student looking for a calm place to study or someone who enjoys a cozy café vibe, this is a spot worth visiting. This was my first time dining at Tous Les Jours and I was very pleasantly surprised at the customer service here. A barista whose name I think was aliza, greeted me when I entered the door. She took the time and suggested what things I might like and made the drinks diligently. The drinks tasted amazing and so did the pastries. I really recommend this cute bakery! Tous Les Jours has a small area for seat down dining. drinks are ordered at counter. pastries/cakes self service. pay at counter. interior is clean, semi spacious. offerings: tea, tea latte, coffee & expresso, frappe, smoothies, pastries, cakes eats: mocha cake (2.50) 2.5 oz, 240 calories -has 18 gram sugar from fructose, 3.5 gram fat. -plenty of artificial food flavorings, some actual flavors -flavor profile mostly sweet with coffee notes. sesame donut (2.50) -slightly greasy fried round dough with sesame inside. nothing exciting honey cheese pancakes (4.85) -greasy pancakes filled with cheese filling and honey flavored. tastes mostly oily, cheese inside, mostly flavorless. crumbs: -my tastes have changed since trying them years ago. no longer find them preferable. read more
I've been to the Dublin location several times. I found out about this new location while searching for bakeries in the area. I had to check it out. This location is very spacious with a good amount of seating. I love the pastries/bread at Tous Les Jours, and this location did not disappoint. I really like the selection and variety of pastries. I got only savory pastries, and they were delicious - soft and tasty. I got the ube latte, which was not overly sweet and good. I thought it was a coffee drink but I don't think there was any coffee in it. That's the only thing I would change if I do get it again next time. I would add an espresso shot. read more

So excited to see another Tous Les Jours nearby. Please open one in Pleasanton! The decor and environment is perfect for a tea time w your friends. I pre-ordered 2 birthday cakes for pickup later this week. Will see how the cake turns out but the one in the picture looks really good! Reward system is not linked with the store in Dublin(under renovation). Too bad the points didn't transfer. There is no online ordering or an app like their competitor bakeries in the area. Still need improvement on reward system. I tried the garlic bread stick. It was a bit hard. My favorite bread is the milk bread. Still very good! Will definitely come back to try their drinks and will add to my review later on how the cakes turn out. read more

New bakery in Livermore! I was waiting to pick up a pizza next door and saw that the Tous Les Jours was open! I ran in there, LOL! I was excited to see what goodies they had. I have to say I felt like they lacked options. I noticed the tray area has liners for you use to line your tray. I love this! It definitely stood out from other places that have trays for you to use that look like they just shake the crumbs off and put it back out. The establishment has a very pretty feel. It's inviting and I wouldn't mind coming here to have a quick bite while I read or study. I ended up getting a almond croissant and a milk bun. The almond croissant was good. I'll have to make a few more trips to try out other items. I'll definitely be updating Yelp review. read more
SO so happy that Tours Les Jours opened in Livermore! I've always thought this Asian bakery was always far better than its more popular competitor. I love getting birthday cakes here because they're always so incredibly moist and flavorful - not to mention they also sometimes have cute designs to get a good laugh in for any celebrants. While I do suggest ordering ahead, they always do have a good selection of cakes that you're able to buy day of (most are $30-50 range). This location is located in the same plaza as Safeway - they offer a large range of bakery selections from sweet to savory. My personal favorite is the garlic cream cheese bread, when toasted in the oven it's literally to die for lol. They surprisingly have a lot of seating here which I haven't seen at any other locations before. It seems like a nice place to hang out and relax while enjoying pastries / matcha or coffee. read more

Came here yesterday afternoon to pick up a cake and some pastries. We ordered the Earl Grey Cloud Cake to try. We usually get a cloud cake so we knew what to expect. However, upon cutting and eating the cake, it was very disappointing! The cake was so dense and the frosting was not fluffy like usual. It lacked in flavor as well. I feel like they gave us an old cake or it wasn't made correctly. I think we'll stick to the regular cloud cake from now on. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet. I love their pastries as well as their lattes. My favorite latte is the lavender latte. It is not too sweet, smooth and not bitter at all. Their pastries are alll really tasty as well. I love the interior of the store, it's clean and super cute. The staff is efficient and will help you if you look a bit lost-they helped me at least! Overall I enjoy having this option close by to home to grab a coffee or a sweet/savory treat when I'm in the mood. They also DoorDash so I'm also happy about that. I'll be back!! read more

Tous les Jours is a South Korean bakery franchise owned by CJ Foodville, a business group of CJ Group. Tous les Jours means "every day" in French and is one of two South Korean bakery chains popularized treats combining Eastern flavors and Western techniques (the other is Paris Baguette). The pastries all appear as baguettes and croissants, but if you take a closer look, you'll see the small differences - bread loaves are drizzled with condensed milk, buns are stuffed with red bean-flavored fillings, and dough is baked around hot dogs. This is because Tous Les Jours has its roots in both South Korea and France. Asian flavors fused with western baking techniques - yay! Although service at this location was super slow (perhaps it's because they were understaffed or training a college employee to make lattes correctly), everyone was nice and helpful. read more

Saw an advertisement on IG for their holiday cakes and went into the store to ask some questions and see in person. I asked if it was real buttercream frosting on the cakes or that whipped stuff and I was told this was real buttercream. I was happy to hear this ordered one for $45. This was not buttercream frosting, it was literally like whipped BUTTER. It was exactly what I was told it was not! I wanted real buttercream frosting and this was whipped cream! Extremely disappointed. Frosting was terrible, filling was the same stuff and hardly any apples, and the apples were the best part. read more

We come here fairly regularly and while I'm glad there are more options in the area for pastries and cakes, I wish they had more selection compared to the larger stores. (Perhaps this is due to a space constraint? I recall this was previously the location of a dry cleaner shop and possibly a mobile phone store). Personally, I have not tried the beverages but I find the baked goods to be fresh and delicious. As for service, the employees are friendly and I often see the owner walking around and mingling with the customers. I am rooting for this new business as I know they put a lot of thought and effort into the design. Hoping they are able to stick around for awhile! read more

The place seemed clean. Cake tasted ok. Service was not that good, cashier seemed distracted and is more concentrated on the conversation she's having with the other cashier instead of checking me out (I only got a latte and a slice of cake). The drinks here are not good. I ordered ube lattes multiple times at multiple different locations and did not have an issue until now (first time ordering it here). I think they did not put the correct amount of ube syrup or whatever they use, the latte tasted like milk. I won't be ordering drinks from here again, it was disappointing. I posted a picture of my latte today and of my latte at another location, lighting aside there is a very obvious color difference!! Considering there's 2-3 more Tous Les Jours in the area, I don't know why I'd be coming here again read more

Great new French-Asian bakery in town. I'm a big fan of the pastries, fruit pies, and breads. The donuts were not good though, so I would stay away from those. It looks pretty (photo posted) but it is bland and I don't like the texture. I haven't tried the coffee yet, but will definitely check out the espressos the next time I go :) read more
