He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my issues professionally, respectfully, and in a timely manner. I had the pleasure to meet with him at the Bridgeport location and let me tell you, he did not disappoint! He was very personable, understanding, and charismatic. Bought 4 new tires this past weekend - great service, great price, great experience. MIkey Vitale took great care of me, very knowledgeable about my car and tire needs - I had done research before going in, and his sales pitch was right in line with everthing I had read on tires. He helped me pick our great tires, different ones than I had originally planned to buy, but ones I had also been considering. Always a good experience at Town Fair in Fairfield. The staff is friendly and they know their tires. I purchased tires a few months ago at Town Fair Fairfield for our 2013 Prius and was so happy with the price match and service that I returned today and had tires installed on our 2008 Prius. I went here for 4 tires on our Subaru. Mike recommended some great all seasons that really got us through this winter. When one went flat (our fault) he replaced it for us. My wife was 8 months pregnant and were were close to broke. They saved us. Also they fixed up my truck, steering wheel wasn't straight and they aligned it perfectly when they put on some new front tires. I had a blow out on I 95. Much to my surprise even though I bought my car new it did not come with a spare or donut. I called AAA and they had to tow my car.
