They took forever to make sure the car was "in perfect state" and it really was as shiny and beautiful as a brand new truck. Just while doing the first trial ride, we had the first of many issues and just blocks away from the store. The dump body of the truck didn't lift as it should and when up, didn't go down again. We had to call the store and even the owner came, screaming that the box doesn't have to go all the way up obviously, he was in a rush to get rid of that truck. The box of any dump truck needs to be able to go all the way up to dump the debris. We had already started the paperwork and the loan and had a long way back home so we agreed with the promise that they would get reimbursement for the repair. Finally, we went to put some gas on the truck to be ready for the long way back. That's when we found the 2nd issue: the front lights were on all the time. Again, we had to go back to the store just for the manager to tell us that was normal and that we were exaggerating but that they would take care of the bill. Back to our town, and the very first time I wanted to use it, I couldn't because it had a gasoline leak. Calling the Mechanic and waiting for days before being able to use it, again, losing money and clients while waiting. After that, the truck seemed like it was finally functional and I thought the nightmare was over. I was able to use it a couple of times before the new issue, just last week. By today I spent almost 3k on what was supposed to be a functional truck, but the sellers have only paid us back less than 30% of the total bill (even before the 30-day guarantee was over). I knew it wasn't a new truck and it would probably have issues but never imagined that it would have a new problem every week. It was a dump truck that was sitting forever, had many internal issues, and didn't have an adequate amount of maintenance and now is sitting at my porch wasting space, waiting for the mechanic. I took my time to make this honest review and I guess a new Christmas update is coming soon.

I asked them politely to change that. to sweeten the deal I asked for and they agreed to a rubber mat for the back of the jeep. they never provided it. the shocks were rotted off it so I had to replace them myself. you should no confidence in their staff. they seem to be in the business to rip people off. finally I asked about the mat and other warranty items and I was told by the manager to go f**k my self. I contacted many local and state agencies as a result. most recently and keep in mind I've had this vehicle two months the battery is shot. avoid this place like the plague.

We are 1st time camper owners so I had a lot of questions - all of which were answered completely. I made several visits until deciding on the Arctic Fox 811 and went back to have it installed on my F350. We added some suspension items to the truck and additional solar panels to the 811, both of which were excellent upgrades as the truck handles it easily. There are several RV overnight spots with electric hookups which I took advantage of and got to spend the 1st night at the dealer in case I had any problems or questions. I had neither as they prepped the unit thoroughly and spent time with me explaining how everything worked. HIGHLY Recommend TCW if you are in the market for a truck camper - that is all they do and the best in the business!

The staff at Exit 1 RV were never pushy, and unlike every other place I contacted, they NEVER hounded me with phone calls, emails, texts, etc. Not once. Months after purchasing my camper, I continue to receive spam calls from big chain outfits I originally looked into (but didn't buy from), wooed by their flashy online prices. I'm a teacher, so please learn this from me: 1-The great prices that chain stores offer online exclude pretty much...EVERYTHING. Exit 1 RV includes it ALL. Believe them. 2-THINK about where you will get your camper serviced. They all need service, just like your car. If you get a GREAT chain store deal (see #1, it isn't so great), or FB marketplace deal, where will you get it serviced? Think ahead. Exit 1 provides great local service. 3-The personal touch. When we picked up our camper, my husband and I stopped for coffee first. We spent hours, led by Exit 1 staff, leisurely going through our camper and asking EVERY question, flicking EVERY switch, moving EVERY hose, learning by doing. Do you think that happens when you buy a discount "clearance" camper online? No. We weren't rushed at all. We were encouraged to keep asking! This morning, 2 days after bringing the camper home, I opened my mailbox to find a hand written thank you note from Kelly, who guided us through the sales process. What more can I say, except, stop looking for the lowest number online, and head to Exit 1, where you CAN get a great deal, and you'll have a great experience as well.

We just purchased a used car from Quail Auto Sales and could not have had a better buying experience! We had been looking for a car for our son for a long time at numerous dealerships. Although there had been cars at other dealerships that we were interested in enough to purchase, we never found sales staff that made us feel comfortable that the information we were given was reliable. For us the car was important; but equally as important was feeling that we had gotten a fair deal and trusting that what we were buying was without hidden issues. This is why we purchased from John and Steve Aidala. Their dealership is locally owned and has been for many years. The Aidala's have been part of the Albany community and pride themselves in maintaining a superior standard of service and fair business practice. We saw the car online on a rainy Saturday 30 minutes prior to Quail Auto Sales closing for that day. My husband called to make sure that they were still open and that the car was on their lot. Their website said they were not open on Sundays and we knew that this Prius was a great find. John answered the phone and my husband asked if he could make it there 10 minutes before closing, could he still look at the car? John told him that the rain would make it difficult to really look at the car and he would be happy to meet him there the next day to show him the car, even though they aren't open on Sunday. Every single interaction after that was the same good customer service, fair dealings and just an over all good feeling purchasing a car from them. I will return again to buy from Quail Auto and have recommended them to friends and family.

Scheduling was easy, and they were able to apply within one day. Didn't wash for two weeks. Which was hard with all the tree sap and bird crap on the car. When the time came, I sprayed with only water. Everything slid right off. The car looked spotless. Very happy that I took their recommendation. I recommend them and a ceramic coating without hesitation.

Couldn't choose no stars or I would have…read more I was having brake issues, so I posted on a neighborhood page in FB to see if anyone could recommend a local garage that was reasonable (the dealer wanted $1000). I got several recommendations, but I also got a message from a guy who seemed sympathetic and said that $1000 was way too much. He told me he had a garage and could do the work right away. That should have been a sign. I talked to him on the phone, and we talked details of the job. Bottom line was that it would be between $200 and $300 if I didn't need rotors. I wasn't feeling any vibration, it was just rubbing, so I figured I wouldn't need rotors. He was reasonable on the prices he quoted for pads, so I figured he'd be reasonable if I needed rotors too. When his mechanic looked at the brakes, he said I only needed 2 rotors. Good news. I figured it would be another $150 for the rotors. When the job was finished, I was presented with a bill for almost $700. The owner wasn't there, so I had to pay to leave. I contacted him to let him know that I wasn't happy. He said that I must have misunderstood the prices he quoted. I pointed out that if he had replaced all the rotors (like the dealer was going to do) and used OEM parts (like the dealer was going to do) his bill would have been over $1000, which he had originally agreed was way too much. Meanwhile, I had to have new tires installed and the tire company had to replace all of the lug nuts on my car (at a cost of $200) because the mechanic who did the brakes had not put the lug nuts back on properly. You need to use a torque wrench, which the owner said was used. (I was sitting outside the garage while the work was being done and the mechanic was using a regular impact gun.) He also said that the lug nut problem was caused by the tire company not knowing how to remove them properly. After a couple of conversations with the owner, it was obvious he wasn't going to accept any responsibility for any of the issues he and his mechanic caused. He offered me a free oil change. No way will I trust this garage to do any work on my car!

When I turned onto the road to enter Ford there was ample signage for the service area. I knew exactly which direction to turn into to enter service, where to park and there was also a service sign with enter here directly over the service entrance area. This is always helpful when this is your first visit. They immediately served me and entered my information and I signed up for shuttle service, but because I arrived so early. They said they could have my car serviced early so I could drive myself. I said great, I'll wait. 15 minutes before they promised to have the car done the service rep came and told me they were done with one finding and if I opted to have that service they would still have me done on time. Well, unfortunately, my car wasn't done on time and when I went to the service rep he apologized and said there was no charge for the service that day. I truly appreciated that they stand by their word. They also have a coffee service which I totally appreciate as a cup of joe in the morning person. I'll definitely be back.

They will tell you things that need to be fixed that are not true, you may even come out with a problem that you did not have before, but now suddenly have, my guess is that they're on commission, and makes things up. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else do not give this dealership the opportunity to screw anyone else over. And if you put a complaint into corporate, it's never addressed. It is up to the dealership to contact you about your issue, and they just never ever call. They simply do not care.

The total bill before the warranty came out to be $176.03. After my warranty $113.04 Which may not seem like much but compared to Goldstein's $600 And Hyundai $276 I went home happy.

They gave me a tour of the facility where I saw other high end classics that they were working on. I developed a real comfort level with Mike and decided to give him the job to help me finish the car. What a great decision! From the onset, Mike was nothing but honest and reputable. He told me from the beginning that if I wanted this car in a month, he was not the right man for the job. I told him to take all the time he needed, just do it right. Well after 4 months I received a call from Mike. The Stang was completed and ready to go home!!! When I got my bill for services I was surprised to no end!
