I've been a regular customer here because the laundromat itself is clean, well-maintained, and the…read moreattendant is always courteous. Unfortunately, a recurring issue involving a commercial cleaning company has made the environment increasingly uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe feeling. On Tuesday mornings, a commercial cleaning crew regularly occupies a large number of machines at once. 15-20 or more, which makes it difficult for regular customers to access machines during busy hours. My larger concern is the behavior I personally observed from one male worker associated with this company. I witnessed him repeatedly standing extremely close behind customers, particularly women and elderly customers, while they were loading and unloading machines. At one point, an older woman visibly turned around in alarm because of how closely he was standing behind her, and the interaction became confrontational when she reacted. The overall atmosphere felt aggressive and uncomfortable rather than respectful of shared public space. The company is also washing heavily used commercial cleaning materials like mops and dust mats in shared machines, which many customers may not feel comfortable with. I previously attempted to contact management privately about these concerns and never received a response, which is why I'm posting publicly. I hope management addresses both the excessive commercial machine usage and customer safety concerns so the laundromat remains comfortable for everyone. I will never come back here again.

What made it worse is that they tried to get it out which left a residue on each item; not to mention one of the items was $225. I was told the owner is there M-F 11am-3pm, in which I have went twice to speak with him regarding being reimbursed for my items and he was not there. I even left my number in which the employee said they would have Mr. Lee call me. I haven't received any call or any sort and I'm very upset because it shows their lack of customer service especially by the owner himself. I will attempt one last time to go up there regarding being reimbursed, if no luck for the third time, I already have talked with a lawyer to take him to small claims court.

I took my pants back in March to get hemmed and no problem. Work was good. The problem was when I took my second pair of pants this July 27th. I took one piece (one pant) for it to get hemmed and attached my original pants from back from March. I left two pieces one for sowing and the other as an original to copy. Well the lost my pants!!! I asked to have someone call me and it seamed like I had to be the one looking for them for this to get resolved. When I called the manager her name is Rosa, she had a bit of an attitude cause I was an upset customer. As I should be... she told me I had to wait 30-days to put in a claim. So who knows if my pants are ever going to be found. She claimed I only took one pant to get hemmed however, the ticket shows (copy original on waist and length). And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. Let's see if this is also true. I will post any updated information as it becomes available.
