I was considering taking two vehicle here to be serviced, however when I made the initial phone call no one answered. I tried asking why no one was available and I was told that one of the workers was on a personal call and the other one was somewhere on the floor. I called back a while later to voice my frustrations and their operations manager was just giving me excuses for his staff. I had a tire sensor replaced here. I will be the first to admit that I've never had positive experiences with dealership services. This experience changed that: 1) the crew that works the service department is the nicest, friendliest bunch of people. They clearly want to make sure that their customers are taken care of 2) I wasn't super pleased with the transparency of the cost and voiced that in the survey I received. I immediately got a call from Dan the service manager who looked into the service and talked through the charges with me. He corrected an error he found and issues a refund. I called to get a quote for something that broke on my car. The guy in the service department said I would be getting a call back in 5-10 minutes. It had been about an hour and I fully understand that things may take longer. I called back an hour later just to make sure I wasn't forgotten and Jennifer answered. She was so rude and disrespectful. Acted like she knew what I had been talking to the previous guy about and she had no idea. All I asked was for an update and she proceeded to say "we are so swamped right now, I have 2 people in front of me and all this bs and told me to be patient". There was no intention of me being rude, I was just asking if they got an update and saying it had been over an hour and she was just horribly mean. We have bought nothing but Nissans for over 20 years. We bought at least 12 brand new Nissans from Town Nissan. Thought we were pretty well valued customers but was highly mistaken. We bought a 2020 Rouge that we have been having issues with the rear lift gate rattling. It was repaired at the dealer about 8 months ago and now it's doing it again. Went to schedule an appointment and was told that we would be charged $110 an hour to assess it and they didn't have the car in our profile. We had to give them the VIN and all the details of the car they sold us and had worked on before!!! Are you kidding me??. They couldn't do the work inside of that appointment so we had to make another one to have the actual work done. Will not be buying any more Nissans from Town Nissan., horrible service and do not appreciate their customers . Would select zero stars if I could. read more

ATTENTION, ANY ONE LOOKING TO BUY A CAR. I WENT TO TOWN NISSAN GROUP. I am soooo unhappy with this dealership. I have purchased 2 expensive vehicles from the Town group. A Rogue and most recently a Murano. The buying part was ok, although I soon found out that a friend bought the same wrap around warranty for $1000 less than I paid. The follow through has been absolutely terrible. The salesman, Pedro, was supposed to call me within a few days with an appointment for detailing. He never called. I had to call. When I did go in for the detail, Pedro gave me a Jeep wrangler for a loaner. It was caked in dirt and had obscenities written on the hood. I bought the Murano because in January, I was rear-ended and my Rogue totaled. I had the extended warranty. I worked with Town Nissan in March, and they supposedly filed the paperwork for the prorated refund. Was supposed to take up to 6 weeks. I called the warranty place at 7 weeks. They had not received the paperwork. I then called Town Nissan...spoke to John Daniel, one of the managers. He would have Dan the finance guy call me back. 11 days later STILL NO CALL BACK!!!. I called again, spoke to John, who transferred me to Dan, the finance guy, I asked, no, I demanded, action and payment. He was going to talk to another person in charge and call me back that day. It's now 5 days past that and no call back. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS PLACE AND WILL RETELL MY STORY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE. read more

Town Nissan is such a great place. Mike Johnson was super-friendly and knowledgeable about the Nissan Leaf. We learned so much about electric cars while were test driving a Leaf with Mike. He really know his stuff on electric cars and the rest of the Nissan fleet too. The dealership was absolutely beautiful and we thought the staff, and general manager were friendly too. We appreciate how they took such good care of us! We love how they're located right next to Costco, and that they have a quick-charge station that we can plug our Leaf into anytime. I was on the 1st day of a cross country camping trip and the day before had replaced the timing belt on my Toyota Sequoia,the mechanic at my local shop had not secured the wiring that led to the camshaft and the serpentine belt cut through the wiring making the car inoperative I called the Town Toyota but they were booked solid (it was a Friday afternoon) they suggested I called the Nissan dealer (owned by Town also) they said speak to Carlos he will take good care of you.I then called Town Nissan and spoke to Carlos who instructed me to have the car towed in and he would fit me in.About 3 hrs later I was on the road again.Being from out of town I was nervous about being overcharged but my fear was not met as my bill was fair.Thanks again Carlos and Town Nissan James McD Camano Island Wa read more

Gave me the best deal I could get(knowing the value of these cars) put new tires and alignment fixed a small dent I didn't notice when I bought . And had the arm rests touched up.
