My husband and I both walk in here looking into get him a truck which he found a Ford F-150 2018 in white at first. He did all his research and his homework before we go in a dealership. We both was greeted by Sale's guy name Sal. He was really great and make us feel comfortable and making sure we know what we want. So Sal introduce us to another sale consultant name Marcos Tellos. Marco was really a good understanding and not no pushy type of sales person that try to sale and don't care. He lets us Test drive the white F-150 2018 and the 2016 white GMC truck. but we both love the ford. So long story short we walk out that day with no 2018 F-150. Marco gave us sometime to go home and think about it before making our choice. So almost a week later my husband finally made up his mind n say okay we are getting the truck. So he massage Marco we are ready. Marco calls and and said someone already sold the ford we want and the GMC is still available. So we was like it's okay will wait out our options. Because we don't want the GMC. Few minutes later Marco text us with this bad boy looking wine red Ford 2019 F-150. I sent a text requesting some info on a vehicle. I thought it was priced high so I let Joel know that I've looked around and there have been similar cars around the same mileage with the "performance package" for 3-4K less. The car was listed over 38k and he said "I can lower it to $37,600." He told me to send him links of those vehicles. After I said that I wasn't going to and that they are around, I asked Joel how much he was able to get the vehicle on the trade in. He told me it didn't matter if he got it for $100 or 100k the final price is 37.6k. That is fine but don't ask me to jump through hoops to go back and find links for you if you didn't have any flexibility in the first place. Overall dealing with Joel's condescending, cocky, rude and internet/text tough guy persona over text isn't something I'd do again. Tracy Ford, I'll never be a customer and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere as well. So many other Ford dealerships in the area to give business to. read more

This review is long overdue. Unfortunately, I totaled my car and was shopping for a new one. I already prepared myself for the hassle and stress that comes with buying a car and the back/forth with pricing and financing. I got preapproved by my credit card company for an auto loan and found a nice used car at Tracy Ford. My salesman Joel was very patient, informative and made the whole process easy. He was very attentive and promptly responded to my text messages. I had an issue with my financing and Joel was happy to help and answer questions after purchase. Most salesmen don't care after you purchase the car, but Joel was there to help when I needed him and we were able to resolve the issue. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Joel for your purchase of your next car! Horrible and shady. Everything was going great, and now weeks after we are finding so many shady things and extra costs and money that we owe. Nate was VERY unwilling to help and didn't care enough to have customer service skills. My husband just got out of active duty army 10 days ago and after explaining our situation of being jobless and everything, he couldn't care less about making finances work. I bought a used car 16 Lincoln still under manufacture warranty, 2 weeks later it broke down on me they say they can fix it but it will take a while and cannot provide me with a rental due to not being a Ford( really) Richard sales manager, Dave service manager would send me to Stockton ford and say have them fix it, Stockton Ford/Lincoln would tell me they can fix it but Tracy has to pay for my rental, even though It hasn't been 30 days that i bought a car they refuse to take care of me they would say they would call back and never would so I would insist and try would different managers and they would ask whose calling and that they would call back but never did they always try to avoid me, I paid $637 for DMV fees and don't even have an actual plate I only received the sticker because dealership removed the plates and put there name instead, horrible experience I even made a claim with California Lemon Law requesting a buy back. Almost forgot to mention Brandie Human Relations manager told me the same thing that they cannot provide me a rental! Luckily Jacky helped me with that issue she's the one who pushed them into getting me the rental that they claim they just cannot do. I made the trip from Sacramento to Tracey a few days ago after having my brother negotiate a fair price the night before for a nice used car for my mother. I test drove the car and midway through the salesman received a text from his sales manager which read "switch the car" (i was able to peek over his shoulder). Whatever the sales manager of this dealership responds to this review... be assured of this, these people are your stereotypical sheister used car salesmen who do not give a damn about the customer. Absolutely terrible experience. Went through the entire process of purchasing a used vehicle, and being approved through a financial institution. Only to receive a letter in the mail stating that the had cancelled my contact due to being "unable to find a financial institute to fund the contract". After an extremely poor encounter attempting to return the vehicle, I was greeted with veiled threats of "reconditioning bills" and hits to my credit because of the fact I was unwilling to sign a new contract with a different, higher payment setup. Extremely unprofessional, especially coming from someone who I assume part of the upper management. I will NEVER be returning here to do business, nor will anyone I know be coming here to ever look at a vehicle. Called in for an appointment for 20k miles service for me new car. The service center doesn't open weekends and my appointment was Saturday, I left my car at the services center at 7am . I found it weird that it was already 2pm and I haven't gotten a call go pick my car up I called the dealership and they kept sending me to the service center line which kept going to voicemail . After the 3rd time calling I decided to go to the dealership and ask and that's where I found out they don't open the service center on weekends. everyone at the dealership rudely kept remind us the we were supposed to drop off our car on the "fast lane " and even after I told them that when I made my appointment they never mention a fast lane!!!! The attitude from the everyone there was not helpful and they aren't welcoming at all !!!! I DO NOT recommend coming here. read more

DON'T COME HERE TOTAL TIME WASTERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FULL OF SH** I came here to sell my car I worked with Ivan Hernadez used car manager and at first he said they can't buy it today come back tomorrow, took time off of work came back the next morning and then I dropped my car off to get inspected 9:00am. It took them 3hrs to do a inspection witch is outrageous then after all said and done, sign paper work thinking I was done' but nope they wouldn't accept cash for the difference, made me go get a money order, so I had to go out of my way again and tell someone to pick up my kids from school. Got the money order went back and after doing all request canceled my insurance they told me we can't give you what we offered you for your car no more and changed everything around on me, the general sales manager Joe Snelling very unprofesional!!!! BAD!!!!!!!! I almost lost my job because of these people and they had no consideration at all, he came out yelling at me saying we can offer you 2k less then what was going to give you and not a dollar more. I came to trade in my 2012 Altima with 15k miles for something sportier. The first guy that came up to me was cool and was willing to let me test drive some cars but before we even started to search another guy, named Roberto Padilla, took over and let me test drive a 2010 Mustang with 86k miles. He seemed nice and really honest at first but later started trying to feed me all this bs about the car that I knew wasn't true. Once we got back to the dealership he took me inside and had paper work ready as if I was going to buy the first car I test drove. He got mad and told me I wasted his time and that how am I going to turn down a great deal, which wasn't all that great. He was so lost in the argument and was trying to convince me to trade in my car, that he called "crap". This just drew the line. We kept arguing here and there until I told him that I will be back tomorrow and I never went back. This guy is a lunatic trying to feed people bs about cars and trying to push people to buy cars, I mean really push. Then he tries to make you feel guilty by saying you wasted his time and that he is trying to make the experience as smooth and relaxing as possible. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO NOBODY. read more
